I made an appointment and paid the $100 reservation fee online. I was reminded several times of my appointment. There is a website and Ms. Smith has an Instagram account with many photos of her work. There are many 5-star reviews here on Yelp. I live in New Mexico, where piercings are done in tattoo parlors by rough-looking men. That wasn't the experience I wanted. Ms. Smith is thoroughly professional and competent. She spent time with me concerning my previous earlobe piercings, which had closed up over time. She went over the earrings choices with details about stones and white vs. yellow gold. I never felt rushed. I ended up purchasing two sets of lightning bolt earrings with tiny stones, one pair in each gold color. She was meticulous in positioning and marking my lobes. The actual piercing of both ears was quick and almost painless. I was given an instruction card detailing home care of the new piercings. Clinical Ear Piercing by Rachel Smith offers a very professional and comfortable client experience. I highly recommend this business.

She walked out skipping and smiling and so excited to show everyone her pretty new earrings. Highly recommend!

My first piercer (2024?) was a guy-- I didn't get his name-- but then Tetiana did my most recent piercing (March 2026). And I'd highly recommend either of them as piercers! The prices here are a bit high, in my opinion... the cheapest price for two basic, "starter" earlobe piercings was ~$110. But I feel like the price is worth it because they are super sterile, surgical-grade, extremely knowledgeable in any piercing placement, and seem like they have many years of experience, no matter which piercer you go to. They're super thorough and sterile with everything, which obviously matters most. I highly recommend and will continue to go back in the future!

I wanted to purchase a new pair of earrings while visiting NYC. After browsing a few jewelry…read morestores, I stopped into Happy Diamond Angel Jewelry. Like all of the other jewelry stores in the area, you have to buzz in to be let in. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly. I was able to try on the earrings before I made my purchase to ensure they were the size I wanted. I was able to negotiate the price slightly. They take cash or card, but you can probably get a little more of a discount if you pay in cash. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I was only in NYC for a weekend. I bought my earrings on Friday and I wanted to wear them to dinner on Friday night. One of the clasps on one of my earrings broke off and I was unable to wear them. I went back to Happy Diamond Angel Jewlery the next morning with my receipt and explained what happened. They fixed my earring in about 20 minutes and I tested both earrings out while still in the store. It's not a big inconvenience, but it was an extra stop I hadn't planned for. But I'm also glad I tried to wear them before I left the city because I would have been sad if they broke and I didn't realize it until I got home.

About two months later, I went into the store to ask if I could schedule this appointment. At first the sales associate said their policy changed and it would no longer be free, which I had asked that shouldn't I be grandfathered in since this just recently happened? She said she would get her manager and asked. I then spoke with the manager who immediately took a hostile tone with me and said it was never free and would cost an additional $50 to change the rod (this would be on top of the $300 I already spent on the piercing here, where I was not given the option of a short or long rod). When I told her that I don't understand but ok I'll make the appointment, she said "what don't you understand?" It was so incredibly rude but by looking at the reviews on this page, its clear that this is a trend at this location. The way she treated me made so uncomfortable that I canceled my appointment. I then tried to get in touch with customer service who offered to send me "loyalty points" -- after how they handled this situation, I have no interest in shopping here again.

The diamonds in the window delicately glisten as you walk by, and they invite you to try them on with the subtle whisper of their light. When I finally walked in, I knew this was the place for me. Lisa promptly asked me what I was specifically looking for. Her approach was warm, and she understood that one must find a pair or earrings that feel totally yourself. With Lisa's help, I chose the pearl and emerald stud earrings, a simple, classic piece with a little sparkle. Bianca Jewelers has been in business for over 50 years, and offers more than an opportunity for you to buy jewelry. It helps you find a piece that enhances and reflects your inner beauty. I'm thankful for Lisa's help, and highly recommend this jewelry business.

They had several amber, crystal and pearl pieces in "gold" and "silver." I liked the chains but the clasp was broken on one. All three pendants were put on the chains for left-handed closure (one couldn't be removed from the chain). Should have tried them on in the booth before buying, but it was freezing and I had on too many layers to see what the pendants would look like on my neck. Oh, well. I probably won't get back to Bryant Park before I fly home in two days and I doubt I will get to their main store either to exchange the broken chain. Not worth it. The two older female employees weren't friendly and seemed annoyed that so many customers were in their booth. Hmm.
