This time ordered the lasagna which comes with garlic bread (which doesn't taste like garlic at all, but mops up the sauce like bread should) and a small Caesar or side salad. Wife ordered the Burrata caprese. Lasagna is the best we have had here in Kitsap! Lasagna is very tasty and a good sized piece for what you pay! Wife loved her burrata caprese and will order this order again when feeling the need for Italian food. Now for the online ordering, when you mark utensils for 2 people, you would think the utensils would be in the bag......uhhh Nope! Not even napkins! Edited: See below Horrible service, not sure what has happened to this place but if this is what they are now offering i will not be back. Took 15 minutes before anybody even came to our table and it was the guy running the bar... so apparently they are running short handed. After he finally took our drink order it was another 7-8 minutes before our drinks came. That is at least 20 minutes before we even got drinks. Unacceptable. We saw others getting just as frustrated. I saw an elderly couple who had to clean their own table because no one was cleaning tables and no one came around to clean their table. After receiving our drinks we did not see our waiter again for another 20 minutes or more. This is ridiculous. We are now here over an hour and 15mins and still do not have our pizza. About to pay for our drinks and leave. Finally 1hr and 30 minutes later i go up the bar and very loudly ask the man who had not been back to our table since he brought us our drinks.... Would we be getting the pizza we ordered today or not? He went to the back to check and a couple minutes layer we did get our pizza. Will not be back until i hear some rave reviews because this is unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and the kicker here the man who waited on us, his pants were split wide open in the leg and crotch area!! You could not see anything but wtf!!! This is what you have waiting on people???? Really good customer service. Average but mostly tasty pizza. A bit pricey, but worth it if you're in a hurry and you don't want the other brands of pizza that what are available locally. I love the curbside pickup for eaay accessibility so I don't have to get my walker, or cane out to go inside for a take out order. read more

Pizza pizza pizza. We had a party of 8, kids and adults. The staff easily accommodated us with out any trouble. Three pizza and a few appetizers was plenty to feed us all. We had the artichoke dip nothing special but the fiery bread still were on point. Recommend those. Pizza was good. Left over pizza that night was good too. For a larger group dinner this place was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful even when we stayed and talked a bit. She just cleaned up and let us chat. It was a good night. We decided to give Farrelli's a try today. Have driven past many time but today we stopped in! Tried the burrata with roasted tomatoes, was wonderful and gave taste buds a good workout! Then we opted for the combo pizza, another wonderful option btw. Crust on pizza was crisp and chewy as it should be. Service was good, and the restaurant inside is clean and fresh (even the windows were clean!) I should have snapped photos but wasn't sure what things would look like. After seeing this place for a few years, I decided to finally give it a try. But not before reading a few reviews on Google. I hate spending good money on a service experience and being disappointed, which I was... Sadly, this place was exactly as some of the reviewers responded on here. The service was terrible. Our server (for the owner, the guy with the short dreads and goatee), was so unpleasant and clearly uninterested in being there or talking to us, that it really ruined the meal. I can't make it any simpler than to say if you are in the service business, provide good service. It soured the entire experience for our family. And really, a chain restaurant of this class should think about how much more important service is. The ambience is what you'd expect from a normal fast food joint, it's not like it's an experience enhancer. But perhaps most importantly, the pizza IS NOT very good. It's what I would describe, at best, average fast-food pizza. Not sure what people are using as a scale of reference to describe this pizza as excellent, but it is not. It's more like "okay" for a family or kid meal. Perhaps what also made this dismal waste of resources all the more disappointing were all the responses I saw from the owner on the reviews I read. I might not have gone in based on the reviews. But when I saw that the owner responded to every single review on Google and Yelp. When owners respond at all, it's usually with counter-accusations or denials. These responses all thanked people for positive and critical feedback, and promised to do something about it. I thought, how unusual. Cleary this is a guy who wants to improve his business. Wrong! Clearly you have not, because you had the most unpleasant person in the house waiting tables, even though many other reviewers complained about the same thing. Finally, this place is expensive, especially with inflation. Why would I spend $60 or $80 to be treated poorly with a mediocre ambience and product? Well, I certainly won't again here. However, the last time we ate at the Silverdale location, and ordered a large pizza, we were disappointed to get our pizza with a greatly reduced amount of toppings. The chicken and tomatoes were in very small cubes, along with some artichoke hearts scattered across the pizza. Seemed like it was made with the bare minimum toppings, and was mostly dough. Farrelli's Pizza is the newest pizza option in our town, and we could not wait to try it! We were a group of 4, and were seated quickly. It is a family friendly place, very casual with lots of options. Our pizzas came quickly, were hot and delicious. We ordered the 12" Meateater ($25.99) , and the 12" Pesto Chicken Caprese ($26.99). It was more than enough food for the group. As others have said, skip the apps-they are just passable. The pretzels and beer cheese was $7.99 and had no flavor. My biggest complaint is the drinks-$3.99 for a soda or lemonade is pretty steep when you are not able to get a refill due to it being short staffed. Love the pizza dough, has wonderful air pockets. Great topping distribution and topping options. Ravioli - It's good but not to my personal taste. It has a good amount of raviolis, but the Alfredo is very rich and heavy. They have a bolognese (red sauce) option. And their Beecher pastas look promising. This place is a great location and is pretty big. I'm really excited to go in person and check out more of the menu! Especially because the website mentioned kids + playing with dough?!? You could see the salt dusting on the tray. It was unbearable as I couldn't enjoy the pizza without the oversalted taste. Simply not a good pizza or dough at all. I can easily say the pizza here is the best around. I actually hate to admit this, but their