Don't make pizzas very well . When I complained I was told that the pizza is always made that way

Why order the lunch buffet when they do not put any fresh pizza up? Either old veggie pizza, old pepperoni pizza with very limited pepperoni, or old combination pizza. There were only 2 little pieces of twisted bread. The owners of this place is obviously very cheap. If in the area for pizza buffet, go next door, they offer fresh pizza and more variety. read more

Will not dine at this restaurant again!! The employees are so rude and nasty. We would rather go to the other location where we are appreciated. I'm sorry but talking badly about customers to other customers and complaining about customers to your cohorts while on the phone with said customer is not tactful at all! Learn some manners. The pizza tastes good but it's not worth the price. Too greasy and the pizzas have more cheese on it than anything else. Customer service is okay, but the wait time is not the best. Watched the staff make pizzas with no gloves, then the girl threw a bunch of chicken on the pizza and then decided to go through and pick out pieces of chicken off the pizza and throw it through the air back in the container. Then over charged me and to correct the issue had to issue refund and charge again. Pizza took forever to be made. 0/10 reccomend read more

This is our go to pizza place! I'm surprised they don't have 5 stars. Each time I order from here it's so good! The last time they brought us sample cookies! I ordered a pizza for a timed pick up. I got here right at the time I ordered it. First of all I walked in and wasn't acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Then out of the 2 employees they didn't know about the timed order then said oh yeah it just went into the oven. I waited about another 10 minutes and the pizza was nice and hot. The pizza tasted great except the pizza was not cut all the way through so we had to rip it since we had taken it to the park for a picnic. The inside of the restaurant was clean but the bathroom was not clean. They definitely need to work on customer service but I will give them another chance. read more

I ordered online a large double play pepperoni with light sauce, cheese sticks and a soda. I pick it up get it home its saucy. The pizza crust was so thin the toppings would not stay on and the bottom crumbled. It was cold. Just awful. Its so tiring to order food and it is never right. Like no one cares about what they sale. I actually like this Round Table. Located off of Pelandale next to Mountain Mike's and Chase Bank . Restaurant is always clean and the employees are very friendly. They offer a stuffed crust now that's delicious!! My favorite pizzas here are the BBQ Chicken and the King Arthur Supreme. My kids love the Double Play Pepperoni . I love the wings here !! Round Table can be very pricey but now they have a free app that you can earn points for free items such as free large pizza , free bread sticks etc. read more

I would give zero stars if I could! My husband ordered two large pizzas for pick up, one cheese and the other Italian sausage and mushroom. $71.00 for both and it was the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was cold and poorly made. I don't know what has happened at this location, but I definitely would not recommend. I would say in total, four pieces of the Italian sausage were eaten and half of the cheese... The rest was thrown in the trashcan where it belongs. It's an insult to pizza. They got rid of the rewards program and we were saving our points up for over 6 months. It's over $40 for a Xl Combination without coupons. That is insane! I order a large pizza, and ask for cheese and pepper, and the guy gives me a plastic bag with them already in it, like they prepared them in advance, which is fine.....but TWO cheese and TWO peppers and TWO napkins for a LARGE pizza????!!! I called round table pizza this afternoon at 3:20 and I placed the order for delivery gave the young man the details of what I would like and my address to confirmed everything he told me how much my total was. a hour and 40 minutes later still no pizza so I called back up there the lady answer the phone told me we didn't have any delivery orders than told me oh I did but they hung up no the guy told me how much it was going to be and she was in the back ground telling him 5 dollars for delivery fee just to let you know I will not be returning because they could had call me back if we got disconnected on phone .. Buffet is horrible. They charged me $15 (without a drink), and their buffet was empty. Like 2 slices of old pizza, scant salad bar, and nothing else. I waited 15minutes, and they put out one pizza that I had to share with one other person who was still eating. I ate a couple of slices and the pizza disappeared. I told the clerk who sold me the buffet and she acted like she had never heard of pizza before. Fifteen minutes later and still no pizza, so I had to return to work still hungry. Avoid at all cost. Great pizza and wings! We got the lemon pepper wings and they were really tasty and super hot & fresh! The supreme pizza and the all meat pizza were really good as well. I think Round Table has the best pizza around! Not super greasy and the crust is actually crusty! I knocked off a star because the price; it was $65 for two pizzas (one large & one medium) and an order of wings! And the coupon I thought I attached on app, apparently did not. The cashier/manager Jennifer said the pizza deal was 21 dollars ended being $24 the ranch was extra . We got water with our meal. My son put a little but of lemonade in his water. Jennifer charged out saying I'm going to have to charge you for that drink & made him pour it out. Sooo very rude! As we were eating my daughter found a hair in her food. My go to place for pizza. Had good & bad experiences but today was the worst ever. Never seen such a sloppy pizza. The large looked smaller than usual. Slices were cut sloppy too. Just everything was terrible for the price I paid. The problem may lie on the staff at that moment. I'll consider a more consistent location next time. read more

