Lately, though, the last few pizzas have been noticeably lacking. Toppings are sparse, unevenly distributed, and some slices feel like they barely qualify as anything beyond cheese and crust. The flavor is still there, and the crust is consistently good--but that's not really the point when you're paying for a premium, fully-loaded pizza. Ordered Guinevere's Garden pizza and it came with rotten ingredients. Looked to be the tomato had spoiled, I didn't pick apart the entire pizza to see if that was the only culprit (it smelled so damn bad I could barely stomach the small exploration I did), but was able to see one chunk covered in mold and was decomposing. The pizza notably smelled rancid when we opened the box so I'm struggling to understand how this was missed (seems more likely that they just didn't care). We've never had a good experience at this location and we won't be back to try a third time. Store is dirty, food is always disappointing, but this is totally unacceptable and disgusting. I'd recommend making the drive to the GH location where we've never had a bad time or meal. Shame on this location. read more

My wife was craving Round Table Pizza so we made the trek out to Silverdale for some pie. We ordered a large veggie pizza and a small cheese, and we got two smalls. They realized the mistake before we even did and had the large pizza cooking in the oven while they brought the two smalls out. Amazing customer service and all the pizzas were delicious. My wife's cravings were satisfied and we were delighted with the service. The kids enjoyed the atmosphere and all the games to play and see, even if they were hangry from our busy morning. Just earlier we traveled here to try their pizza, and it was amazing! It was worth every penny! I also tried their awesome arcade, which was also super cool! Our pizza came very fast which was really satisfying since we usually need to wait quite a while. The place is also nicely decorated, which is very eye catching while driving through that area. Today was the last game of the season for my son's soccer club. And, as it happened, a lot of other ball clubs. Naturally, parents and coaches want to put on a celebration for the kids afterward. Four clubs descended on the restaurant this evening. An abnormal number of hungry customers also appeared. Add to that a fair number of delivery orders, and you have chaos on your hands. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff during the assault they underwent. They handled the rush with professionalism and smiles. I didn't notice any serious complaints or angry customers. The company has, in my opinion, an amazing team in Silverdale. The only criticism I have is that the chairs are nearly as uncomfortable as those in a hospital waiting room! Before I forget to say, the food was excellent. We have enjoyed eating off the regular menu and salad bar in the past. That is always 5 stars. Today, we went in for the lunch buffet. Let me start off with the salad bar. It was wonderful as always, but the pizza portion left much to be desired. We got there at 12:22, so over an hour and a half left until the buffet ended. In that time, pizzas were not refilled once, and what little that was there was old and cold. Also the staff was nowhere to be found so we could not even request a fresh be made. What I had tasted ok, but it was not like the buffet was pre-covid. 36 bucks later, I had 2 slices, and my boyfriend had 3 slices. Lesson learned will not be back for lunch buffet again. read more

This is the best pizza in town but beware when ordering on app. Somehow a card I rarely use was high jacked when I used their app, store owner spoke to me on his personal cell to clarify it was not possible to be his employees, they don't have access to the cards supposedly, but it is possible the card processing company where round table holds their merchant accounts could have been hacked. I doubt my iPhone was hacked at a soccer field (which is where I was when I placed the order). But fixing my last review from one star to 4. Because it IS awesome pizza. We tried Round Table Pizza when we first moved here several months ago. Whenever we're in the mood for pizza, we end up either going here or ordering carryout from here. We sometimes get the individual and sometimes get the mediums if we want left overs. The quality of the ingredients are very nice. We had the salad bar a couple of times. I feel like it is a bit pricey, but, I'm still adjusting to west coast pricing. We've never had a bad product and the service is always very fast. So good!!! I was thinking mexican food but because I needed to go to Ted brown, this pizza place was just two stores down. I thought, "why not here?" Best lunch choice ever I wanted the lunch buffet however I was an hour late. But the cashier/pizza guy (? lol) let me know about some other deals going on and was super nice and patient. Just as I remembered! I haven't been to Round table In about 5 years. The building may have been remodeled but the pizza and salad bar stayed the same! Wandered in on a Thursday afternoon and took advantage of their 1 topping personal pizza and endless salad bar and soda lunch special(13.99$). I accidentally stumbled on the way your supposed to attack this deal... I ordered my plane Jane pepperoni pizza and made a huge salad to eat as I waited. Salad bar was great, lettuce was crisp and all veggies were cold and crunchy! As I tried to make my way through my salad, my pizza arrived. I quickly realized I was in no shape to eat it. What I did was finish my salad, headed back to the salad bar and grabbed onion, green peppers, olives and jalapeños. I made my way back to my table and added the extra topping to my pizza that had now turned into my dinner. I left stuffed and with a pizza for dinner for under 35$ for the two of us! Round table does very well for a chain restaurant. Pizza was well cooked and presented. The lunch buffet is clearly very popular here. Otherwise their pizzas are overpriced. I've had pizzas and chicken wings in the past but I tend to go for the buffet which does not have chicken wings on it. The salad bar is full of fresh veggies, fruits, and condiments. It's pretty good as salad bars go. The pizzas are pretty standard and basic. Not bad when they're fresh out of the oven, and the good thing about Round Table Pizza is they tend to put fresh pizza out often enough during the buffet. If you're hungry and need something quick and in a hurry, Round Table Pizza is a decent place to go. There are far better pizza joints in the area in my opinion but that's only if you're not in a huge rush. read more

