One star for service, timeliness and cleanliness. We came in in the back end of lunch right around two. I let a woman in a motorized chair go in front of me in line and by the time she was finished the lunch buffet was over according to the girl at the register, despite 4 almost whole pizzas on the pass through. My back up plan was salad but the salad bar looked dirty, dried out with wilted veggies. So we order a flat bread and a pizza.... while the employees self-serve from the buffet and eat behind the counter. After 25 minutes, with only one single personal pizza ordered ahead of us, our order finally came. The flatbread chicken was almost freeze dried, I've had space ice cream with more moisture in it. It wasn't even hot! Next time I feel like blowing 32.25 on cold food, I'll just set the cash on fire. So disappointing. Oh and when you have hair that is almost to your butt, a pony tail isn't enough to keep it out of food. A hair net would be better. Let's not forget the lobby which was dirty, with cups, napkins and plates on multiple tables. One employee was using their phone while walking through the area didn't even attempt to clean it up. Three employees helped themselves to the buffet (which was closed for us lowly customers), saw not one but two use bare hands to touch cooked food. It is also pretty gross to watch someone eat over the pizza they are cutting up for you. Not sure if it was gum or pizza in her mouth but at the very least shut your mouth when you chew! Horrible. My advice? Go to Mod pizza. There is a reason Roundtable is struggling. I learned my lesson. read more

They lost my order . After trying to find it for ten minutes with no advail. I got really frustrated and left .The girl working that was handling the money. Never once washed her hands . She kept on touching everything with her bare hands. After handling filthy money . That alone was making me sick watching her. She finally put a pair of gloves on over her dirty hands ,to throw pizzas into the boxes that were just sitting on top of the track uncovered for ten minutes. Well the pizza hasn't changed... However the staff has as has the customer service and cleanliness... When I came into order the young lady folding boxes wasn't attentive at all to paying attention to her station (I waited close to 5 minutes and watched 2 people walk out behind me) before my order was taken. The salad bar veggies were less than fresh (a little slimey and off color possibly due to freezer burn). The carpets, floors and base boards look as though they haven't had a good cleaning in a long time. Lastly was the rudeness from the young lady at the counter: I simply asked how long it would be for more pepperoni pizza? I used to love this place! Our favorite pizza place hands down.... until new owners and management took over. So now you can only get the pan pizza in a large, so if you come with a big group it would work plus they raised the price. We always would get the Med. Plus they said they changed it because not a lot of people were ordering it... um I call BS because every time we went there all I saw were families that had ordered the deep dish/pan pizza. Not to mention they have raised the prices and decreased the sizes. They also have informed us that after the new year they will be raising them again. Mind you here is an example... my mom and I would order a Med pan pizza, 2 drinks and a salad bar for about $28. Now we can order a Med reg crust (sort of thin) pizza with 2 drinks and its$27!! Complete rip off. Whoever is in charge of the place needs a lesson. 1. Never listen to corporate BS, 2. Never change a good thing. You will loose customers and your business. This place used to be a family friendly place and now we see hardly anyone in here. No games for kids and now these horrible uncomfortable metal chairs. Like they want to to hurry up and get out and eat. Not happy. This used to be such a great place. Now its just a big disappointment... Only reason I giving 2 stars and not one is the pizza recipe is still the same and tastes pretty good. Round Table seems to be getting steadily worse every time I go in. I have been going to this location for 20+ years and it has turned into crap. I used to think this was the best location of the franchise but no longer. The salad bar was a disaster and I don't know who is in charge of safe food handling training but they should take the class again. Don't handle money then put your hands in lettuce! The service is horrible and I don't know who is "managing" the place now, but I would recommend begging Mike to come back to manage the restaurant. Food is ok but their customer service is poor. If you order a pizza and you substitute another vegetable then they will charge you and not tell you until you pay. How hard is it to substitute pineapple for green peppers. That is fine, go ahead and make your extra 2 dollars. I will take my business down the road to one of the other 10 awesome pizza joints in Silverdale like MOB or Seabeck pizza. The restaurant is usually empty and now I know why. Been here a couple of times just to meet people (didn't try the food...what the heck is wrong with me?) To be honest, I was kinda leery of trying the pizza. I don't know why I thought they just had mediocre pizza and a mediocre salad bar. And seriously, my gluten intolerant self would rather save