Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from... I was excited to have a sports bar with food open up in the neighborhood, Iguanas is great but it's nice to change it up. This place is alright for a neighborhood local spot to have a beer and watch a game but it's dirty and the bartender is usually intoxicated- or so it seems. One girl has a major attitude, I felt like I inconvenienced her by ordering a couple beers- wasn't too busy. The security or bar back was nice and friendly, made up for her a little. Also, I know someone who got food poisoning from here so I won't eat anything from this place. It seems like if you aren't a hard core regular, the staff and crowd isn't too welcoming. I won't be back after my last experience. read more

Kind of the perfect sports bar. Was looking for a place that had dodgers and found this place. Calamari is different than the standard rings but amazing! Happy hour is great, chili dog is legit, jameson shot sizes absurd. Wtf could you ask for? Well it's not dive bar cheap outside of happy hour but bathrooms are clean Pretty ridiculously packed during football season though Parking lot is kind of awkward and small, but tons of street parking available. Also Jeff and Karla(?) and the bartenders/staff are great people. read more

Great environment, good food, good service. First time trying this place and the atmosphere was fun. Definitely a place to check out games. They even had a pool table. Plus they serve a pint of beer!!! read more

I don't mind paying a little more money for a good drink, but it has to have a good ambiance, this place just didn't.

The house pale ale is delicious. The fish and chips are also really good. The staff there is super friendly. There are plenty of TVs. This is a really cool spot to watch sports. read more

Cool place nice local atmosphere but the female bartenders look so angry a unfriendly attitude I notice

Food was amazing and service was great with plenty of TV's. I don't spend much time in the LBC, but this will be my definite go-to sports bar. I came for Sunday football and experienced the Chili Cheese Tots. Woooooo MUST HAVE!!! Place can also make a good Margarita which is not easy for most sports bars. Will be back. Thank you Roundin' 3rd:) read more

maybe ppl go here for a bar vibe because the food is bland and not too hot. normally bar food is good and comes out fresh but the fries were cold. "gourmet" burger was a frozen patty and they use bagged lettuce. MVP makes a better burger. if you're going for the food I suggest you don't. read more

We love this place. Geoffrey anf Karna are amazing. We have been there several times and will keep going. The food, service and prices are great. This last time we were in there for my bday and had a cinnamon toast shot recommend by Karna. Then the fish and chips to top it off and and few beers. The coleslaw was not sweet or too creamy, fish was fried to perfection and steak fries on the side were perfect. My husband got another pastrami with tator tots. Great sandwich and side. He might have asked for a different bread with it but the meat and flavors made up for it read more

Good food and atmosphere. Had the fish and chips and it was excellent. I highly recommend.

Great service, super nice folks and surprisingly great food! We'll definitely be back!

Came in here flat sober and immediately spilled my first cocktail. The entire drink, all over the floor and seats. The staff didn't make me embarrassed. They quickly cleaned it up and replaced it for free. I can't say enough about the service! Not only was the drink excellent, but I stayed and ordered food. That was very good as well. I highly recommend this place, for the drinks and the food, but mostly for the awesome service of the staff. I love that this is a local spot I can come to anytime. read more

I finally had the pleasure to try out this place as I've been meaning to for a while. I was quite impressed with my pleasant experience. My friend & I arrived at 3pm on a Thursday, just when the light lunch crowd was starting to leave. It was perfect since we arrived during happy hour. We were looking to do a few beers and have a pizza & some wings. Happy hour catered to our needs as all domestic pints were $3 and the mini pizzas (5" each) were $5. We got two individual pizzas for each of us, and then split an order of $6 happy hour wings (5 total buffalo wings). Everything tasted great, and our server was extremely nice and attentive. I do like the layout of this place with the wrap around U-shape bar and side tables/booths. The parking in the back was pretty open for us, but I'd imagine during busy times it would be difficult to find space. This seems like a perfect neighborhood staple if I lived in this area. TVs are everywhere so feel free to come and watch your favorite sports team play! Go Angels! read more

I came here during happy hour while I waited to get my nails done across the street. Really good prices, friendly staff which were attentive! I didn't have a chance to eat but the food did look delicious; bar type food on the happy hour menu. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great neighborhood addition and even better now that it expanded and includes a full bar....But this Bloody Mary snob an blogger and would like to give some help in that dept. Blah. No build of flavors. It's ok. But nothing to write home about. Was disappointed by that. #bloodymarytourist was here Food and service is great and great happy hours! read more

Always solid.....chili co queso a go to. Been coming here off/on for years great little spot.