Picked up a pizza today - was supposed to have no peppers and onions. Saw the pizza come out of the oven, but was told awkwardly that they were "working on it". Two employees (one who had been manning the register) huddled over the pizza and picked onions and peppers off, I realized once I got the pizza home and found remnants of both (and divots where onions and peppers were). Came here for lunch today and was not impressed with the salad bar. The lettuce was brown, the spinach was wilted, and the rest of the ingredients looked as if they have been previously frozen. No telling how long the hard boiled eggs have been sitting out. Mind you, I got there shortly after opening, so everything should have been fresh. Within an hour after lunch, I ended up going home sick. I'm hoping this doesn't turn into food poisoning. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because the wings weren't that bad. The Round Table pizza in Silverdale remains the only place you can go for a salad bar in the Silverdale / Poulsbo area. The food in general is ok too. The prices are high (for this type of food), even so we've been there several times with our 3 boys. The most recent time was mind-boggling. I tried over and over to order two pizzas. A large meat-lovers on thin crust, add mushrooms and onions. An extra-large meat lovers with their regular crust. After 4+ repetitions as the young lady trying to enter the order in, I asked if there was someone there who could help her enter the order or give her a break. She said no. After 4 more attempts, I asked if I could speak to the manager. She said no. After 2 more attempts she turned and asked another young women for help. This other young women looked to be 4+ years older and managed to take our order. After we had been seated for a while, the "manager" was busing a nearby table. I asked her to come over and I discretely mentioned that her employee struggled to take the order and might need addition training as close a dozen attempts to key in two pizza orders is quite a lot of effort for a basic task. The manager rather than be discrete spoke loudly, perhaps embarrassing the order taker, and insisted that the person who took our order was a long time employee and this was as good as anyone could expect for the task. The manager was confrontation seeking rather than simply saying "ok, thanks" and getting back to cleaning. They delivered the first Pizza in a timely manner, but took an extremely long time to bring out the second (approximately 20-25 minutes after the first one, or 35+ minute wait on the second pizza). The restaurant was not busy (2 other guests) and around to 1/2 dozen staff working. There were some other minor issues. The ice-tea nozzle fell off in to my drink. The table was very sticky. As we were leaving the order taker shouted to the restaurant what ass-holes we were. Lovely service like this is hard to find. read more

This place needs an honest and up to date review so here I am. I grew up on Round Table in CA and it was a favorite. They used to have decent deals and a bangin' salad bar. It had cute themed areas for kids at many locations but all of these features kinda dwindled as I got older, or maybe my tastes have changed. I still love the garlic parmesan twists- this location is a hit and miss unfortunately- but when they are done right (not over baked or burned and well filled) they are GREAT. Easily ruined apparently and too many occasions of not great twists hold back a star for sure. The biggest weird thing is that every person in my household has had the strangest experience with this pizza only tasting good if you eat it lava hot and at the joint. the cheese for some reason gets really uncomfortably rubbery and plasticky. This pizza used to be a winner on the hot front AND fridge-cold the next day- so so so good...but either not anymore or not from this location. We have actually gotten sick a few times after eating from here and that sucks but we still get a craving for the twists and the zesty red sauce they put on their pizzas so we give them chances. Pizza isn't so great in this region and this location is on of the least crappy options so 3 stars for now and hopefully they get the kinks worked out. I also wanna mention we've never been comfy having this locations salad bar- pre covid included- and the inside seating has been dirty even while empty. All in all its worth some chances and I suggest this location offer more coupons like the company does- being a franchise isnt a good excuse to hold out on customers. read more

