Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air -- Omar After two weeks…read morewithout air in 100-degree Fallbrook heat, Omar from Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air saved our house. Our Goodman system died in late August. Another tech first thought it was the blower, then the circuit board. Parts had to be ordered around the holiday, and even after the board arrived there was a wireless connector and a QR/app setup the first visit could not finish. Omar came as the senior tech and stayed nearly five hours. He spent about two hours on the phone with Goodman technical support trying to get the new board to connect through their software. At one point the company even offered to leave the parts and not charge us if another contractor had to finish the job. That honesty alone says a lot. Omar did not quit. He packed up, then went back into the closet for one more try. The connection finally went through at the same moment Goodman support came back on the line. He configured the board, got the system running, and used the app to increase blower speed so the air is stronger and colder than before. He also noticed the closet filter had not been changed in years, custom-cut a washable filter for our odd size, and installed it. Omar worked with the owners as a team and treated a miserable, two-week outage like it was his problem to solve. We are grateful. If your AC is down, ask for Omar.

The technicians were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. They set a date they would come back to finish. That day came and no one showed up. No communication or notice. I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!

We had been dealing with recurring plumbing leaks for a couple of years. What started as a small…read morepinhole leak in one of our copper water lines eventually turned into multiple leaks in different areas of our home. After having two different plumbing companies recommend repiping the entire house at a significant cost, we decided to continue making repairs as needed. After our third leak, we realized that continuing to spend thousands of dollars on temporary repairs simply wasn't a practical long-term solution. We needed to find a plumbing company we could trust to give us an honest assessment and a permanent solution. That's when we called Winder Plumbing. From the moment Dan arrived, we could tell there was a difference. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us rather than simply trying to make a sale. He quickly assessed the situation and performed a leak detection test to accurately confirm the location of the leak. I really appreciated that the leak detection was clearly explained as a separate service, with the cost credited toward the plumbing work if we chose to move forward with him. Dan gave us options instead of pressuring us into one particular solution. He explained that he could simply reroute the section where the leak occurred, but he also explained that, given the age of our copper piping, there was a reasonable possibility that additional leaks could occur elsewhere. He gave us the option of addressing only the current problem or rerouting the plumbing throughout the house. After getting multiple quotes, we were genuinely surprised to find that Dan's quote to reroute the entire house was actually the most affordable option we had received and it included repairing the drywall afterward. What impressed me most was that Dan went above and beyond and even took care of some additional work for us at no extra charge. That kind of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Dan was honest, knowledgeable, fair, and truly focused on helping us solve the problem the right way. If you're dealing with plumbing problems, especially recurring leaks, do yourself a favor and call Winder Plumbing. I highly recommend Dan and his team. You've definitely gained a loyal customer, Dan. Thank you for taking care of us and treating us right!

After having more than one conversation with other plumbing companies, having multiple estimates describing our master bathroom shower leak issue as a really, really big job? One that would cost us a few thousands dollars! One that would required cutting into our walls and us then hiring a dry wall professional to fix it later! We literally felt defeated. So my wife and I did what comes natural to us, we prayed about it, and had one more call to make before making a final decision. A very early message was sent on a Tuesday to Winder Plumbing, the response was immediate requesting simple pictures of our shower. An offer for same day service was made, we opted for Thursday instead. Bright and early Thursday morning Daniel from Winder Plumbing messaged he was in route with several parts and he was positive one would take care of our leaking shower. Daniel was correct ! He is a true professional; talented and most importantly honest. Daniel explained what he needed to do (replacement of cartridge and valve) and it would not be thousands of dollars? To add, it would not require cutting into our wall. No way!!! Daniel is the perfect example of where preparation and professionalism meet. He executed the work at our home quickly and efficiently. Bottom line cost? $420!!!!!!! Wow! We are very thankful for Winder Plumbing. Knowing honest people and companies still exist is truly a blessing. Thank you thank you thank you! 10 stars!!!
