I really don't know why there are poor reviews but I have only ordered once and no complaints. Very nice service on phone, delivery guy was very friendly and they delivered when the local place told me my house was to far( it is in Watsonville). Very happy:). read more

worst local pizza restaurant. don't recommend it to anyone. came in once with my father and the Manager was rude. When ordering she kept directing to my father as if he was reatrded always rolling her eyes and almost yelling at him. I rather take my business to a family friendly restaurant like Cassidys. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Would not recommend I spent $75 on an order asked for extra cheese and definitely got charged for it but then my order gets here, 20 minutes early that's the only good things out this experience, and my pizza is stuck to the top of the box. So there goes all of my extra cheese. I even found a chunk of who knows what sitting at the bottom of my arch sauce how disgusting. So then I call the restaurant and all they can do is offer me store credit or send me another pizza. Why would I want them to do that? For what? So I can get sent another shitty pizza? No thanks. Definitely will not eat here again and advise others against eating here. You would think that they would be careful considering how much they charge you for an order but I guess it doesn't matter to them as long as they get their money. Honestly I just wanted a damn apology and they couldn't even do that. read more

My family came to town this evening and we walked into all tables occupied with trash and dirty dishes. There was no greet, confusion on the menu and the cashier Maricela was extremely unmotivated and unfriendly. She was very unprofessional with a hickey on her neck and standing behind the register the entire time, while clearly there were still 5+ tables that needed to be cleaned. I had to ask for a rag to clean our own table. Clearly this Round Table needs a better service provider and a more sanitary area to dine in and even a less greasy pizza. As soon as customers see the dining-area a mess we can only imagine how unsanitary the restaurant is behind doors. read more

We drove all the way from Colorado to eat round table pizza (and visit grandparents ). The King Arthur did not disappoint. It was supremely delicious. read more

The first thing we noticed upon entering is that this place was filthy. There was trash all over the floors and not a clean table to be found. But the real shock came when we went to order and were told they were out of cheese. We were told this not with an apology, but with a laugh. How can a pizza place be out of cheese? We left at this, so unfortunately I can't comment on the food. read more

Tonight, I ordered a large 1/2 cheese--1/2 pepperoni pizza for delivery. The pizza was burnt on the edges, the pepperoni was burnt black.. Did I call & complain? No, but I won't be ordering from Round Table again! I gave it 1 star because it was delivered 1/2 hour before it was scheduled to arrive. read more

I have ordered twice, I thought the first time it was just bad luck. When I called, the person taking my order was less than friendly. When my pizza arrived 45 minutes later, I live 4 tenths of a mile from the place, it was cold. I ordered again tonight and same crappy service, the person who took the order tonight argued with me about prices. They have a minimum order to be a delivery and that is on top of the delivery fee. TERRIBLE PLACE, I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR FOOD AGAIN read more

The website doesn't work for a damn, never wants to take my credit card, they don't send out flyers with their specials, the people on the phone speak the worst English. Many times requests on orders never get done. Like today when I ordered and asked for my pan crust large pizza to be crispy, because I don't want to eat raw dough. Some places don't have the ovens hot enough so I often ask for this when I order to avoid any issues like this, plus I like over cooked toppings. read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars it would be well deserved. However, I am forced to give them a 1 star rating by default. The following review is actually a copy of an email I just sent off to their corporate headquarters about my awful experience there tonight. Everyone beware of this location and their inept staff and management! Earlier this evening, I placed an order online to be picked up at your Watsonville, CA location. I paid by credit card in the amount of $21.30 (Order #5001/Invoice #8132745). I was sent a confirmation number #5001 that stated I would be able to pick up my order in 20 minutes, but when I showed up at the restaurant the cashier told me that he had no record of the transaction (even after I gave him my order confirmation number). The cashier then got the manager Graciela H. who seemed completely unconcerned as she told me repeatedly "yeah, we don't have that order." I expressed my concern that my card had been charged already and wanted to know how I was going to be assured that my card would be refunded if I was charged for an order that the restaurant apparently did not have. I told her that I would like the order I paid for, but she said that I would have to pay AGAIN! I placed my order AGAIN and was charged AGAIN and was told to wait for my order to be processed. As the manager Graciela was ringing up my order (order #96/invoice #96 $20.65) I asked her to honor the $2 Off coupon that I had already used online, but she told me "you have to bring the coupon with you to the restaurant." I then patiently expressed my utter confusion and building frustration about needing to bring in a coupon for an order that I had already placed online, used the coupon online (coupon #137), and paid for!!! She then said she would honor the coupon for me only on this particular occasion. Like many of your customers, I ordered take-out pizza tonight because of the assumed convenience of the experience, but I can confirm that there was nothing at all convenient about my experience with your restaurant and manager. I am completely and utterly frustrated and aggravated by my experience at your restaurant and I am not happy that I was charged $42 for food that should only have cost me $21 and on top of that I had to wait almost 40 minutes to receive my order that should have been ready as promised on your website. As I waited for my order, I pulled up my online order on my iPhone and I showed the manager Graciela and asked her to please refund my card the amount of $21.30 for my first charge and she said that she couldn't. I have gone online to my bank account history and I was indeed charged for both transactions. This is the second time I have used this location and the second time I have had an awful subpar experience. I will never go back to this location and I would caution you to re-evaluate the type of customer service that your company restaurants provide. If a manager of a retail restaurant cannot adequately and efficiently run your business, there is most definitely a trickle-down effect onto the employees who also emulate poor customer service. I would like someone to contact me immediately and resolve this issue. I want my card refunded the original amount of $21.30 or I will call and dispute this with my bank. Personally, I would refund both charges in good faith as to compensate me for the aggravation, frustration and time that I have had to invest in this unnecessary experience with your company. Please make sure to educate your manager at the Watsonville, CA location (Graciela) on how to provide customer service and possibly the whole staff of this location should be re-trained on how to use the internet order/point of sale technology as their performance is inadequate at best. I am very disappointed with my experience with this location and will definitely encourage friends, colleagues and family members to not frequent this location and/or your company based upon how this matter is handled. read more

