The…read morehairs weren't just sitting on top of the pizza; we actually noticed them in between the pizza while eating, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of a proper refund process. The employees were unable to issue a refund back to our original payment method. Instead, we had to speak directly with the owner through an employee's phone just to get the issue resolved. Although the owner eventually gave us a cash refund, it's concerning that there was no formal process in place to refund our card. Customers shouldn't have to go through all of that, especially when there's a food safety concern. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Finding not one, but two hairs in our food raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. The unprofessional refund process only made the situation worse. I definitely won't be returning.

Was craving some pizza and found this place. I noticed this restaurant wasn't crowded which to me…read morewas heaven because we were both hungry. I didn't want to have to wait. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, restaurant was big, with lots of tables. We ordered the carne asada pizza, wanted to try something different. Chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. This was amazingly tasty with a hint of spice. Lastly, the fried zucchini. All were well made and very good. I enjoyed it way more than I expected. My only complaint was how loud the music was. I couldn't hear my fiancés and it was also hard to hear the waiter too. Background music was nice just not too loud. We would be back if in the area.

The hot wasn't even spicy. Pizza was like I said mid, it's really hard to suck at pizza, cooked well not burnt but just overpriced for what you get. The service was fine, and atmosphere was cool, played some fun songs, music Irish music what?!? lol. A separate coffee bar and Mexican food also inside. But sadly not the spot.

I called them up and asked what their smallest and most affordable pizza they had would be. They happily informed me that the smallest pizza they make is the 7" cheese pizza for a single person at $5.50! I put in my order and walked 1 street over to them. When I arrived I was pleasenlty surprised to enter their huge front of the restaurant. It made any doubts I had about trying them for the first time in my life go away instantly. They had my order ready and it was exactly the amount they said over the phone. The pizza was freshly made and the cheese was perfectly melted. It was one of the most delicious pizza's I have ever eaten and will definitely be back for more whenever I am in town.

I have come to this location for years, going back to the First Class Pizza days. As I understand,…read moreit's the same ownership, just rebranded. I have put up with a lot over the last year specifically from the VP location. Everything ranging from lost order to wrong order to bad attitudes at the counter. But after the last 2 interactions, I am done. We get the same order every time. Nothing crazy. Just a medium pizza, with a half of two of their specialties on each side with 2 very minor substitutions due to allergies. When i tried to place the last order, my God! The girl was so confused. Then she said the system was updated so she couldn't see my previous order (although she saw it a minute before...and the system seems to be updated every week). I said , okay, let's start all over. I was very patient with her. But after 15+ minutes of this (the timer on my phone confirmed), I grew frustrated and said get me someone else. She finally got it right but with a lot of attitude. And.. the order, to no surprise, was wrong when I picked it up . Fast forward 2 weeks later, I try to make the same order again. Delivered this time. I asked for approx. delivery time. He said he couldn't tell me. I said, well is it 30 minutes or 3 hrs? Crickets. Never mind. I'll pick up. So I again relay the order. "Sorry no substitutions" I was told. I pushed the issue and was told the system would not allow it. But if I paid $3 more, I could do it. I hung up. I hope the ownership reads the reviews about the horrible experience at the front counter that people have experienced. Look, I get it. Hard to find good employees today. But probably harder to lose good customers.

Crispy crust, chewy center, just the right amount of sauce, and a little kick of heat that makes every bite addictive. A week later, I tried the Zpesto and their Alfredo pasta with marinated chicken. The verdict? Still five stars. The veggies on the pizza were actually cooked perfectly (not soggy, not raw), and the pasta hit that comfort‑food craving right on the nose -- creamy, simple, satisfying. This place nails the balance between quality and cozy. Whether it's a date night or a stay‑in‑and‑play‑video‑games kind of evening, this is the food you want on the table or the floor

The pepperoni sausage part was the better of the two. I do wish there was a bit more cheese but the quality is there. The best part is their sauce. It might be one of the best sauces on a pizza I've had. Whoever created the sauce, bravo. Would love to know what they use. The only reason it's a 4 instead of a 5 is the crust. While it is flaky, it was a bit burnt and could use a bit something. If it wasn't a bit overcooked and maybe some seasoning or something would bring it to the next level. Would definitely order again.