Very good food and nice servers. Southwestern burger, loaded tater tots, and pizza rolls were all delicious. The Spring Training Lemonade was also good, and strong. Only improvement is that I ordered the spring rolls and got the pizza rolls, but I was so hungry then I didn't care. A big plus, so many TVs to please everyone, and there's a pool table! read more

I have been there a couple of times and the menu is hit & miss but for the most part a hit and the beer cold

I love this place! They have a great happy hour. They have great "bar" food. Though it is a sports bar the food is MUCH better then your average sports bar. I've been there for a few Oregon football games and it's really fun! The waitresses and owners are super nice and are willing to help you with all requests! read more

Great neighborhood sports bar. Tvs everywhere. Good bar food. Nothing to complain about here. Not a fan of the single bathroom at a bar. But wait wasn't more than one person. They have a pool table, bar size and enough to keep the good times going. Just the basics, but all covered. read more

Marissa needs to be working more than just on Mondays and Wednesdays, she is very attentive and she goes beyond her job title to make sure that your needs are met, she has the vibe of a very familiar spirit, im pleased and excited every time I walk in and see her innocent friendly smile, please give her another day later on in the week....overall great spot with a good vibe, good food, and good drinks....but Marissas the best....PERIOD!!!! read more

Gem!! Local family owned sports bar with a great vibe! Started out with a great waitress(who turned out to be the co owner) starting off with chili cheese tots. They were super huge and so flavorful with ranch on the side. The husband/co owner was very accommodating and welcoming for a first time visitor. This is a great place for food and drinks however the bartender/server personality was not all that great! To the point I'm bouncing his dry ass is that like you don't want to be bothered so I rather go spend my money where it's appreciated. This is not the first time I'm here the food the drinks perfect and I really mean perfect you want good drink and food perfect but I also need my service to be bomb! And that's the only reason they not getting five stars. read more

We were really disappointed in this place, especially considering the high ratings. It's a typical loud, long-in-the-tooth, neighborhood sports bar with decent service and typical happy hour specials, but my main consideration was their burgers, and that's all I cared about. Burgers are quite possibly, the perfect food. Simple, yet VERY easy to get wrong or ruin. Most burgers out there in eating establishments are mediocre, and rarely do you get one that is great...but when it's great, it's SUBLIME. Unfortunately, and much to my chagrin, this was far from it. I'm not going to get into all of the details of every issue I had with it, but will focus on the one the that is of utmost importance and arguably the most important aspect: the meat. You know that weird old cow flavor you get when ground beef is kind of old, been in the freezer or fridge too long or has been frozen and thawed one time too many? If you know what I'm talking about, you know it's funky, not fresh. That's what our burgers tasted like. And they had that weird color and texture that goes along with it, even though they were cooked medium. Besides the two bad beef burgers, one of our group had a turkey burger that she was also not excited about for the same main reason--the quality of the meat/patty. I don't know if the people who gave this 5 stars had the burger or were so buzzed that they don't know what they ate, or this place was just having a bad day, but I won't be back. Shame, because it's close and I was hoping for a good alternative. read more

What can I say...Food is bomb... especially the nachos and/or the buffalo chicken sandwich. Drinks are always stiff and beers are nice and cold. The servers here bust their arses non-stop to serve you. Tip them well, please! The owners Jeff and Karna are usually onsite and work the floor too. If anything is ever wrong, they will make it right. Been coming here for at least 3 years now and "Roundin' 3rd" is hands down the best and friendliest sports bar in town. P.S. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite game on. read more

Best place for football, drinks and food. The best ambiance with awesome people. We loved this place.

great customer service .. great vibes from the staff even with the locals .. A BUNCH of TV's .. drink and food prices are great and they have AC !!!!!! Parking is kinda difficult .. and the place doesn't look too cool on the outside but the inside is cool! read more

