This review is being written by my 10-year-old daughter: to celebrate the end of my friend and my volleyball season we wanted to have a nice pizza dinner at Roundtable. We found out there was a very convenient arcade and we wanted to have some fun and make some memories. One particular game when we fed the tokens into failed to work.We contacted the staff members and they told us to keep trying they told us " try two more times "and at that point we had lost 12 tokens. We then voiced our concerns to the manager, he told us" you wasted 12 tokens, if it doesn't work by 4 tokens ask a staff member."he said this in quite a rude manner and then walked off. He then came back and we told him that the staff had told us to keep trying, at this he said nothing. He then got 12 tokens and entered them into the machine, when the game worked for him he replied," it's funny that it works for me, and not for you". We felt disrespected at the fact that since we were kids he denied us. On the bright side he returned the rest of the tokens and the meal was delicious. read more

Food was amazing. Authentic and delicious pizzas and bread knots. They do not hold back on cheeses, toppings and sauces. Pin ball machines and a nice little arcade section gives this joint a solid pizzeria and family feel. Staff is extremely friendly as well. I don't know why I haven't come here before but this is my go-to pizza place now! PS, the owner is an awesome gentleman. Super down to earth and friendly. I'll be bringing my colleagues here on weekdays. These guys have truly earned my business for life! read more

This is the best location I have to, staff was super nice and helpful. Clean place and everything looks brand new. I went during lunch and though it seemed pretty busy the place was very clean!! This is the best pizza spot in town. We came in today and there was a mix up with our order, however, the way they went about was top notch. First of all they didnt come up with a lame excuse, they straight up told us what happened and they let us know our food was coming out in a few minutes which it did. I could also tell they really felt bad for messing up our order. The food was amazing like always. We always get the best service when we come here. This place sucks!! They portion everything very small the pizza dough was more like a flat bread than an actual pizza crust.. I saw a ciuole of larger pizzas come iut and thry were all skimpy with dough and toppings.. I wont be back! read more

Walked into this establishment planning on enjoying the awesome all you can eat pizza buffet. I had to use the restroom first and as I'm walking back to the restroom an older gentleman who obviously works there is walking towards me. At this time i also notice the back door to the restaurant is propped open after I smell a breeze of cigarette stench rushing towards me. I say hi to the guy who had obviously just finished smoking out there to which he replied and I headed towards the restroom. While in the restroom I noticed it had not been cleaned that day or even that month for that matter. I finished my business and walked directly out without ordering. First time calling in and even ordering from here and the service was absolutely wonderful! Ray was actually the one who picked up my phone call and guided me and helped with the on the phone order and was so awesome and so nice to me! This location is really great at what they do!! My family and I came in on a Saturday afternoon after watching my son in laws rugby match. Ordered 2 King Arthur's and a triple play pepperoni and received free breadsticks.A couple of pitchers of beer, some sodas, we were hoping it would be good. After our last visit to the La Habra location, we were a bit weary due to the lack of quality we experienced there. Well let me say it was fantastic here!!! The pizzas were perfect. The breadsticks were the best, so oozing with cheese and garlic yum! We thoroughly enjoyed our feast. They have a pinball machine and many games the family loved. Also a table set up with board games for families to play together. Very nice and thoughtful of these owners. They also had a helpful and friendly staff that was very attentive to customers. All in all a great time had here and they are doing a great job with the quality we usually expect when visiting Round Table. We will be back. read more

I just signed up for "Yelp" because of my beyond amazing experience with this establishment. As soon as I heard the voice on the other end of the line I was like, wow, he seems nice. I had no idea the ownership had changed... But let me tell you, everything has. The customer service is outstanding, the food is hot and delicious, the sides of ranch are huge... Rude cashier who didn't seem to care about practicing good customer service at all. The board games had no instructions in them. Pizza was yummy but their slices were only like 3 inches big, so a large felt more like a medium. I talked to a girl a table over and she said that she was denied a coupon and that when she asked to talk to a manager about filing a complaint the girl said that she was the manager. I think she might've been lying because no managed I've ever known cared that little about customer satisfaction and generally I felt like my business wasn't even wanted here. The service is excellent! It is COMPLETELY different than before, in both management, and atmosphere. It's filled with excitement, for adults and kids. I can get, some wine, beer, and even Red Bull (There are soft drinks too). For the kids there are games, where they can get tickets and win prizes easily! There's also Family Fun Day on Tuesdays where they bring in a face painter for kids and have games, like Jenga (my favorite) or Sorry, a deck of cards, etc. Oh and did I mention the buffet? It's at a fair price if you need a quick bite during lunch, for all you can eat pizza, parmesan and cinnamon twists, and salad. Last night I attended their family dinner buffet. Boy was I glad that I did! Not only was it reasonably priced, but fully stocked at all times. The main thing I wanted to write about was the staff at this location! Hands down, best staff I've ever come across at a pizza place! The guy that originally took our order went out of his way to bring us water. We were asked twice how we were doing and if we needed anything. The lady working behind the buffet was all smiles and super helpful. When we left, everyone smiled, waved and said goodbye! Excellent customer service! Walked in to order while I was out running errands. The credit card machine was down, and the manager was calling to fix it. They offered to just take down my card numbers, but I'm weird about that so I said I'd get cash while I ran a different errand. By the time I was back, my pizza was ready, but they said if I'd wait, they'd make a fresh one, and let me keep the first for free. They also gave me 20% off for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for any special treatment. They just took care of me. Really great customer service to make up for an issue that they couldn't really help to begin with. I've also had them deliver, and it's always been fast and hot. Oh, and the pizza is super good! Worth the price if you want to splurge every once in a while. read more

