This place is HUGE and definitely has a lot to offer. They have pool billiards, pickleball, huge TV screens showing games, karaoke rooms, claw machines, arcade games, and more. There's a lot to explore, and I can see this being a fun spot to hang out with friends. However, there were quite a few issues during my visit. There weren't enough staff walking around to help manage the claw machines and games when something wasn't working. The WiFi also wasn't working during our visit. So there is no cell service at all At the bar, they unfortunately ran out of ice, so mixed drinks weren't available. A lot of the tap beer options were also unavailable, which was disappointing. Overall, I think this place has a lot of potential because the space and selection of activities are great. Hopefully, they can work out the staffing and bar/service issues as they settle into being newly opened.

Visited this arcade during their grand opening weekend. Because of the advertised opening promo with Coca-Cola; it quickly drew a large crowd of people lining to get into the arcade. Once doors open, guests were all given a gigantic clear tote bag, and the first 50 customers does get a set of Coca-Cola cutlery with food purchase. There were so many people lining up at the back of the arcade~some were to purchase game cards, some were for alcoholic drinks, and the rest was for a chance at the cutlery set. Alas, was not able to get my hands on the cutlery item. Arcade itself is huge, with lines of claw machines, arcade games, pool tables and even bowling. The price for game play is a bit pricey~but the plushies are super adorable.

Where a kid ....and adult...can be a kid!…read more We had so much fun exploring Gatcha, a Japanese arcade which is filled wall to wall with claw machines, arcade games, karaoke, and more. We went in the middle of a summer weekday so it was pretty quiet which gave us lots of space to explore. Prizes were premium (at least compared to the claw machines near me) and I saw lots of cute Sonny Angels, plushies, and other collectibles being displayed. I was pretty sure we were going to go empty handed but my daughter actually won a plushie which pretty much cemented this five star review. We'll definitely be back!

Now when you are there, there are less lively and with fewer people around. It also seems like the quality of the experience has declined, especially with the machines and prizes. They seem to have opened blind boxes and used them as prizes (my friend pointed that out). My friends and I loved coming here and want to continue supporting the company, but we can't help feeling that this location has been somewhat neglected. We used to win every so often. It feels like they either made it harder for you to win or it is rigged. Recently, when I went to the new Ktown location the vibe feels like what Flushing used to be. I'm not sure what's going with them lately but they need to focus on this location as well. They have a great spot in Tangram and it allows families to come and play. Now it feels like they have neglected this location. My friends also agreed and shared their thoughts, so I know I'm not the only one who has noticed these changes. We hope they put more effort into improving the Flushing location, because it would be disappointing to see a place we used to enjoy so much continue to decline.

Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

I noticed a spin the wheel outside this establishment. The staff said spin wheel and win a prize. Saw mom with two kids spinning the wheel. Everyone got a prize. Hello, I'll spin the wheel too. Inquired what are the prizes one can win. From a stuffed animal, bag, lollipop, token, etc... Funny thing is I walked by this place and had no idea that Plucky Station has been open for 7 months. Who is Plucky? What station? Walked in to get prize after spinning the wheel outside- It's all claw machines where you put in tokens and claw stuffed animals and other toys. Where to get tokens? As you walk down the ramp and on right hand side is a token machine exchange your dollars to tokens. What did we win as we each spin the wheel. A stuffed dog key chain and a bag- where you can put all the toys you won from playing at the claw machines. The stuffed animals were all adorable and cute. They lined up all the stuff animals as you walk back up the ramp to head out of the store. I think that's where I saw Plucky- Very cute. Good marketing on part of Plucky Station to draw more customers into the store as well as to learn more about Plucky Station and their services.

Not exactly my favorite place to test out my luck and skills because I feel like the mechanical claws are technically much more looser compared to Partea, Up One & Teso X added up altogether. Selection wise is only decently okay depending on what you like. And like I've mentioned, space is more on the cramped side. Luckily, I'm still able to get 3 mini plushies....despite some difficulty. $1 = 1 token + you need to put in 2 tokens ($2) per turn for mini claw machines while 3 tokens ($3) for regular sized claw machines. Only downside: Sorry, buddy! You're all on your own. No staff physically working at the spot so you won't be able to ask anyone to reposition/rearrange the plushies for a higher chance of winning. Probably won't ever go back again. It's too difficult to claw anything imo if plushies can't be rearranged when they get pushed to the side or towards the corners as the claw can't reach certain areas inside the claw machines. Nonetheless, best of luck to anyone who plans to stop by!

From the bowling alley playing against his classmates, friends and family . They even have the little bowling Stand that the kids can use to push the ball off on to the lanes so kids from about 3 and up can push the ball off the little ramp down on to the lanes with parents assistance. The place was rocking from beginning to end, it had a great party type atmosphere. From all the games in there game room for kids to play. We payed for about ten kids to play and get a game card to play the games for about 15 minutes on top of the kids being able to bowl for an hour and a half .The parking lot in the front is convenient as well . The food was amazing their chicken tenders and fries were delicious.you definitely can't forget about lucky strike cheese pizza pie ,it definitely hit the spot. Low key they may have some of the best finger food in queens. Pitchers of water with a pitcher of punch, as well as a pitcher of ice. Lucky strike ambiance-and atmosphere was great. The cozy seats for the bowling area and the seats at the eating table were great as well. We originally paid for up to 12 kids, but more ended up coming, and anything extra could just be added to the final bill at the end, which made everything so much easier. Another huge plus was the parking. It was very convenient, especially when you're coming with kids, birthday stuff, gifts, and a big group. Not having to stress about where everyone was going to park made the whole experience even better from the beginning. The adults were able to order alcoholic drinks too and add them to the bill. The food was surprisingly really good, and having unlimited food and pizza was incredible, especially with that many kids. What really stood out to me was the service. The manager and supervisor were always around checking on us and making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. I never felt like I had to go looking for someone or worry about anything. Everyone had a great time, not just the kids but the adults too. Everything felt organized, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and for everything that was included, I honestly don't think the price was bad at all. If you're looking for a place to have a birthday party, especially with a bigger group, I definitely recommend it. Between the convenient parking, great service, good food, and how easy everything was, I loved the whole experience. I'm 100% satisfied and would absolutely do it again!
