I like the pizza and the place--the atmosphere is quiet and it's never overcrowded, and my family enjoys the time we spend there. But Jeff, you really need to work on your manager Graciela's attitude. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but she is far too harsh and has a very poor attitude. read more

We had horrible customer service. This is my first time ordering from this round table. Never again. They charged $1 for a tiny cup of ranch. Then they requested to see my id and card to pick up my pizza. The order was already processed and I had my receipt. I've never had a pick up ask to see my id and the card I already paid for it on. What is that purpose? The pizza was only so so. I'll try mountain mikes next time. read more

This pizza small combo and 6 garlic twists 36 bucks. That pizza had looked so pathetic compared to what it used to. I'm never going back. I'll stick with Mountain Mike's. The only reason I wanted to go there was for the garlic's twist. Never again. read more

Never again am I ordering from this place! Very disappointed in lack of customer service and quality. After placing an online order, and telling the them we'd pay the driver with cash. We were notified 30 min later that a "driver" is on the way with our order. Once he arrived(door dash)Our pizza was not in a hot container and you can tell it's been sitting out cold for awhile. I started to give the driver cash? With a obvious response of not having any change. We ended up paying through Zelle. I'm very disappointed to find out that there was no information about how our pizza was going to be delivered. If i wanted door dash. I would of Called for door dash! Made a pick up order 30 mins ago and I'm now waiting an extra 20 mins to just get it??? Still waiting after 20 mins. Customer service is the worst and don't know how to talk properly on the phone. They too focused on interviewing people for the job with people that keeps coming in and out the rest are just sitting at the register whispering to each other and folding napkins. Round Table Pizza - Our Bill what it cost - Pizza Near Me - Watsonville, California

My recent visit to Round Table in Watsonville was nothing short of a disaster. After a prolonged absence, my party and I decided to give it another try, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. Upon receiving our pizza order, we were dismayed to find that it was burnt beyond recognition. It was evident that the kitchen staff had neglected our meal, resulting in a charred, inedible mess. This lack of attention to detail was a stark departure from our previous experiences at Round Table. To add insult to injury, the staff's behavior only exacerbated our frustration. Instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the lady working the counter brazenly approached our table and began sweeping nearby, all the while remarking on the subpar quality of the establishment. Her casual indifference and dismissive attitude towards customer satisfaction were appalling. In light of this abysmal experience, it's clear that Round Table in Watsonville has plummeted in both food quality and customer service. I would caution others against dining here and, regrettably, award this establishment zero stars. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a more deserving pizzeria elsewhere. P.S we were the only customers at the establishment so being busy was no excuse to the lack of effort that we received from this establishment. read more

My husband and I always order the King Arthur's Supreme with pan crust. We haven't been disappointed with their pizza. They put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings almost always. Sadly we have been disappointed a few times with their wings. Sometimes they're plump and saucy and other times they look like they just got out of the dryer-by this I mean tiny, shrunken and basically no sauce Not sure why it varies so much but we still like to order here from time to time. read more

Horrible service, waited 25 minutes for 1 oven backed sandwich. I asked if they can check on the order and of course, it was gonna be another 8 minutes. They hadnt even looked at my order, the girl working the counter was slow and no sense of customer service, urgency or care in the world. I asked for my money back and 5 minutes later the manager had to come and complete the refund. Ill never give this place my business again. Ill go to Mountain Mikes or Cassidys better. read more

I was traveling on June 8th and decided to stay in Watsonville. I was exhausted after an 8 hour drive so I walked over to Roundtable. I placed my order and Graciela said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After a half hour or so, I asked her if it was ready and she said almost. Then she came over to me and asked what I ordered. I told her I order a med pizza with Canadian bacon and mushrooms. Everyone looked confused. I was obviously getting upset. She came out eventually...about 45 minutes after I ordered and handed me a medium pizza. I walked back to my hotel room to find it wasn't my order. It was for the lady who ordered after me. She had black olives on it and I really don't like them. I'll admit I cried a little. I was so tired and so hungry. I decided not to go back and do a formal online complaint (still haven't heard back) and a yelp review. read more

Absolute WORST service ever experienced. Customer service at it's worst - ordered pizza over the phone for dine in, was told 45 mins. Show up 45 mins later and was told 10 mins. Waited 15 mins and was told another 10 mins. Waited another 15 mins and was told the pizzas were never even put in the oven. There were plenty of ladies working and only one offered any help - Perla. Thank you Perla. The rest were completely worthless including the "manager" working in the back. Will never order from RT Watsonville again. read more

Walked in and placed an order at 4:10 watched numerous people who ordered after get their orders. As I watched them a employee who's been working there for over FIVE years named gabby watched me for an HOUR and waited for me to walk up ask about my order and tells me my receipt had fallen behind the trash can oops. After working there for how long you can't tell MAYBE you should double check on the fact that two personal pizzas are taking an hour? I don't know how she still has a job here not one pleasant experience with her. read more

