I've called back twice now and no one returns my calls. We had mold in our attic and had very significant health issues from it so time was of the essence to ensure the roof leak was fixed before the construction company closed the drywall off.

Really disappointing that they took the time to come out and talk with us yet no follow-up, even after 2 emails and 1 call. Some local contractors that I know in Evergreen have also expressed their poor experience with this company. I contacted them to begin with because of the good reviews, now I wonder if all those good reviews are paid for or fake. Food for thought, you can't get away with treating prospective customers poorly in an age of social media and yelp. People talk and word gets around.

Chaz and his team just completed applying our new roof here in Conifer. After living in the 285…read morecorridor for the past 37 years we finally made the decision to transition to worry free metal roofing. We chose Carpenter Roofing to complete our roofing project. Their price was right and we really like keeping our dollars local. We added 26 gauge Pro Panel II metal roofing, and Velux glass skylights to replace our old plastic dome skylights. Chaz listened to our specific concerns with a area of our roof which accumulates annual ice dams. He suggested additional snow rails to slow the snow load in the valleys. They located some degraded plywood and professionally replaced it to shore up the base. Chaz and his team impressed us with his communication skills, professionalism and promptness. The team always showed up on time and were ready to put in a full days work. They meticulously cleaned up after every days work and their final product was just as we could have ever imagined. Carpenter Roofing is HIGHLY recommended!

I got a seamless steel roof and it's beautiful- Matt (the owner) did the job himself (with a crew) and he was their on the day he said he would be and done on the day he said he would be. And he really worked with well with my insurance company He also did my gutters for much less than any of the gutter companies I called- AWESOME!

At first glance this seems like a reasonable place. I like to give locals business when possible…read more After my roof was replaced I had several leaks due to their craftsmanship. Which they came out and repaired. I had another leak and figured it was this again. Had them come out. Found out the leak was with my chimney. No big deal. Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots. I won't dare call them again because I'll just get charged 600$ each time. I wouldn't even call them if the entire roof fell off and blew away. Avoid at all costs.
