After a long work day we just wanted to have a good pizza delivered and veg out. After a quick Google search, this was the only place that popped up that wasn't a chain, and delivered to where we were staying. The guy who answered the phone and took our order was kind and efficient. We ordered a large Combination pizza and were quoted 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. We were a little skeptical about paying $42 for a pizza and worried that it wasn't going to be worth it. We couldn't have been more wrong! The pizza was LOADED with toppings and was cooked perfectly! I barely made it through two pieces and I was stuffed! The toppings, while there were a ton, weren't overpowering. It was just enough. Along with the other elements of the pizza, it all tied together perfectly resulting in a great pizza. We will definitely come back, and definitely think the price is worth it! read more

I have been coming to Cassidy's my whole life and the service has just gone down so much like for example today I went in and majority of the time lately I have been having to wait excessively long even if I call for a pick up order which I give them an extra 15 minutes and my stuff is still not ready and then even the owner wants to have an attitude. 08-19-24 What can I say Cassidys Pizza. I liked you in the 1980's and still like you today. I had a personal size all meat pizza. It was served piping hot like napalm hot on the roof of your mouth hot. It was good and brought back childhood memories. Looks like the redid the dining area but didn't change the floor plan. Service was great. Emely was very nice and patient with me while I read the menu. I watch her while I waited for my lunch. She did a lot of cleaning up and arranging stuff. Hands down, Cassidy's Pizza on Freedom Blvd in Watsonville is our family favorite. It's also our extended family's favorite. And also our friends' family favorite. And... you get the point. The pizza here is an old school delight. Its crust is a good balance soft and chewy with a touch of crisp edge. Its toppings are generous and of good quality. And the overall flavor is savory, cheesy deliciousness. They also offer salads, sandwiches, and a couple of appetizers - buffalo wings and garlic bread. They serve beer, wine, soda, and bottled water for drink options and the fountain sodas inside have free refills. There's a TV that'll play some sports and, best of all, there's an arcade with a handful of games that actually works on quarters. Cassidy makes a great family or friend night out. With its classic charm, though, don't expect modern or luxury. It is a well established Watsonville favorite. We go here a bit too often. But hey, we only live once! Watsonville doesn't seem to have a lot of great pizza options, this is probably your best bet for traditional American-style pizza. Have always gotten take-out here, but place seems very casual and comfortable, lots of families and locals. The pizzas have always been ready on time, cooked perfectly and tasted hot and fresh. No amazing flavors or textures, just good, solid pizza. Lots of parking and friendly service. read more

I love the pizza here and I normally get 6 live wings but I'm going to stop because the last 10-ish times they have been completely horrendous and have no meat they are mostly fat. They are also very small for the almost $9 I pay for them. Truthfully I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza tasted. I just selected the closest place to me, and didn't expect much, but so glad I tried it. The ordering process was easy, and i only waited twenty - five minutes for delivery - which is rare because your average pizza joint takes up to forty- five minutes to an hour for delivery. Pizza was served piping hot and cut perfectly. We ordered an XL pepperoni (with thin crust, just the way I like it) and two side orders; buffalo wings and cheesy garlic twist, everything was delicious. The spicy buffalo wings were my favorite. Wow this was delicious! The crust is crispy on the outside and soft inside, and nice and thick. The topping options are great. We were very happy with the amount of sauce and cheese. The only thing that we would have changed were the onions--they were diced and it would have been much better if they were sliced like you normally see on pizza. Again, though, super good! read more

I kind of hate to write this review because I'm afraid people will order more pizzas and interfere with our ability to grab one when we want one. At the end of a particularly rough week, we order the all meat pizza, take it home to eat with beers and cokes, and all you can hear at our house is sighs of pleasure.