For some strange reason my mother decided this was where she wanted to have her birthday dinner celebration. Not sure if she had a craving for pizza, but likely she was trying to feed a large family for less. Or perhaps she was thinking what is the ideal location to feed all the picky members of my family. Or maybe it was because we had entertainment book coupons. It had been forever since I visited this location, but was much like I recalled. Somehow we lucked out and even got the private room to ourselves, it had some type of curtain window which my sister was nice enough to close to give us solitude from the other diners. I was extremely happy to find that this location had a salad bar. It has become surprisingly hard to locate a decent salad bar these days, in fact this may now be the only one in the surrounding area. As a vegetarian I get very excited for all you can eat salad bars. This one was super reasonable, at around 7$, I believe you could even get a 1 visit trip for less money. It included breadsticks as well. Ingredients were pretty normal, but I was happy to find both olives and artichoke hearts. I also am pleased with places that have oil and vinegar as a dressing option. I did find it a little alarming that there did not seem to be a way to get a clean plate for your return trip to the salad bar, but I made do. My family was happy with their pizza options. Some enjoyed the vegetarian, while others enjoyed the meat option. I hear the garlic parmesan twists are quite good as well. Service was great. They let us use multiple coupons. Oh no, what's happening here at our favorite chain pizza joint? I'm going to rate just the pizza this time, only because it's great pizza and always has been. There's better pizza out there but not with salad bars so when we want it all, we come here. But something's happening... it's going down hill... sad day... First of all, it's usually very busy with kids parties, anything from birthday parties to soccer parties. Not to worry, the service and wait times are usually not bad no matter how busy they are. Definitely not this time! We walked in, walked right up to order and ended up waiting about 30 minutes for our pizza! Wow, that's never happened! And as we watched those around us, it didn't happen to them either!! Maybe they burnt our first order and had to re-cook it... I'm hoping that's what happened! As usual though, the pizza was great. Nice crispy crust, a little bit of a kick to the sauce and plenty of cheese. The salad bar is also great, well, usually it's great! This time, they never refilled or tended to it the entire time we were there and we were there a good hour! I made two trips: first time there were no tomatoes, no broccoli and only about 4 peppers. The mushrooms were running low and there was another empty container but I don't know what was in it! The beets were full!! When I returned the second time, since I was tired of waiting for our pizza, everything that was empty before was still empty and now the mushrooms were gone and the peppers were gone. Still plenty of beets and garbanzo beans though!! I'm seriously hoping this was a bad night and I'm giving them 4 stars for all the times we've eaten there and I haven't put in a rating. Place is a disgrace to round table. I've been going to round table since I was a kid. Went all the time to the original round table restaurant in menlo park in California. No it's not Italy, but it's good pizza and good sauce. Now this place is a disgrace. Been going here maybe 4 or 5 times. Two times ago I ordered online. It said 25 minutes. We get there after 25, I walk in to get my pizzas and they tell me it's going to be 25 minutes!!! They hadn't seen the order. Last time I went I walked in to order. Paid got my receipt. Nobody was in the restaurant. 4 people working there. He says 15 minutes. I come back in 15 he says oh...it's going to be 15 minutes. He says they messed up and hadn't put the pizzas in. So I come back 15 later. He tells me oh they are going in now sorry about that.. blah blah. Unbelievable!!! I told the manager he has a circus there. Got a refund and left. read more

My husband and I have been here for the lunch pizza buffet before and enjoyed it decently enough. However we have noticed that every single time we attend, the place is always understaffed and seems stressed out and struggling. Today however, was even more disappointing. We got there an hour before the buffet closed, the guy at the front counter mentioned that it had been busy and that they ran out of plates so he gave us teeny tiny salad plates instead of the normal ones. Wasn't that big of a deal though. But from the time we got there, there was very few slices of pizza available, most looking not so fresh. In the entire hour that we were there, only ONE fresh pizza was brought out. No new breadsticks were brought out, and there were zero cinnamon sticks the entire time we were there. We kept waiting and waiting to see if fresh stuff came out and nothing, and then boom 2 of clock hit and the buffet was over so of course nothing had come out and nothing was going to come out. Now, I understand if we got there 10 mins before the buffet was over and there was a lack of selection, but I don't believe its fair to charge us full price when we were there for a whole hour, but we couldn't get much of anything aside from scraps because the food was never put out or provided.