Roundin' 3rd is the perfect place to pre-game before checking out the Dirtbags (Long Beach State's baseball team) down the street at Blair Field as it's just a 10 minute walk to the stadium. What used to be two narrow bars has been combined into one bar with top notch service, good happy hour pricing (until 6pm weekdays and 4pm weekends), a decent beer selection (including their own amber and pale ale), and good food. There are plenty of TVs and the staff is happy to accommodate you and turn the TV on to whatever sporting event you want to watch (Hello Dodgers!). The mushroom swiss burger was spot on with lots of chunky mushrooms, plenty of cheese, and a nice fat patty. Be sure to upgrade to the onion rings - thick cut and super crispy. read more

Great place to come watch a game and enjoy a drink and good food. They show sports games ranging from football, basketball and baseball to ufc fights. There are good sized tvs all around the bar so its easy to find a seat with a good view. The bartenders are really cool and friendly. The place is clean and organized. The food is good quality bar food. I usually opt for the fish n chips and or tater tots. Yum! Their grilled cheeses is also delicious. And, I'm not a meat eater, but the burgers look and smell so good. The happy hour specials are also good; drink and food items range from $3- $6. read more

My fiance and I came here to watch the Blues v. Sharks NHL playoff game since we were out in Long Beach on a weekday afternoon. The staff was very inviting and made sure that we took advantage of the happy hour specials. They personally made several recommendations and were very attentive to making sure we had what we needed for drinks and food. One of the bartenders working definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience by telling us about their made from scratch foods and several of the favorites that customers get. They had a good TV selection and a wide variety of sports on throughout the evening. My only suggestion would be putting on audio for a particular game rather than always having music playing. We called in advance to see if they could play audio for the hockey game, but they said they couldn't. read more

I love this place. It's a great place to watch the game and grab a beer. The service is fast and the food it good. My favorite dessert is the chocolate brownie with bacon bits on top. I had high hopes. I frequented this bar wishing it could be my neighborhood spot. Chill atmosphere, screens for all of the sports (really good taco salad!), But alas.... The servers are rude as (insert expletive). I've noticed when the waiters are bad, the food is bad. The last two times I walked in, the oil smelled rancid. Salud. read more

I'm starting to think that sports bars are where I should go to fill my burger and pulled pork cravings. Not specialty restaurants. Not barbecue places. Sports bars. I loved my BBQ pulled pork sliders here, and the fries were skinny, burning hot, and crunchy, just as they should be. The coleslaw that came in the burger wasn't too mayo-heavy and the meat - crisped around the edges - was perfect. What was even better was that it was 4 minutes after happy hour and our super-friendly waitress let me have the happy hour price anyway. For $5 it completely filled me up. Wasn't wild about the wings - they were a little weak. read more

Ok so you can come here for the multiple HD TVs, the superb service, tasty menu, the not overcrowded atmosphere OR you can come JUST for the homemade chili. YUM! Not sure if this is a limited item or if you can get it all the time, but ever since I came in here and tried it, I've been thinking about it ever since...mmm, meat. Surprisingly for a smaller local sports bar they have a good amount of tasty looking menu items (burgers, salads, bar appetizers, sandwiches) and selection of drinks. I came here on a Sunday afternoon to catch football and while it was busy, it wasn't overcrowded and we were still able to snag a seat halfway through the afternoon games. I've been to Riley's and Mojo's which all frequented this same space, and Roundin' 3rd is bar far my favorite. The decor is pretty simple, but in a non distracting and cozy way. There's plenty of booth seating as well as seating around the bars...and at least 15? 20? 8493? TVs hung on the wall so you have no excuse that you can't see at least three games at the same time. As aforementioned I was also pretty impressed with the menu. It has your standard sports bar menu items but with a touch of class and the food wasn't overly greasy and was well made. I loved the laid back atmosphere along with the really friendly service. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to Buffalo Wild Wings. It has officially become my new favorite spot to watch sports (second to my home, since nothing can beat watching the game in PJs). The only reason I give one less star is because their additional bathroom was a port-a-potty =( Think it's only temporary, but not sure anyone's a fan of those things. read more
