The delivery person stole from me. I placed an order online and used Guest Checkout. They have a $3 delivery fee, and I added a $3 tip. I ordered the large pizza special with garlic twists and soda, which was for low $20s. The total was $31 or 32? something. My boyfriend was told to sign a slip at the door, so I guess the delivery person filled out an additional tip bc my boyfriend didn't know to put a $0. My credit card statement showed a total of $41 and change. I will never order from this thieving place again. read more

I'd like to say that when you're spending this much on pizza your expectations are bit higher. The customer service here has always been nice but I find their Palmdale location is better at paying attention to quality of food. I feel like this location constantly skimps on toppings and sauce so you feel like you're eating more bread than anything. As if you weren't paying enough to need to add extra everything. read more

My husband ordered pizza on his way home from work with a set delivery time. The driver got here 10 mins early knocked on my door and demanded to see a license and CC card. It's a pizza that you're delivering to an address right after I mentioned the name of the person who ordered it - full name. Even so, LADY CHILL THE F OUT. It's pizza not an order of rib eye steak with truffle fries on the side or a filet mignon. GTFO here. Rude customer service, food tasted like cardboard. They took 30 min to make a med pizza, with three cooks and no other customers. It's no secret that I love round table pizza! That being said, i'm not biased towards it, It's more like i have higher expectations for any I go. I've gone to this one a couple times, and i've been satisfied every one. Of course, round table pizza is a little more on the expensive pizza side, but only because it's so much better than everywhere else. The place gets pretty full on weekend nights or after a sporting event as i've seen little league teams there and stuff. The food is amazing as always, salad bar fresh and crisp! It's been a few months since last time having, it's not near my house kind of out of my way, but used to be worth it. I live in Palmdale. It was awful. Very little sauce, some pieces I don't think had any sauce. Bought two large and have one large left over because no one wanted more, ended up throwing it out. Very dry, not as much cheese either for what I would call a premium pizza. I will probably never go back, I would be afraid to try it again and waste my money and my expectations. I called and ordered two large pizzas for delivery. I asked for the veggie pizza with no mushrooms and to swap the white onions for red. The lady on the phone said that is a 2.50 up charge. I said why we're just swapping the color of onions. She said no it's an add on. That makes no sense. The total came out to 45$ for just two large pizzas!! I cancelled the order. Way over priced! I have always enjoyed the pizza from round table but the most recent time going was just terrible. We came in and ordered our pizza with no issues. We expected a wait but we ended up waiting for an hour before we finally asked about our pizza. It ended up that the pizza had already been ready for some time and we were waiting for nothing. Along with the wait, the employees were playing inappropriate music with foul language and themes. It wouldn't have bothered me so much if it had not been for the children that were present in the restaurant at the time. Overall a poor experience that I blame on the staff at the time. read more

