I don't really know how to rate this restaurant. At first we were really excited to plover some delicious pizza. I wish however we would have just gone to Tony's or Mod. After looking at their menu online, I was won over by the options to build your own. I love ricotta and fennel sausage pizza. That's exactly what I ordered, but added fresh basil and hot honey drizzle. That isn't what I got.. twice. We also ordered the beer cheese fondue, and the house salad with the house dressing. I think the house salad is called mama salad. The large chunks of artichoke hearts that were previously in brine were much too pickled for my taste. Also I couldn't stab the croutons at all with my fork. It was just an OK salad. The beer cheese was just okay I don't think I would order it again if we went back. It came with small pieces of broccoli oversize pieces of bread and some random kielbasa sausage. It was okay tasting it's just not something I would recommend moving forward. However the problems and ensued with our pizza order. * as far as I'm aware my husband just got the very first option under pizzas and he really liked his. The real issue was with my order I did a build your own I got a 16 inch with fennel sausage the regular house tomato sauce added ricotta cheese fresh basil and hot honey drizzle. However when the pizza came to the table I miss took my husband's for mine because the pizza she delivered to me obviously had kielbasa on it. She tried to convince me that it was fennel sausage but as a native Chicagoan, there's absolutely no way that you can misinterpret fennel sausage for Kielbasa. She took the pizza away after I smelled it and confirmed that it was in fact kielbasa. When they later dropped the pizza off I had no idea what was on that pizza other than fresh basil and fennel sausage a d some ricotta. In all honesty It had some random white glaze on it and I truly believe it was completely devoid of cheese. The pizza they took away obviously had mozzarella cheese on it, and so did my husbands. When I ordered my pizza I asked the waitress if it came with mozzarella on it because mozzarella was listed as one of the toppings. She said it does come with a base of sauce and cheese. Husband said he would be willing to go back, we took home the blueberry crème brûlée cheesecake for my brother to try but I have no idea if it was good or not. It wasn't very busy but it was very active. For now I'm gonna let it sit with three stars, but I would be willing to give them a second go maybe in a couple of weeks or months when they have established themselves and their routine of serving out food. read more

Farrellis is a chain pizza restaurant from the Pacific Northwest. This review is for the Silverdale location specifically. The restaurant is new to this area. They feature a cocktail and wine menu, as well as a variety of specialty non-alcoholic drinks, such as Italian sodas. The alcoholic drink prices are steep, so plan to come during Happy Hour should you wish to imbibe. My party had lemonade and a strawberry Italian soda. As it is difficult to find real Italian sodas anywhere in this area, I appreciate the fact that they offer these. The strawberry flavouring was a purée rather than a syrup, and they seemed to be using real cream or half-and-half. Using actual fruit purée made all the difference here. We selected the medium-sized raspberry chicken salad and a 12-inch Farrellis Northwest Traditional Pizza, a supreme-style pizza with fennel sausage, thick-cut pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone. Supreme-style is honestly my least favourite pizza style, but I was intrigued by the description. The pizza was excellent, if a bit fennel-heavy. (Seriously, if you adore fennel sausage, you will Stan this offering). What made it worthwhile for me was the sauce. It is rare to taste a pizza sauce that reminds me of a homemade Neapolitan sauce. Well, it's more than rare. This is the first time I've ever tasted anything similar at a pizza restaurant in the PNW, ever. I could honestly have a custom pizza with this sauce and a cheese and be perfectly satisfied. The salad was also excellent for a pizza chain restaurant. The lettuce mix was so fresh I wondered where they obtained it. This salad consists of dried cranberries, candied peanuts, roasted chicken strips, red apple wedges, and blue cheese crumbles with a raspberry vinaigrette. I was a bit suspicious of this combination initially, being unsure how it would come together. It went well, and was a satisfying mixture of tart and sweet. I look forward to visiting Farrellis again and am pleased they are a new addition to Silverdale's restaurant menu. read more

