This dealership engages in deceptive trade practices, including predatory fee packing, and lacks transparency. After verbally agreeing on a purchase price for the vehicle, Sun City slipped a massive, unagreed-upon $2,995 "Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) fee onto the final contract without my explicit consent. To make matters worse, despite forcing me to pay nearly $3,000 for an "inspection and safety prep" fee, they delivered the RV completely uncleaned and riddled with immediate, major pre-existing defects totaling over $4000. Most alarming are the severe, undisclosed electrical safety hazards. The main AC compressor immediately trips the breaker, creating an active fire risk, and the dash climate control module was entirely defective and had to be replaced just to get basic ventilation working. When a dealer charges a $2,995 inspection fee, they assume an affirmative duty to ensure the vehicle is safe. Sun City RV either completely falsified their inspection or intentionally concealed life-safety electrical hazards from me before delivery, using an "As-Is" form to evade accountability. I have already escalated this matter to the highest levels. A formal consumer fraud case has been opened with the Arizona Attorney General's Office (Case CIC# 26-012615), and complaints have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Furthermore, my lienholder, America First Credit Union, has officially launched an internal compliance, collateral risk, and fraud investigation into this contract. Through my investigation, I have also discovered that this is a systemic pattern of behavior for Sun City RV, as other consumers (such as Benjamin McKee in January 2026) have filed similar state and federal complaints against them for identical undisclosed defects and misrepresentations. Sun City RV has actively provided false statements and misrepresentations to state investigators regarding my case. Do not trust their verbal promises, do not trust their advertised prices, and do not let them slip thousands of dollars in hidden fees into your paperwork. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Mike V was outstanding -- he went through all of the systems verbally AND actuated all of the systems. B/c he took the time to actuate the water valves we discovered a leak that was later traced to a plumbing fitting that had not been crimped by storyteller during manufacturing. Previous owner had never noticed b/c they didn't use the siphon function to fill their water tank. Thanks to Mike V's diligence Mike S (repair tech) was able to diagnose the leak as manufacturer not crimping a fitting at time of manufacture and repair the leak in less than 15 min. Awesome.

We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. They have a very efficient web site system where you schedule When you want to pick up your RV and they perform a list of checks, fill your water tank and turn your refrigerator and freezer on so by the time you pick it up, everything is good to go. It will be parked in the parking lot with electricity and you can Load up and head out. It is gated and secure as well. When you get back from your trip you park it, plug it in and empty your stuff and you're good to go!