This location is seriously pathetic! Today I order a large pizza and 6 twists at 520, says it'll be ready at 557. I go in around 6 and first the lady tells me she can't even find my order, in her system I gave her my name then my number. She says look it's not there! Our pizza addiction has us always giving this place the benefit of doubt. However they seem to leave us disappointed, more often than not. Ours is not a complicated nor fancy order. Large double pepperoni with 1/2 sausage & heavy heavy red sauce. Seems they often get confused and add heavy cheese and no sauce. Which makes for a pizza that is hard to digest to say the least. Not to mention having to pay for the requested extra toppings that don't make it on the pizza. Perhapsoffer to show the customer the pizza before sealing it shut with stickers. I'd rather see if the end product is what I'd like to pay for or perhaps just leave hungry. read more

I went here for the first time with my mom and we ordered the lunch special. We waited almost an hour. As we walked out we found out we got the lady that ordered before us order. They got both our orders wrong. We ended up not getting the pizza and getting a refund. The worker was very rude. She didn't want to give us the receipt for the refund. Customer service was good but they really messed up on time. I ordered my food around 12:03 PM and didn't get it till 12:46! Was supposed to be done at 12:23 and whe I arrived they told me they were going to start making it now. I now have to leave for work I start at 1:30 in Stockton and I wanted to have a few slices before I started now not going to happen. I will continue to use McHenry going forward or just go to In N Out or something. Not too mention they didn't apologize for the wait and late start making my pizza. Both times I have ordered my pizzas with creamy garlic sauce and both times it was made wrong and with red sauce. Won't be going to this round table again. Hopefully a different one can actually read the contents of an order and get it correct. read more

Went there on Sunday and picked up 3 pizzas for $90.00 Total waste of money the pizza is the worst I have had in a long time Soft, soggy and old tasting crust. Floppy pizza that tasted horrible. I ordered light red sauce and I would hate to see what regular sauce would have been, this was very saucy, I guess they don't understand what light sauce means. The place was empty, I guess I should have checked the reviews before placing my order and wasting my money as we had to toss most of the pizza, really quite uneatable. First of all, the pizza itself was excellent. I know the main reason you come here is for the pizza, but I have to downgrade my rating on two points. First of all, we walked in right at about noon and ordered quickly. Then when we went to find a table to sit at, literally every table in the place was dirty, with previous diners' crumbs, napkins, pizza sauce, etc, on the tables. There was not one single clean table and only one customer besides us in the whole place. When I went to ask for someone to wash the tables, the only employee I could find was a young hispanic guy who didn't speak English, but I was able to get him to wipe a table down for us, which he did without bothering to wipe any of the others down. The other complaint would be a severely skimpy salad bar -- lettuce, shredded cheese, croutons and a few kinds of dressing -- no meat, tomatoes, potato or macaroni salad, other vegetables, etc. Very good pizza and bottomless soda bar but I would only go back for take-out pizza and would never dine in here again.
