Great service and you can't beat the prices. The pizza was so gooood. Loved the Santa Ana!!

Very disappointing experience. We found strands of hair embedded in the cheese of our pizza. The hairs weren't just sitting on top of the pizza; we actually noticed them in between the pizza while eating, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of a proper refund process. The employees were unable to issue a refund back to our original payment method. Instead, we had to speak directly with the owner through an employee's phone just to get the issue resolved. Although the owner eventually gave us a cash refund, it's concerning that there was no formal process in place to refund our card. Customers shouldn't have to go through all of that, especially when there's a food safety concern. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Finding not one, but two hairs in our food raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. The unprofessional refund process only made the situation worse. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Great prices, friendly staff, and decent pizza. I ordered a supreme pizza with an order of bread sticks. The pizza was filled with toppings, and there were so many bread sticks. Honestly a great value for the amount of food, and it was ready in a timely matter. The place is meant for takeout, not dine-in. The teenager working was friendly and respectful. read more

One of my favorite places to get pizza even though they changed ownership it's still the same quality and service. Matthew came in with a clutch and great service with fast Pizza prep. Didn't hesitate to take my order over the phone and had it ready by the time I got to the shop within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend whether it's a slow day or a game night. These guys are on top of their pizza prep and orders. Shop is always maintain, clean and presentable for all customers and visitors. Environment is welcoming. The ambience is nice. Staff is amazing. read more

[*my review is based off the pizza alone and nothing else*] Their pizza is my favorite around. Seriously. It's the cheese that they use that make it so delicious and different from other pizza places. The prices are also super low! Highly recommend that you try them out. Yummmm read more

Amazing pizza and even better people! I stopped by this pizza place and was blown away -- not just by how good the pizza was (crispy crust, perfect cheese, and full of flavor), but by the incredible service. The three guys working there were awesome -- super friendly, fast, and you can tell they really care about what they do. They made the whole experience fun and welcoming. You can feel the good vibes the moment you walk in. Definitely recommend this spot -- great food. read more

Customer service at its worst from this lady, didn't get her name. She was very rude on the phone and sounded very agitated. I was just calling to place an order and rapidly became very frustrated to a pizza I only wanted half jalapeños. Ijust said never mind and hung up. read more

It's a little neighborhood pizza to-go place. Parking is hard to find here. Pepperoni and cheese pizzas for $6. The pizza taste really good. They use a decent amount of cheese. The pizza is not greasy or oily. Fairly priced pizzas. They also have speciality pizzas for $8-$12. Service is good here. read more

Atiende el teléfono (que no para de sonar) atiende a los clientes que llegan, ase las pizzas, arma las cajas, cobra en fin TODO, mis respetos para ella... simplemente WOW... y la pizza omgeeeee so delicious siempre... The food is delicious HOWEVER every time I order online and my husband goes picks it up they always give him a hard time with the order # and name . HE CLEARLY IS saying the name of the order that Was placed online ( yelp) they ask for order# he even provides the confirmation from yelp and they still want THE DAMN NAME after the name is given they want to see email confirmation ... weird how other customers don't get this type of service only him .. is it maybe cuz he's not Hispanic . Anyway HORRIBLE customer service probably the worst pizza place . Sadly because their wings are really good . read more

This place has the best pizza for its price. If you're looking for a quick dinner, this is the place. Definitely recommend the Santa Ana pizza. It comes with pineapple though, heads up. read more

Reasonable prices for pizza. I don't think it is better than Little Caesars though. The quality of the pizza was fine, and the wings were okay. If you do order breadsticks, you get a lot. However, they were kind of soggy. I don't think I would go out of my way to come here again, but if you are in the area, then check this place out. read more

I had to give four stars, 3 for the delicious pizza, and 1 for the HORRIBLE customer service. The tall cashier needs to ease up and fix her tone, body language, and just her whole persona when it comes to customer service. It also looks to me that maybe she's that way cause they're short staffed, maybe? Idk. But it's not the customers fault, so if you're the girl behind the counter today, I hope your day gets better. There's plenty of work in other places where you DONT have to deal with customers who will lose their appetite due to your bad body language. read more

A great pizza place in Santa Ana (also fairly close to the Discovery Cube if you want to order for a takeout)! Especially loved the fresh, hot toppings generously spread over a good layer of cheese! One of my favorite pizzas &' never had any problems here &' customer service is great , jannet in the night shift is amazing.

This is seriously the best tasting pizza at such an affordable price! A hidden gem for sure! My kids, husband, and friends all asked where I got the pizza from. It's fine dining taste but without the price tag. Exceptional service, family owned, and by far beats the local franchise competition. Seriously have to get their pizza! It's too darn good read more

This review is written solely upon the expertise service I received last night. I called at 7:30pm 2/10/18 Sunday evening for an advanced large pepperoni carry-out order ready by 8:30pm. I ran a little late due the rainfall and arrived at 8:55 (5 minutes before closing) hoping that they'd still keep my pizza on the warmer. As soon as I found a parking spot (parking is VERY LIMITED) I ran in and watched my large pepperoni pizza being given to the gentleman in-front of me. The cashier was surprised that I came thinking I wouldn't. She sincerely apologized with a smile and told me it'd be ready in 6 minutes. I didn't mind waiting at all because I can tell everyone in the kitchen was ready to pack up & go home. The floors were freshly mopped, chairs were already stacked high making the waiting area awkward standing there facing the kitchen. The cashier then comes out from her post and grabs the chair from the high pile and invited me to sit as she turns off the "open sign". I felt like I was at home... comfortable. Once the pizza was finished the lady chef was kind enough to ask if I'd like any napkins or condiments (all of this was said in Spanish) even though her shift was over. Trio has gained a loyal customer for as long as I'm still in the neighborhood. The seasoning and crust is always perfect + HOT! You've gained a special spot in my heart, trio! read more

INCREDIBLY TASTY PIZZA!!! Give it a try and you'll see what I mean. The PRICE IS JUST RIGHT TOO! We ordered the Santa Ana (my favorite), the Supreme (my son's favorite), and a Pepperoni pizza (my daughter's favorite). The pizzas have PLENTY of toppings and you can customize them as you wish. The crust is delicious (soft AND crispy at the same time, they got the recipe right!), and not salty. The employee was very welcoming and patient even though we took some time to decide. Parking is easy. We cannot wait to go back to try the chocolate chip dessert pizza and their Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza! Thanks Pizza Trio for taking care of our pizza cravings! There's a pizza for everyone in the family! read more

The pizza is great I only gave a 4 because they don't take any Hawaiian or special orders after certain time. Don't get me wrong but aren't restaurants supposed to serve till they close. But even then great pizzas. They are good better then little Cesar's. I absolutely love pizzas oh they said no more wings and I saw some walk out with a pizza and wings after me. They told me no more wings. read more
