It fell out again this morning, the person who helped us EVERY SINGLE TIME, asked for an original receipt before they put the piercing back in. We didn't have the original receipt and they only had the signed waivers (seriously?!?!?). The person who rang us out each time said the person who rang us out (you) must have not sent you the original receipt and the waivers aren't enough. We showed him the receipt where they fixed it a couple weeks ago and we weren't asked for documentation then and he still refused to perform the service without payment. We paid him the $65 and he told us to take it up with corporate (we will be) and kept saying how nice he was and we shouldn't be angry. The piercer had the nerve to want a tip after this interaction. Good luck with that! Niceness + incompetence doesn't = great customer service. Stay far away from this place.

The lines are clean and exactly what I wanted. I also left a 20% tip. They use saniderm which I'm also a fan of. Thank you so much for my tattoo, I love it!