My kids and I dined in. I wanted to try this place with the "new owner" and remodeling to see how it was. I was so impressed! The owner was so friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The environment was warm and inviting. The cashiers were even super friendly and helpful. It is very clean inside with some fun video games for the kids and they could even pick out fun prizes with their tickets won from machines! This kept my 4 year old entertained. The pizza was delicious!! We ordered a pepperoni pizza with original crust. I was also happy to see that they now have a salad bar... and it was incredibly fresh!! I had a recent experience I wanted to share. We call this location when we want pizza delivered because the quality is superior to Dominos or Pizza Hut. Well last week our delivery was late. The delivery man was so apologetic, and I accept that sometimes circumstances are out of people's control. Anyhow, not only did he give us a coupon for a free pizza, but he refunded our money at the door as well-all without us asking. I haven't been here in over 2 years. I remembered this place as dimly lit, lackluster customer service, and subpar pizza. This time however, the place was vibrant, fresh, and welcoming. The people that are working here are really cool. I'm a little leary to see how long this lasts here as it is my understanding that this place is under new management. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and right away I could tell the toppings were high quality. They put plenty of delicious high quality cheese on it as well. It tasted really really good. Except for the crust. It was a little too chewy and dense for my liking. Though the service was awesome enough where I have to give this place an extra star. I sent my pizza back to get cooked more, and I imagined the cook cursing me out. Not the case, not only was my pizza crisped perfect, but the cook leaned over the window and apologized to me personally. Really cool. I'll be back, but I'll try another style of crust next time instead of Pan. read more

About 2 weeks ago we ordered food and it took over an hour to arrive because the girl taking the orders couldn't get an address right. The manager ended up giving us credit for a free pizza. We had it again last night and the food arrived very quickly and was good. I believe the management there really cares about customer service and the food is on the more expensive side compared to other pizza joints, but the quality is worth paying the extra money. read more

This location is understaffed especially during busy lunch hour. I called numerous times so that I can have my pizza ready by the time I arrived. All I wanted was to give them my order and then eat it as soon as I got there. But the guy who answered kept putting me on hold... Ok fine, Ill order when I get there! So when my friend and I arrived, the place was half occupied and there's only one person working... lol. He was making the pizza, answering the phone and tending the cash register. While I was there I heard the phone ringing endlessly and the one guy that was working was too busy making a pizza to pick up the phone. That's really not the way to run a pizza restarurant especially during lunch hour... At any rate I love round table pizzas! I ordered the King Arthurs Supreme and six pieces buffalo wings and it was da bomb. When my family orders we usually get the Garlic Chicken Pizza. Great time last week for my Son's birthday party. New ownership is awesome and is really putting forward a great effort. We appreciate their support of Tustin Little League as well so we dine there a few times a month. Used the private room for the party and the kids had a great time playing games. Great. Prestigious. Extraordinary. Just a few of the words that comes to mind when I think "Newport avenue Round Table Pizza". I heard about this place from a relative of mine, hearing a couple rumors about new management, good pizza, and a popping place. I had my doubts. When I found myself walking into the place with a buddy of mine, my doubts were erased by a plethora of feelings of warmth, acceptance, and a hint of magic. I thought I was dreaming. The service was exceptional, and the manager gave me the feeling that he was created in a factory by fluffy teddy bears. He introduced himself to me, asked how my day was, and even brought me the pizza himself. So, you' ask what I think about this place? Let's just say that I don't "think" about this place. I dream about it. 6/5 stars. +1 for the delectable buffalo wings. read more
