Our house has issues with the roof and Scott came out and gave me an honest opinion, evaluation and quote. Several months passed and we finally decided to replace it. From start to finish, Scott, Chad and the entire team provided us with timely work, a great looking new roof and at a truly fair price. The inspection went without a hitch and it just looks so much better. Winters here will always be rough but hoping that with this new roof, we will have piece of mind for years to come. Highly recommend these guys and will be using their services if we ever need something down around the house.

Really disappointing that they took the time to come out and talk with us yet no follow-up, even after 2 emails and 1 call. Some local contractors that I know in Evergreen have also expressed their poor experience with this company. I contacted them to begin with because of the good reviews, now I wonder if all those good reviews are paid for or fake. Food for thought, you can't get away with treating prospective customers poorly in an age of social media and yelp. People talk and word gets around.

Their price was right and we really like keeping our dollars local. We added 26 gauge Pro Panel II metal roofing, and Velux glass skylights to replace our old plastic dome skylights. Chaz listened to our specific concerns with a area of our roof which accumulates annual ice dams. He suggested additional snow rails to slow the snow load in the valleys. They located some degraded plywood and professionally replaced it to shore up the base. Chaz and his team impressed us with his communication skills, professionalism and promptness. The team always showed up on time and were ready to put in a full days work. They meticulously cleaned up after every days work and their final product was just as we could have ever imagined. Carpenter Roofing is HIGHLY recommended!

Which they came out and repaired. I had another leak and figured it was this again. Had them come out. Found out the leak was with my chimney. No big deal. Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots. I won't dare call them again because I'll just get charged 600$ each time. I wouldn't even call them if the entire roof fell off and blew away. Avoid at all costs.
