We decided to order our dinners and drinks together to speed things up. The plan worked. Our food, though, showed up before our drinks, or even plates and cutlery were set up ten minutes after ordering. Boo. We started with a Caprese salad. It was fresh and tasty, but I would have enjoyed a softer cheese with it. Their mozzarella was too firm to my liking. Our two giant Sicilian pies arrived in a staggered fashion, but that was fine. These large rectangles of goodness looked inviting. We ordered a Hawaiian-style and a meat lovers pizza. This pizza was amazing. The thick crust was amazingly light and delish. I have never had a thick-crust pizza like this and not felt weighed down afterward. Great job. Service was terrible this evening, but the pizza was fabulous and made up for it. We will probably do carryout in the future, but we will be back for more of this goodness.
