As you might be pitched, it is cheaper to get the membership and then cancel it after your visit, which I did find relatively easy to do online but requires an extra step or two to guarantee you're not charged each month. There are similar places that are doing better with their set-up and prices.

We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

There's literally something for everyone. They got a food court with snacks, pizza, and icees. The ticket is usually timed, but I'm guessing since it was pretty empty, they didn't really enforce it. My only complaint is that the staff don't enforce safety rules. There was a boy that took a basketball into the free jumping area that kept trying to convince other kids to play soccer in. He kept asking the free jumpers to move out of the way and almost hitting my child and others in the head with the ball because he kept kicking it around hard. After I removed the basketball and took it back to it's rightful area, kids took the dodgeball balls out of its area and started throwing it around in the free jump area. All the while, staff passed at various occasions and no one stopped them. I understand everyone signs a waiver saying accidents can happen, but I also think it's the responsibility of staff members to keep an eye and enforce posted rules to minimize potential accidents. Would also be very helpful if parents ensured their kids abidbed by said posted rules.

I was there for a friend's birthday party with a private party 3 weekends ago on a very rainy day with 15 other families invited alongside. I found him and I have been to the Edison location of this urban air so we are familiar with the amenities and situation. We expected every crowded conditions because this brand of trampoline park is a fast growing franchise in this region and the word of mouth popularity among parents has been very high for very many months. The host did not choose the Brooklyn location because that location is infamously overwhelmed with kids and such a loud, crowded experience to make it very unpleasant for parents even the children, despite the otherwise enjoyable amenities, this location, much cheaper and less crowded is quite crowded relative to its pier at nearby Edison Township. This location does improve on party rooms with 8+ in various sizes and configurations (shapes, layout) and larger floor area with correspondingly more amenities, some not seen elsewhere, including 2 VR venues (for the plus/deluxe tier of bands/pricing) and an expanded set of atypical attractions. Major downsides are the bathrooms are *very* dirty which, with everyone in socks and wet floors makes for quite a dirty situation, almost a no go. There're no staff policing the parents which go onto the rides with their abrasive boots yet staff are hawk-eyed vigilant about kids crawling onto padded areas. Major downside is the food safety at the food court as another attendee got ill from a cold drink at the food court layout is both unfortunate and unnecessary. The ball pit with the crawling obstacle course is well out of easy line of sight from the main trampoline areas is inconvenient for parents chasing The layout also makes the food court a bottleneck as passing foot traffic often cuts the cashier's line, and many other chokepoints. On the upside, the quality of trampolines is very good. The maintenance is leaning a bit out of service and I recommend more staff to keep the standards and service. Also, open the VR venues more, there seemed to lack staff for those which means they're not paying employees enough for the current market which may be worrisome. We will surveil the situation thru the parents grapevine.

We then realized the go karts were also down so we were about to leave, but played some air hockey in the "arcade" (really just a couple of games and some claw machines). The payment system and go karts both came back to life and we paid and got wristbands. My husband and son both did the go karts. They aren't super fast, but decent speed for little kids. They also seemed to have some technical difficulties and were stop/go for a while. Many of the other attractions like ropes course and belaying area were closed. It wasn't the best atmosphere or experience and we wouldn't come back here or recommend it to others.

We were there for 90 min play and not once did a staff member come in and reorganize. My daughter wanted to play in the vet area and there were no toys at all. Probably were strewn about in other rooms. They have a similar area in once upon a tree top, where she often goes and hasn't had this issue due to staff upkeeping it. There was the soft play area, a soft play maze thing that was really cool that she spent most of her time in exploring. There was a big kid zip line obstacle course and a little one. My daughter was a little bit too afraid of the little one. I think she didn't understand the concept with the vests and staying on a track with a rope. They also have laser tag, an arcade, a dodgeball bouncy court, a trampoline, and laser tag. Super fun and we will be back. Hopefully will be less expensive without the need to purchase socks.

I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. After five years, two birthday parties, and countless visits, I can confidently say this has been a consistently great place for our family.

Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best.