After spending and hour or more going back and forth during the course of several phone calls to get someone to explain to me why I could not substitute, one vegetable item, for another without having the price shoot up drastically for a "Create Your Own", I finally gave in and agreed to pay the additional $1.50 for the alternate topping I wanted. I ordered a Large Fire Roasted Veggie with Pineapple. However, when I received my Pizza, it turned out to be a Fire Roasted Pepperoni. When I called to inform the gentleman who took my order that it was not what I ordered, he immediately cut me off and started telling me that I ordered the Fire Roasted Pepperoni. I was flabbergasted, as I had spent the better part of 15 minutes during my ordering process, explaining to him that I was a Vegetarian. He had even looked up and re-read my previous pizza order from two days ago, and saw that I had a Veggie pizza, and i was ordering the same today. So why he would accuse me of "Lying" about my own order was beyond me. After he told me to look at my Receipt, as if it would magically prove me wrong, he then realized that it was actually he who made the mistake, Although he did apologize, I was now forced to sit and wait an hour for another pizza while the rest of my order got cold. I had ordered Parmesan bread sticks (which had "ZERO" Parmesan cheese in them) for my side dish. He obviously sent me regular Bread Sticks. Which by the time the replacement pizza came, where as cold and as hard as bricks. Back in my college days I worked at a Round Table Pizza. If we ever screwed up someone's order, my manager would always do something to make the customer feel better. He would never accuse the customer of lying and not make some sort of gesture to amend the situation. As for the pizza, I went to bite into it my first slice, and having just bought one only two days ago, the taste of what it should have been was still fresh on my mind. However, it became obvious from bite one that the core toppings were noticeably skimpy. There were way fewer Fire Roasted toppings than usual. I counted no more than three chunks of Roasted tomatoes for my entire pizza. Even with the Pineapple, I literally was able to pick up entire slices of pizza that had nothing but cheese, and about three chunks of Pineapple and one sliver of Bell Pepper. I had experienced this same phenomenon the very first time I visited this particular Round Table, about two months earlier. I thought that maybe the cook just had a bad day and that since there was a large church group having a party there, that maybe my order got rushed. Hence I gave this Round Table a second chance (and then a third, fourth, fifth and sixth) and the pizzas were a bit better. However, after this last episode I am so fed up with Pizza delivery restaurants that "Claim" customer service and satisfaction is important (over the phone), but NEVER actually provide any "Customer Service" when it comes time to actually give it. I am even further sick of Pizza Restaurants displaying pizzas with toppings just bulging and falling off the edges of the crust, but when you get yours, it looks like something the kid from the movie "Oliver Twist" would scoff at.... "Sir...more please" Although I haven't ordered from the local competition, (Domino's Pizza) in over three years, the one thing I did like if they screwed up my order, they would at least re-make my side order as well so that I would have a complete hot meal. Or they'd put me down for a manager's special for my next order. I never thought I would say this, having been a former employee of Round Table Pizza, the supposed "last honest pizza", but after having no response from the Franchise Owner, (who I left a message for at approximately 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday with no return call) and learning that it is actually the Franchise owner's policy NOT to make topping substitutions, while skimping on the core toppings is O.K. regardless if you've paid for more or not....... Was delivered the wrong order and to rectify the manager promised to send a free coupon in the mail. Makes no sense to send a coupon just give me my money back. But never even got the coupon three weeks later. Call back to ask what happened and I'm interrogated by another employee as if I am lying about the entire situation. I ask why I can't have this resolved and get my free pizza, she says it doesn't work like that. She has to leave a note for the general manager for the next day. What a pain to go through when they are the ones who messed up my order. After this I am done with Round Table!! My mom and I decided on a whim to eat a late lunch there today arriving about 3:30. The salad bar was awesome, every item full, the lettuce so cold,crisp, clean just delicious!! Actually, this place didn't take over Me and Eds. That would be the one in Palmdale which is located on 10th west (661-266-8570). Also, a one topping medium pizza is $13.79+tax and if you can't afford the best, I pity you because you are missing out on some great, non-cardboard tasting pizza, with the best sauce and dough made fresh every morning. I love Round Table. If the price is really an issue, they have daily, weekly, and monthly specials. Including lunch specials (11-3pm) which have fairly good prices for what you normally pay after 3pm. Even if you don't want pizza they have a fresh salad bar, garlic parmesan twist (my fav!), hot and bbg wings, sandwich melts, beer on tap, garlic bread, ect. really worth the price! read more

Wife and I came here for a quick personal pizza, small order of wings, couple of salads and drinks. Yikes! Way too pricey for this place. Then we couldn't find a clean table in the place. Staff was ok cordial, but they were all chatting and not cleaning. We do like the updates to the decor. Wife loved the pizza as usual. Boneless wings were so so. Round Table is one of the best pizzas we have in the Antelope Valley. It is a little pricey, but does cost matter when you are getting exceptional quality of food? Sure you can get a pizza for 5 bucks, but how do you think they are getting the food? Do you think they care? Round Table is delicious and well worth the money! Although, employees, looked like they were in a frat/sorority house, talking and making loud jokes, like there are no customers around.
