A few classic pizza options, an amazing salad bar, and a rotation of specialty pizzas based on day of the week. I really enjoyed my meal and was not disappointed. Price was as expected. I will not be back here ever again. A few months ago I ordered here, on the app, paid on the app, got a confirmation email, and went to pick up my order. On arrival, I was asked for my ID, I didn't have my ID with me because my husband drove. I showed them my confirmation email on my phone. Manager came over and said it's because of credit card theft online is why they ask for a driver's license or ID to pick the order. Email confirmation on my phone wasn't good enough but a picture of my ID was ok. I remembered I had a taken picture of my ID recently and showed him, and he began writing it down. Not ok, pizza places shouldn't be writing down peoples licenses. Of course I made sure they knew this was not acceptable. i Ordered a pizza for a friend in the Central Valley Post Acute Hospital. I ordered this pizza, online, at 4:20 on 5/02/2021. An hour later the pizza had not arrived. The person I talked to said the order did not show up in the system. So he entered the order for me and I gave $5.00 for a tip for the driver because, of course, I wanted the ordered delivered. An hour later the pizza had not arrived, I called and the new person I talked to said he did not see the order. He finally found it and wanted to know when I was going to pick it up. I told him it was supposed to be delivered and said I had told the other person to add the $5 for the delivery driver. Well it was entered as a pick up and the 5 dollars, of course was not entered. So he said he could deliver ti for me in 10 minutes. I did not think about this, but the pizza had been sitting there for at least an hour by now, but the person grabbed it up and delivered it, ice cubes and all. Well of course the pizza was cold. And he charged me the extra for the delivery charge. So I paid about $30 for a cold, hour or hours old pizza, and was charged the delivery fee. I will do my best to find another restaurant to order from in the future as it seems this place cant get it right and then charge you for cold food that had this string of mistakes behind it. I look at Round Table as a luxury that my wallet can only afford on payday, and sometimes, not even then. So I always expect it to be good. And it used to be quite good. Unfortunately, they have really gone downhill. Last week, I placed a phone order to this location to be picked up. The pizza we ordered was one that we have purchased many times before from this location (a Guenevere's garden with pepperoni), and have always been happy with before, though it had probably been a good 6 to 8 months since we had ordered one. On this occasion, when we got it home, I was surprised to see first, the extreme lack of vegetables (which on a veggie pizza, you would expect plenty of), I counted I think 7 wilted, microscopic bell peppers on the entire pizza, and maybe about the same onions, probably less. On top of that, it was extremely doughy. I will post a before and after photo of how it looked when I was done cutting my own fresh vegetables to add to it and cooking it in my toaster oven. I took the photos, because the whole thing was just crazy to me. When I called to mention the lack of toppings to the store, they did offer to remake it, but that was all, and seeing how it was already 8 p.m, and we were all very hungry, that was out of the question. No apology, no offer for a discount in the future, and the young lady I spoke to was just not very understanding or nice at all. I managed a competing pizza chain for many years, and this is not the way I would have handled it one bit. First of all, for $30, I expect a heck of a lot more on quality and customer service. I also don't expect to have to come home and cut my own vegetables and then cook a pizza that was supposed to be cooked for me. The quality of Round Table just isn't what it used to be.I'll give it two stars, because once I cooked it and added vegetables to it, it was pretty good. Called to order 2 XL pizzas for my family and spoke to someone to place my order. The person over the phone repeated my order to me, told me the total and told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I arrived to pick up my pizzas 20 minutes later only to find that the cashier failed to submit the order so showed up for nothing. I risked my life to come out during the coronavirus to pick up these pizzas (little quarantine humor)only to be disappointed. I was told that it would be another 15 minute wait and they didn't even try to throw in some cheesy bread for the mistake. Just overall disappointed with this whole transaction. I took my family here for pizza on a Saturday evening at 430 pm. This was our first time at this location. While the food and the service would rate 3-3.5 stars the bathroom was as worse as a truck stop in the middle of nowhere! The staff and management especially should be embarrassed for this business. It should not matter, but this restaurant is a family oriented place and both bathrooms were disgusting!! You can tell by how dirty it was and by the stains on the floor and walls that they hardly ever clean. We will certainly not be back and FYI Round Table, we will certainly tell our friends and colleagues to avoid this location at all costs!! Update...We received a VIP experience pass to try this place again. So today we did. I have to say the staff was very friendly and inviting. Much different then last time. The place was busy and they made a great effort to clean tables, come by to check on customers and have the "experience " there. I have to say that the bathroom was clean compared to our last visit, however they did just open for lunch. Honestly they need to deep clean the bathroom and put some air fresheners in there.
