This place was great for my large group and the owners were really sweet about me reserving space. Great for meetups with lots of seating. Hilda and the whole team at Round Table helped make my daughter's birthday party wonderful! Everyone was helpful and so accommodating. We had over 50 guests and everyone had a great time, especially the birthday girl. The kids were thrilled to spend time in the arcade area, which took away the need to plan for additional entertainment. Of course, the food (including the pizza and wings) was devoured. Buyer beware. I ordered two pizzas to go for $55. While waiting for my order, my phone detected a WiFi signal labeled for "Round Table customer use only," as shown in my screenshot. I politely asked the cashier for the password, but she claimed the restaurant had no WiFi. I requested to speak with a manager who admitted they do have WiFi but insisted it's not for customer use. Even after I showed the manager the screenshot, she maintained that the owner does not allow customers to access it. So, this restaurant has a "guest only" WiFi but refuse to let paying customers use it. How strange! The cashier was dishonest. Very bad experience--will never return. read more

I've been a loyal patron of this location for a number of years. Tonight I ordered a 1 topping large regular crust pizza, got apparently got the skinny crust or maybe gluten free?.Terrible. $25 for inedible pizza. The owner says The order was for regular crust; I already knew that, but that doesn't mean it was made that way. I've been buying pizzas from here for a long time, and the crust has never tasted this crappy. The very reason I come here and pay twice as much for pizza is because their pizza used to be better, but the quality seems to be going downhill. Instead of offering to remake it, the owner said, "We made a lot of pizzas today and you're the first person who complained." ?!! Poor customer service. I could've gotten a much tastier (& edible) pizza for less at any number of pizza joints. Very disappointing. Called back next day and asked to have the pizza remade. They obliged but I shouldn't have had to ask and I definitely did not deserve the attitude I received. I get that they're busy and they don't have enough employees working there but that's not my fault. :-( read more

The round table pizza in S. Pasadena recently closed down, so this location will now be the location I get my pizza. I recently came here during the week for lunch. Parking lot is a little small, wasn't that crowded during the day on a week day. The restaurant inside was clean and organized. The workers were polite, professional and quick with the food. After spending $30, including tip, on a 12 inch pizza is sounding ridiculous when compared to Costco $10 18 inch pizza, you really have to put it in context. Shed a little perspective on the situation. I was able to order online and customizing and ordering was a breeze on the computer. I found it impossible on my cell phone. Maybe there is a secret app for that. I also realized and remember how the order notes section is just a place for you to feel like you are contributing to the order process. And I mean feel because no one continues to actually read them. Ive been going here since 2010 and it has only disappointed me once before which is more than okay considering how many times I've ordered the gourmet veggie pizza here in the past 12 years. The issue I had this time is that the pizza did not have enough sauce. Withoutthe creamy garlic sauce the pizza is not quite as flavorful. The other issue is the cheese. The cheese they used to use tasted a bit smoky. It was only mozzarella. The cheese on my gourmet veggie seemed more like mexican cheese or colby jack (had yellow in it, visible in the attached image) and therefore the pizza does not taste the way it has for the past 12 years. I hope this gets fixed back to the way it was because the pizza here has truly been a delight for me for so long. read more

I love pizza. I've had pizzas good and bad, but nearly always good, in New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, even Tokyo. The one in Tokyo was kind of marginal, but not so bad. All the others were good to excellent including some local LA-area pizzas. In fact, until today I could honestly say I've never had a really bad pizza, even in college. Until today. The pizza my wife brought home from Round Table was the single worst-tasting, overcooked, doughy, just simply awful-tasting so-called pizza I have ever tried to eat. She had to order some pizzas for a children's party, so she picked up a small one for me which was nice of her. She handed it to me when she got home. Here's how it went: Me at first look: "This looks a bit strange. Did they drop this on the floor?" First bite: "Oh God, this is awful. It tastes bitter and burnt, even the pepperoni is awful." Keeps eating so as not upset wife. But finally: "Honey, I'm sorry but this is simply inedible. I feel like I'm eating someone's shoe. I can't eat this thing. Do you mind if I throw it out?" My wife is sad now. And I need something to settle my stomach. How do you manage to make food taste this awful? I will not patronize any Round Table pizza place, I promise you that. read more

The restaurant was very dirty. This included the tables, seats, floors. The odor by the fountain drink dispenser was from the restrooms and it was horrid. It spoiled my dinner for sure and more than likely will keep me away from there in the future. The restaurant also seemed well staffed! Ok, so I frequent this location often and tonight I'm hurt. I just had surgery so I am limited on my mobility and being a single father I have to be safe that my son eats. Tonight I decided to order my usual at Roundtable online with a tip because I appreciate the work that goes into preparing my family's food. I Do Not appreciate this thick curly hair my son found in his pizza on the first bite of a slice he told me tasted funky. Absolutely disgusting to the maximum degree, Roundtable is a gourmet pizza establishment that is not cheap.