I am a regular customer here, my mom and I. I ordered an "all you can eat" which is what me and my mom usually order, which is when you get all you can eat salad, pizza and breadsticks, whatever they have out on the table. My mom just ordered a one trip salad. We both got our salads and then I got some slices of pizza and breadsticks, sharing it with my mom on the table (we usually do this). A few minutes later a girl who didn't take our order came up to us and asked us what we had ordered, I said I got the all you can eat and my mom got a one trip salad. She asked to see our receipt and I showed it to her, and she said the "all you can eat" is actually just the salad, not including the other food. My mom and I were confused because whenever we come to eat here, we ask for the "all you can eat" and we always get salads and pizza. She said if you want the food and salad it's called "buffet" not all you can eat, which to me means the same thing, and we always have said "all you can eat" in the past, but I guess it was a miscommunication. The other girl who took our order thought we wanted just salads, so I asked the girl how much more do we need to pay for the food as well, and she said it was fine because it was miscommunication. Because I wanted more food I thought it would be right to go pay the extra for the buffet food, so I went up and asked to pay. The girl I had previously talked to said that it would be $9. I asked her why I needed to pay for the whole buffet when I had already paid for the salad which is included, I should only have to pay the extra $1 or $2. The buffet is $9, and the all you can eat salad is $8. She also added that I had to pay that because I was sharing with my mom, and she said I cannot be sharing with her. If she wants to eat from the buffet she needs to pay for her own. I can't share my food? I think that was a little weird for her to tell me? She said "just like in an ordinary buffet, you can't share your food, you pay per plate." Well, I didn't think there was anything wrong with sharing a few slices of pizza that I put on my plate that I paid for, but I was already frustrated so I just paid the $9 and walked away. My mom and I paid $30 for our lunch, which equals 3 all you can eat salads there. I guess I was expecting to just pay the extra for the food, not a whole other meal for someone, especially since I only got 2 more small slices of their pizza. They also weren't putting out more fresh food. I also expected better customer service. I felt that I clearly could not communicate with them because they wouldn't budge. The lady who took our order miscommunicated and could have asked what we meant since apparently "all you can eat" and "buffet" are different. My mom and I used to come eat here a lot, but we won't be returning. read more

I like your pizza! I have always liked it, that's why I go here on occasion for my lunch. I sadly have a scheduled lunch hour at 1pm, and to my luck every school in Watsonville gets out at the same time. This store, is full of teenagers mooching off each others "all you can eat" plates. I was here on Monday 11/11, and was concerned with the amount of kids vs amount of "all you can eat pizza", there was only two slices, 15 teens and myself(self admitting I eat a lot.) So I asked if more pizza was on the way....yes we have two more coming out. Sure enough, I sat there for 10 minutes eating a salad I made at the salad bar(thank god), finally two pizza's come out, piping hot, a line forms and flash, no more pizza. Dammit. I waited 20 min before more pizza came out. I polished off their cucumbers in anger. This is very hit or miss, don't go at 1pm, and don't expect to be served by the rude employees. Go ahead and ask for water, but then fill with coke, everybody does it. Nobody cares. read more

I will NEVER! order from this location again!! Two times in a row they messed up my order... after the 2nd time i called to complain and they said they will gave me a discount for my next order... so last night I decided to take advantage of my discount, I tried to call twice to find out what my discount was only to be put on hold for almost 10 mins. Hung up called back only to be put on hold again to talk to a girl who was rude and not helpful... so I decided to go in... finally I find I get 15% off.. order and pay and wait for my pizza(togo) we get it and check it and it still isn't what I ordered...it was missing the green onions.. so I go up and tell them and she laughed and said oh he is knew he didn't know.. however they read my order back to me... instead of making me a new pizza they just threw the onions on it and gave it back to me... I asked your not going to cook them on the pizza? She said we never do... they all were laughing behind the counter... I stood there in disbelief... the staff is all very rude... they can't get a order correct and I will never go back there.... they need to fire every one of their staff or they are going to lose a lot of business just like they lost mine.. 3 times messing up my pizza is 2 too many... I will give my business to Cassidys from here in out!!!! read more

I have never had a bad experirnce when going here. My boyftiend and I go constantly because we love the way the pizza is made here but lately we have had some rude customer service. We had ordered a pizza for puck up and once we got there I was charged more than usual and I asked the girl erendira (in a very polite way) why she had charged me more and rudely told me that she didn't know because she was knew and turned around and ignored me. I was extremely dissapointed because she did not wven bother asking someone else. My order from the beggining was ordered wrong, was placed for dine in instead of take out and both of the pizzas that were ordered have waaay to much sauce on it that it was to discusting to eat! Some employees need some serious retraining! Can't even smile or be polite to the people that are polite to them smh. Do not come in here if you want fast service or a friendly greeting when coming into the restaurant. read more