This round table used to be my favorite but management has obviously gone to hell as well as customer service. I ordered a small pesto/mushroom with no cheese and a medium Hawaiian and paid over $36 for both. When I complained about the pesto/mushroom being burned they said this was due to it not having cheese (well I cook a lot and cheese actually toasts faster than any ingredient so that was bs)....they also burned my hawaiian which did have cheese but decided to bite the bullet since the employees seem to not accept responsibility for their faults. At the least I wanted to write a review because it was necessary. Look at my pictures and decide for yourself. This is the last time I give my business to this place...can we trade them for an IN-N-OUT please??!!!! read more

I've been coming to this RT for years and it's the best Round Table. Way better than the ones in Gilroy and Salinas. Good service and good warm food. On the weekends it gets really packed and the last time I went I didn't get my order until over half an hr later because I brought it to there attention. Over all I love going to this Round Table just not on weekends. read more

Round Table Pizza - I love that they put toppings on all slices and put that tissue between the pizza and plate. (Unlike the Round Table in gilroy) - Pizza Near Me - Watsonville, California

Was told they don't have the lunch special with personal pizza and a trip through the salad bar. She said the only special was a personal pizza with up to 4 toppings and a drink. A trip to the salad bar was $7.50 plus another $10.50 for a pizza. Ok, I'll order the pizza with 4 toppings. Ordered it with pepperoni, sausage, onions and olives. She said they wanted to charge me more for the other 3 toppings. What? It's written right there that it's up to 4 toppings. So ended up with just a pepperoni pizza. She didn't offer me the lunch buffet even though it was right there as well. No utensils. One packet of peppers and Parmesan. Pretty bad service over all. Pizza itself was fine. read more

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. First off I'm surprised this town exists. It's so crappy that you can't believe anyone can even charge $30 for a small pizza. On top of this place being a literal crap hole, they charge $1 for a little ranch. This place can't be out of business soon enough. Hoping I never have to drive through Watsonville again, but if I do I hope this place is out of business. read more

SERVICE SUCKS!!! And pizza WAY TOO greasy! We came in, ordered 3 PERSONAL pizzas to go.. Four other people came in AFTER us, ordered their pizzas at the counter.. Guess who is still waiting for their pizzas while the 4 other orders have come and gone!? Yup! You got it!! WE ARE!! And mind you, the other pizzas were larges, medium, personal, etc! When asked why it's taking so long, the lady RUDELY replied that it takes 20 minutes to make (which it already was and it STILL wasn't ready!). When asked why the four other people walked out with their pizzas already, she AGAIN RUDELY replied "they ordered over the phone!". Yeah f'n right!!?! I HEARD them order at the counter when they came in... Glad we're just passing through! read more

We came in on Saturday after a tournament and the place was packed. But still plenty of places to sit if the tables were clean. We waited and asked and asked and eventually had our boys clear a few for us. We waited in line and ordered. It took them 1 hour to get our pizza out to us and since we were in a group we kept track of others in our party. People that ordered after us got our pizza way earlier! Asked the manager about it and she just blurted out, do you want a salad....um no, we had one already....then nothing! LOL pizza was ok , the same as any other RT, but the service was terrible! read more

Can't wait to go again. Love the pizzas and the salad buffet. And the staff working there are incredible. One that always stands out to me is Erendina. Me and my husband love the service she provides to us and al other customers around us. There is apparently a lot of people/customers that don't ''know'' how to order online. So they order something small and cheap. When the order is ready they complain that it's not what they had order. Just to get a bigger and free pizza or whatever it was. Those kind of people are of course going to rate them bad just because they don't have anything els going on in there life. I can't stretch it out enough about how good this place is. If your a good costumer, your will receive just as good service and food back ;) read more

Lunch buffet is good but the guest service is a little sub par! The workers seem as though they did not want to be there. The buffet pizza and bread sticks and the salad bar were all amazing. Fresh pizza is never ever a bad thing. It was also pretty clean, we got there pretty much right before the lunch rush. Buffet is from 11-2 so make sure you get there early and enjoy. If you are going for a bite and don't mind just okay service and it being a little noisy then there is no reason not to go here. read more

This is the most poorly managed Round Table I have ever been to! I am on the road often for work and Round Table Pizza is one of the places I like to go for lunch. I have frequented this location several times as is is on my usual route and after receiving very poor service for the THIRD time, I thought that I should post a rating. The only thing I ever order is a personal pizza. Nothing special but each time I order one at this location I end up waiting almost an hour. Once I even called the order in for pick up. I drove over after 20 minutes and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. Each time I am told that it will only be 5 more minutes and my pizza is "in the oven," I am still left waiting another 20 minutes. Today while waiting an hour for my order an angry gentleman came in who had waited over an hour for a pizza delivery that never arrived. Unacceptable. Round Table Pizza is always good, but don't order from this store unless you have time on your hands and aren't really that hungry yet. read more

Stopped in with my wife at 4:30, ordered one large pizza. Pizza arrived at our table at 5:45 burnt and missing 1/3 of the cheese and toppings. We asked the girl that brought the pizza about it. Are you fucking kidding me. You're gonna charge me $100 for two large pizza's and give me 70minutes for delivery. Then after 100 minutes try to give excuses why the pizza isn't there.
