I order wings with extra sauce, this is not extra sauce

Brissa A.

I am not recommending this place, the manager or person in charge or whatever is RUDEE.I clearly asked for extra wit on the wings and I went ahead and open the box in front them, the gentleman in the back making pizza he was going to fix the issue but the person in charge butt in and said no that it was extra charge when I clearly asked for WETT wings horrible customer service. Keep in mind if u want this place to be 5 star rating customer always come first I did not ask for much, I didn't want to sit there and argue because I had my girls that were super hungry or els I would of made a big deal. Also I've been to this place couple of times and never have been charged for extra sauce on wings. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I am expecting a manager to contact me back!!!

This establishment is known as Pronto Pizza. Mainly because they specialize in Pepperoni pizza and keep fresh pies made and ready to sell. My youngest daughter wanted one today. I ordered, paid, and got the pizza in less than 6 minutes. It is amazing how they do this. She likes it so, can't deny the service or the effort by this crew. Keep it ip read more

Was sold a expired 2 Liter soda... ugh... Cashier seemed annoyed that I spoke English instead of Spanish... was kept waiting for my pizza even though I saw it ready in a box in an oven for at least 10 minutes. For a customer who has been here several times this is a first buying soda and the customer service was never really amazing but never this bad. Pizza may be a lil better than Little Caesar's but I still can't recommend coming to this establishment. read more

$5 Large is where it's at! Pronto Pizza is waaaaaaaay better than Little Caesars. $5 large pizzas are usually crappy compared to non-$5 places, but Pronto has some places beat. It has a nice garlicky crust with just the right amount of oil on top of the pizza - opposite of LC's dry 5 large. Definitely try their cheesey bread, which is a pizza with cheese, oil and garlic seasoning sans tomato sauce. Man, I love this place. If you like LC, you'll definitely love Pronto. Multiple pizza, topping and styles you could choose from. Either for yourself or a gathering, the prices are great. The owner is very sweet and always make sure that the pizza looks perfect. Service is fast if you order in person and even faster when you order over the phone. Restaurant is clean each and every time I've stepped in, not a single speck of dust or a stain. Staff takes pride in a clean location and their delicious pizza. I would highly recommend this over Pizza Hut Domino's and Little Caesars. A $10 pepperoni pizza taste like a $25 pizza. Support local, small business over big corporate locations and franchises.

So I tell her I don't mind paying the extra charge I just want the thin crust and then she says oh but now I have to throw it away and charge you for a new one. This was honestly such a disappointment I've been to other locations and have never been let down by the quality of the pizza or customer service. never coming back and hope no one comes to this place.

I called them up and asked what their smallest and most affordable pizza they had would be. They happily informed me that the smallest pizza they make is the 7" cheese pizza for a single person at $5.50! I put in my order and walked 1 street over to them. When I arrived I was pleasenlty surprised to enter their huge front of the restaurant. It made any doubts I had about trying them for the first time in my life go away instantly.
