Which they came out and repaired. I had another leak and figured it was this again. Had them come out. Found out the leak was with my chimney. No big deal. Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots. I won't dare call them again because I'll just get charged 600$ each time. I wouldn't even call them if the entire roof fell off and blew away. Avoid at all costs.

My wife was told that the storm was not that bad and no one else had called for an inspection. We had an inspection with another roofer as well as our insurance field adjuster. We were approved for a complete roof as well as a complete paint job due to siding damage. This job obviously did not go to Troost since they could not be bothered to provide a simple inspection. This amounted to a $35,000 mistake for Troost.