Went here on the weekend for a late lunch with my kiddos and hubs . We had a server who was training a gal both were very kind and sweet . Kids got their kids plate which I was excited about since the Farrellis in Ruston and Tacoma do not do this which kinda blows since they advertise the kids plate with dough, carrot, snack etc Atmosphere is clean and neat , service was quick and attentive , they were very quick with taking our order . Hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had and would recommend! We ordered the bacon chicken ranch pizza and I haven't been the same since. I find myself craving it now and I will never go back to Pizza Hut lol! We had Erica as our server both times and she's such a sweet heart! Great service and food. I would post a picture but we were too busy eating to take it. Another thing we loved is how one side is for families and then the bar is completely separate so you can have date night here, or a family dinner. Only thing I would say is I wish I had heard about this place sooner. We heard about it for the 1st time two months ago and had no idea they opened in July. We have gone 3 times since they've opened and have tried different pizza's every time. Have not been disappointed yet. The service has been fast and friendly. Good pizza and a nice atmosphere. We went tonight (Christmas Eve) and were surprised by the number of customers. Got our pizza, and it was no longer a surprise. Crust is just crispy enough on the bottom and just chewy enough. Their pepperoni was really good and all the veggies seemed fresh. My elderly guest asked for hot water with lemon, he did not bring it, 20 minutes later she gently asked again and he snapped "I'll try" at her and he never brought it. Good food but easily the worst service I've ever experienced! There was only 2 tables in our section and our server Sydney only came to check on our table about every 20 minutes. I ordered a salad and pizza and my salad was brought out early. Great but couldn't eat it until the rest of our order was brought out because she didn't bring out silverware. We tried Farrelli's tonight for the first time. The food was okay - everything tasted fine but nothing I would rave about. Our real issue was the service - we were seated promptly but waited about 10 min before anyone approached us. Once our order was taken, our food was brought out in a normal amount of time but we were missing our daughter's drink. We asked about it and was told they would bring it ASAP. After about 25 min, we had finished eating and waited awhile. We finally got up to find someone to request our check. It took about another 15 min to receive our check and we finally received our daughter's drink right before getting the bill. Overall first impression is that service has a lot of room for improvement and prices are a bit high for what you receive. Our 1st time at Farrelli's Pizza located in Silverdale, WA on Bucklin hill. Parking in front of the restaurant is a bit cramped with neighboring restaurant but there is ample parking in the adjcent lot. The friendly hostess gave us a warm greeting and allowed us to check out the dining and bar area before deciding where we would sit. We chose the bar area which had several seating options. To the right as you enter for bar area seating you see the open concept kitchen with team members busy at work. The kitchen looked modern, efficient and clean, it looked to be well thought out in esthetics and efficiency and was noticeably cared for. The Bar area hosted tall bar height tables, cozy intimate booths, regular height tables great for wheel chair accommodation and favorable counter seating at the bar which offeres a selection of pull tabs and the bartenders personal artention. The bar area has great natural lighting provided by the large banks of windows in the surrounding area with several large screen TV's placed strategically for viewing. Our waitress Erica came right over to our chosen bar height table as we sat down. Erica was friendly, attentive throughout our entire dining experience and was helpful in explaining the options of the menu and happy hour selections. Erica took our drink order and returned in a timely manner with our drinks. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, a bit heavy on the balsamic vinegar which if balanced slightly would warrent an excellent rating and review by this diner. The North West Traditional pizza was our choice of entrée. The crust was delicious in favor, had a nice chew to it and the crust bottom was browned perfectly crisp. Baked in an open view brick oven... pizzas take experience and skill in their execution. Ours was cooked perfectly, a beautifly colored curst with minimal charing (over cooking) a tricky target to hit. The pizza was delicious, with obviously fresh ingredients and memorable sauce! A hint of sweet and tiny pinch of heat, a harmonious complimentary foundation to a well crafted speciality pizza. We appreciated the restaurant's policy of paying table-side, having our credit card present at all times is greatly appreciated. We met T.J the assistant manager (I believe) on our way out. He was friendly and helpful in our questions about the restaurant. In all it was a very good dining experience, very nice and clean atmosphere, friendly staff, fast attentive service and delicious food and drinks. I'd say the price for this eatery is on the upper end of the scale, but you definitely get what you pay for at this pizza shop. read more

