We enjoyed warm blueberry and chocolate chip muffins with an excellent medium roast coffee. Other things are available on their well focused menu that features both breakfast and brunch offerings and we saw a couple of breakfast sandwiches that we will return to try. This is a great place for a quick bite, or simply to chill for a while in pleasant surroundings. A pickup window is available if you're in a rush. Giddy Up Folsom is conveniently located in the center of town and we highly recommend it!

My daughter ordered eggs and hash browns with toast. We all very much enjoyed. Will definitely return this trip. Service was excellent. Price was affordable and well worth the visit. We had excellent service and Liz herself dropped by and welcomed us. We ordered a variety of specialties, with me enjoying an egg scrambler with all the trimmings, my wife having a sumptuous roast beef po'boy and my son having a burger and fries. All were very good and our iced tea glasses were never allowed to be empty. We were seated immediately, but business is brisk and you may need to be prepared to wait at peak times. Inside, they have tables, flatscreen TV's and have a desert selection at the counter. For all my selections, I ordered a breakfast plate which consisted of grits, protein (sausage patties for me), scrambled eggs and biscuit or toast. All for $10. Homecooked and really good. And a welcoming staff when you enter the building or drive-thru. Can't beat that. I am so thankful this place is in my hometown. Local spots are where you can get a homecooked meal compared to home. For the pancakes, I'm unsure if it's fresh batter made or frozen but it doesn't give you the other "drive through" taste pancakes but I was kinda looking for a more homey fuller pancake but these are still okay. Since I'm working in the area, I know I'll work my way through the menu choices.