Pizza is better in both taste and overall quality than Wood-fired Pizza in Poulsbo! The food is EXCELLENT and what keeps me going back however our second visit was a bit... how shall we say.. "special" when it came to the service. She started off by saying hello -- I am the only waitress and (I quote) "walking a thin rope" We found that unprofessional and alarming since we weren't quite sure what that meant for us if we asked or needed anything or what she might do if we did... I mentioned I didn't get mine and he said I'm sure it's up there and we will get it soon (it was not soon) I also noticed after he left we had no silverware and it took another 8 mins to get him again since our waitress had yet to come back. I mentioned to him that we didn't have silverware (I still didn't have my salad either) and he promptly brought back one silverware when there were three of us eating. Then about 5 mins later my salad came out from someone else who immediately ran off so I had to wait for this random guy again to show up (again no waitress we had in the beginning) 10 mins later to tell him I ALSO needed silverware to which he brought back... ONE SINGLE FORK... no napkins no other utensils and nothing for my son who also had no silverware. Food came out from our first waitress and I mentioned I still needed silverware for my son and what happed and she said "yeah we have a new interim manager and (I quote) HE'S HORRIBLE" I'm thinking wow unprofessional and sis he ain't the only one -- I don't remember getting a single refill ... we ate -- our waitress came back looking like she had just had a meltdown tears streaked face red cheeks and eyes... And let me be clear -- everyone was being extremely nice to her -- no one was being rude -- (I'm talking our entire seating area was being kind not just us) and she had others helping her. She comes back -- leaves to get check -- comes back -- I noticed we were billed incorrectly. Instead of combo she rang mine up as a separate salad so it was 7.00 more which is a lot esp in a spendy Resturant. She finally comes back and I let her know and she goes .... I Don't know how to fix that! It's fine I'll just comp the whole ticket! I calmly said -- I do not need you to comp the whole ticket I want you to get paid but I do need this to be fixed. She goes to the back (we can see her..) goes to the register another girl walks in who I assumed correctly was the next waitress starting her shift and our girl BURSTS into tears hugging her and saying IM SO GLAD YOURE HERE .. just weeping. She comes back looking more melted down then ever and says she fixed our check-- says I'm sorry I'm crying (which she was at our table it was quite uncomfortable) but the other waitress just got here.. i smiled and said I'm glad I hope you have a good day-- we pay and leave. This was labor day weekend -- I get they need help. But the service and things said by both of the people I mentioned was so utterly shocking I couldn't not leave a review. I won't mention her name -- tho I know what it is -- because I don't want to make things worse for her. But I felt this had to be addressed by the management of not just silverdale (cause clearly ... he's horrible-- according to the waitress) but by the upper management of Farrellis. I will eat here again because the food is excellent and I want it to survive and I know LOTS OF PEOPLE love this place -- but this was appalling service on many levels and needs to be addressed. Went in around 6:30 on a Friday night expecting to wait. The dining room was full but we were able to sit right down in the bar! The service was exceptional! The waitress/ bartender was at our table in less than a minute ready to explain the drink menu and take our orders! She swiftly made a delicious strawberry daiquiri type drink and returned to the table to start our food order. We ordered a couple different pizzas and enjoyed the night! Thought we'd try out the new pizza place in town for Sunday Night Football at the house. It was quite a disappointment. The pizza wasn't bad, however definitely not worth $21 for a pepperoni pizza. And I usually don't mind paying money for a good pizza. I feel like I could find something like this for half the price at a gas station. Great tasting, perfect temperature and flavor. Definitely a winner. Downside - my incredibly picky step daughter ordered the nachos; not sure why she went for that - but she did. I don't really know how to rate this restaurant. At first we were really excited to plover some delicious pizza. I wish however we would have just gone to Tony's or Mod. After looking at their menu online, I was won over by the options to build your own. I love ricotta and fennel sausage pizza. That's exactly what I ordered, but added fresh basil and hot honey drizzle. That isn't what I got.. twice. We also ordered the beer cheese fondue, and the house salad with the house dressing. I think the house salad is called mama salad. The large chunks of artichoke hearts that were previously in brine were much too pickled for my taste. Also I couldn't stab the croutons at all with my fork. It was just an OK salad. The beer cheese was just okay I don't think I would order it again if we went back. It came with small pieces of broccoli oversize pieces of bread and some random kielbasa sausage. It was okay tasting it's just not something I would recommend moving forward. However the problems and ensued with our pizza order. * as far as I'm aware my husband just got the very first option under pizzas and he really liked his. The real issue was with my order I did a build your own I got a 16 inch with fennel sausage the regular house tomato sauce added ricotta cheese fresh basil and hot honey drizzle. However when the pizza came to the table I miss took my husband's for mine because the pizza she delivered to me obviously had kielbasa on it. She tried to convince me that it was fennel sausage but as a native Chicagoan, there's absolutely no way that you can misinterpret fennel sausage for Kielbasa. She took the pizza away after I smelled it and confirmed that it was in fact kielbasa. When they later dropped the pizza off I had no idea what was on that pizza other than fresh basil and fennel sausage a d some ricotta. In all honesty It had some random white glaze on it and I truly believe it was completely devoid of cheese. The pizza they took away obviously had mozzarella cheese on it, and so did my husbands. When I ordered my pizza I asked the waitress if it came with mozzarella on it because mozzarella was listed as one of the toppings. She said it does come with a base of sauce and cheese. Husband said he would be willing to go back, we took home the blueberry crème brûlée cheesecake for my brother to try but I have no idea if it was good or not. It wasn't very busy but it was very active. For now I'm gonna let it sit with three stars, but I would be willing to give them a second go maybe in a couple of weeks or months when they have established themselves and their routine of serving out food. read more
