My husband and I always order the King Arthur's Supreme with pan crust. We haven't been disappointed with their pizza. They put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings almost always. Sadly we have been disappointed a few times with their wings. This round table used to be my favorite but management has obviously gone to hell as well as customer service. I ordered a small pesto/mushroom with no cheese and a medium Hawaiian and paid over $36 for both. When I complained about the pesto/mushroom being burned they said this was due to it not having cheese (well I cook a lot and cheese actually toasts faster than any ingredient so that was bs)....they also burned my hawaiian which did have cheese but decided to bite the bullet since the employees seem to not accept responsibility for their faults. I've been coming to this RT for years and it's the best Round Table. Way better than the ones in Gilroy and Salinas. Good service and good warm food. On the weekends it gets really packed and the last time I went I didn't get my order until over half an hr later because I brought it to there attention. Me and my husband love the service she provides to us and al other customers around us. There is apparently a lot of people/customers that don't ''know'' how to order online. Lunch buffet is good but the guest service is a little sub par! The workers seem as though they did not want to be there. The buffet pizza and bread sticks and the salad bar were all amazing. Fresh pizza is never ever a bad thing. It was also pretty clean, we got there pretty much right before the lunch rush. Buffet is from 11-2 so make sure you get there early and enjoy. This is the most poorly managed Round Table I have ever been to! I am on the road often for work and Round Table Pizza is one of the places I like to go for lunch. I have frequented this location several times as is is on my usual route and after receiving very poor service for the THIRD time, I thought that I should post a rating. The only thing I ever order is a personal pizza. Nothing special but each time I order one at this location I end up waiting almost an hour. Once I even called the order in for pick up. I drove over after 20 minutes and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. Each time I am told that it will only be 5 more minutes and my pizza is "in the oven," I am still left waiting another 20 minutes. Today while waiting an hour for my order an angry gentleman came in who had waited over an hour for a pizza delivery that never arrived. Unacceptable.