Totally horrible experience tonight. We were warned that it may take an hour for our order. So we decided to wait. During this hour we were pretty much being avoided by our server. No checking in, no eye contact and no apologies when she walked by. We had to stop her to get her attention to get drink refills. Meanwhile, To go orders in boxes were constantly leaving the restaurant. An hour and 40 minutes go by we had to stop our server who had been avoiding us and we asked where our pizza was and how much longer. She goes and finds out then never gets back to us. We stop her again and asked her. She said another 20 minutes. So it would be 2 hours to get a pizza! So we decided to not wait anymore and left. Again, no apologies from the server. read more

Farrellis has a divided dining room one side of the restaurant is good for a family or a couple that may want a more quieter dining experience as the other side which sports two large screen TVs and tends to be a little bit more boisterous is good for the customers that want to watch the game while enjoying their ice cold beverage with their delicious pizza. Service- -When you enter Farrellis you are greeted with a friendly hello and a warm smile. To be fair I get this everywhere I go it must be on account of how handsome I am, lol just kidding. -They are quick to seat you. -Most of the servers I have come across here seem to have a pretty good grasp of the menu and can go into further depth with what each dish contains. -They also will be sure to try and save you money if you happen to order 2 of the same items that may be part of a weekly special. -Also they do check up on you just enough to make sure you have enough to drink and everything is good with your order. Food & Drink- -Create your own pizzas. Many variations you can choose from. Different types of sauce, cheese, meats and vegetables. -Their pizza dough is the best in Kitsap County. -They do personal sized pizzas which is great for kids that may be picky eaters or good for a group of people that may want to get 4-5 different kinds to share amongst each other. -Their pizzas may be extremely tasty but I tend to see a minor drawback, which is the inconsistency from time to time. While still tasting good. The toppings are sometimes very minimal and other times a little heavy handed. Also the pizzas don't always have a uniformed look as ingredients are sometimes heavy on one side and almost non existent on the other. -All of their ingredients are fresh and good quality. -I have had their Mac&Cheese which was very creamy but kind of bland. But I had just their regular Mac&Cheese maybe had I got one with different ingredients I would have a different take on it all together. So if you go Mac&Cheese be bold! -Their Calzones need some work. The dough taste way to spongy and it was too doughy. Almost like it hadn't cooked long enough. -They will allow to customize almost anything on the menu. So if you want them to withhold an item or add an item just ask and they will make it happen. -For those there to celebrate an event or watch a game on the big screen they have a nice variety of appetizers, mixed drinks and plenty of beer. -They do offer daily deals when it comes to their alcohol beverages or appetizers. Just depends on what day you go in. The ambience, service and food got close to a 5* family restaurant. But with a few minor fixes the other menu items needing a little more of a wow factor to the tastebuds it can get there. I'll always be sure to update if I see a change good or bad. For now 4* is a solid rating and I'll definitely be going back soon as the craving for pizza comes quite often lol. If you have that craving right now what are you waiting for!? We went here for lunch yesterday. Moderately busy, not slammed. Seated ourselves in a booth in the bar area. A few minutes went by and one of the staff noticed we were there and said she'd bring menus. Guessing here, but it seemed like 10 minutes went by. I looked at my wife, suggested we leave and she agreed. Server showed up with menus. Ordered our drinks, eventually ordered food. Another server brought out utensils, napkins and plates. When we separated everything, the lower plate was wet and had food still on it. It was kind of nauseating. Server stopped by and was apologetic and took it all away and wiped down the table. Fast forward. Took exceptionally long for everything. Finally had to walk up to the server and ask for the bill and a box. Full price was paid, left an 18% tip and left. We spent over an our for iced tea, salad and a personal pizza. Won't be back. There are plenty of pizza options in Silverdale. read more

Went for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised at how good this place is. Our server Christopher was fantastic, he explained the menu and offered some of his favorites. We chose a pizza and a salad to split. Pizza was a delicious, nice crispy thin crust, premium toppings and it was served piping hot!