my suffer-in-pain days for gluten that actually tastes good. Well whaddya know? This is gluten that actually tastes good! Hubby wanted pizza and I had somewhere to be later. I remembered that Round Table had a salad bar. Perfect... Salad for me while he had his gluten fest. We were greeted immediately and they explained how to order (we thought it was a pizza buffet!) We went in on a Monday night and they had a special going on: A small pizza, 2 salad bars, and 2 drinks for about $25. The salad bar was pretty decent! Salad mix and a lot of toppings. Even French dressing (my fave) and breadsticks on the side. They also had fruits, yogurt, chocolate pudding, and ambrosia salad for dessert. You can go up as many times, too! Then hubby's pizza came out. Oh. My. Word. It was chock full of meat. He said it was AMAZING and I should try it. It was totally amazing. I'm glad we tried this place out. This is the ONLY salad bar option in Silverdale. It's not huge but is adequate with many items to choose from. The garlic cheese breadsticks are wonderful too. I love that they open their space to small business for meetings and network groups. I have never been to Roundtable pizza before. My husband grew up on Roundtable pizza; he swears it is amazing. My son and I went recently. I was disappointed. We went on a Friday dinner time. It was busy- as I would expect- but only one person working the register. Really?? I had the salad bar, it was just like any other salad bar. The pizza was edible but not fantastic. Went there with my wife's family (parents, siblings and their kids...a lot of them) to just catch up and give the parents a break from the kid zoo! Great pizza, friendly service and they put us in a nice private area so the kids could run around and do their thing. Very kid friendly with kids toys and coloring books + kid friendly menu. Adults had a good time as well as they serve about 6 different kinds of tap beer. Pretty good salad bar considering the small community town area this restaurant is located in. Pizza's were good and the bread sticks were delicious! $7.99 a person for unlimited salad bar, unlimited bread sticks, personalized pizza and unlimited cinnamon twists - pretty damn good deal I say for what you get. My husband and I went here for the first time today for the lunch buffet. When we got there, we paid and TIRED to find a place to sit; we counted 15 dirty tables! There was no fresh pizza that came out while we were there so I guess we got the end of the buffet leftovers and the same goes for the salad bar. I finally seen a kid come out to clean up the tables but was more interested on the football game highlights. My hsuabnd and I both work restaurant and it was EXTREMELY frustrating to see this kids lack of urgency for all these dirty tables. A lady came over to the kid who was SUPPOSED to be cleaning tables and asked him to bring out forks because there were no clean forks at the bar, he left and NEVER came back for the rest of the time we were there to finish what he started. Good pizza. A place I enjoy stopping when I'm on the West coast or in Hawaii. Salad bar is old fashioned and basic, but pizzas are good. Serve Pepsi products. Overall, this is a good value and a well made pie. I like the varieties they offer, enjoy that the pepperoni is not overly greasy, and the pies are cooked more on the well done side which I prefer. Terrible customer service. Round table is the most expensive pizza place out there yet I have been going there regularly for over 15 years because it is my absolute favorite. I have always ordered the same thing: a cheese pizza and garlic twists with zesty pizza sauce. I went to order this yesterday and the man on the phone absolutely refused to give me zesty pizza sauce and would only give me marinara with my twist order. Located near target in Silver is Roundtable pizza and it is delicious. This particular location is good but can be incredibly slow in service. The people are certainly friendly though. They were even so kind as to make a pizza 25 minutes before they closed at 6pm on Christmas day eve, so that definitely says a lot about the customer service! read more

I went for the salad bar $6.25 AUCE with a pizza otherwise $9.95, and my husband went for the pizza, which to is quite spendy for Pizza prices these days. It's a smaller medium and it was $18 for the all meat. They have three different crusts we stuck with the standard crust that is fairly thin and crispy really delicious, with just the right amount of sauce and a little on the sweet side, which we enjoy. My husband also enjoys the smaller pepperonis that they use. The boy that took our order was so friendly and helpful and remained that way through our stay, as well as the manager who brought the pizza to our table she asked how our stay was if everything was good and it was...so customer service 5/5 for sure! As for the salad bar I loved it and it has everything that I like in my salad bar; a variety of beans, spinach, the actual salad greens and not just iceburg, egg, peas and a variety of other choices. This really is one of the only decent salad bars left in Kitsap County. I will definitely return for the salad bar! And you have to remember this place does cater to children so at times the floors maybe a little covered with the remanence of said visitors great for family for sure!
