The food is amazing. Customer service is even better. I love the red beans and rice, fried shrimp, the variety of gumbo options, the non alcoholic homemade drinks, and their monster sized cookies. I've also had the shrimp and grits, fried fish, and many other options. If you're not into seafood they have chicken dishes, and homemade pizzas. read more
My wife and I had bought some goodies from these people at a farmers market and they told us they opened a brick and mortar restaurant so we came by to taste, sure glad we did! They have a plethora of Cajun goodies from poboys to three kinds of gumbo and cookies and desserts. Everything we tried was 5 stars and the people that have this place are super nice...another 5 stars. The fried shrimp poboy and chicken and sausage gumbo was flavorful and not too spicy....my wife doesn't do heat any more. We shared a monster sized cookie...a cross between a cowboy cookie and chocolate chip....yum! I tried and loved the Pasta Mardi Gras, penne paste in a creamy spicy tomato basil sauce wit' house smoked chicken, sausage and their own seasonings. We both enjoyed an iced coffee latte. We'll be back for more goodies. We weren't sure about the building parking so we parked next door. Talked to the owner and he said this building has free parking...next time. read more
From the moment I walked in the owner were inviting and helpful. I had never been here before, but I can't wait to go back. Purely authentic Cajun food at its finest! The Mac n cheese is creaming with a little heat and the ettouffe was a perfect balance of everything it should be. Well done Rouxlicous family! read more
