Went to round table pizza to order for my family. Because of the impact of Hurricane lane ..there was a sign that said they would be closing at 5pm. Totally understandable!! What's not acceptable is that I was standing in line at 4:34pm!! I get to the cashier and they tell me they aren't taking any more orders! Wtf?!? Since when does closing at 5pm mean stop making food at 430?? If this was their plan, the sign should have mentioned they would not be taking any orders after 430!! 4 minutes after 430 and they can't make an exception??? When their sign says close at 5?!? Like I said, I totally understand closing early..employees want to be safe with their family.. But.. It's very disheartening during times like this when communities need to rally around each other..that this business shows no compassion. read more

Round Table Pizza - Sign says closes at 5pm...but refuse to take my order at 4:34 pm...how does that make sense!!! - Pizza Near Me - Kailua, Hawaii

From the Bay Area, always a good place to eat pizza! It's unique, the sauce, cheese and meats, great!

Today we had to go to the Waimanalo Post Office to renew my daughter's passport. When we were done we decided to go for a swim at Waimanalo Beach Park. Swimming and playing in the sun really helps you work up an appetite so we decided to go to Enchanted Lakes to get something to eat. Originally we had our heart set on some Greek food but when we arrived we learned that the place we had in mind was only doing take out. We were hungry and didn't want to drive around looking for other places to eat so we decided you can't go wrong with pizza. We saw that there was a Round Table Pizza so we decided to check it out. We were very pleased with our food, and the service that we received. The ambiance was a little dated, but it was clean, and not too busy. The cashier who took our order was very friendly, and the other gentleman who was working the counter who later also brought our Pizza out was also very kind and friendly. He checked on us several times and asked us if we needed anything else with our order. It's hard to find good customer service and I believe we found it here at Round Table Pizza at Enchanted Lakes. We ordered the Ulta Meat pizza with the original crust, and it was super ono! We also had the garlic parmesan chicken wings, which was a dry rub, and it was very meaty and prepared just right. We got free refills on the drinks, and the bathrooms were very clean. I don't know when we'll come back because we actually live in Ewa Beach, but if we are ever in the area and are craving pizza we will definitely return here. I recommend you do as well! read more

On a recent evening venture to my parent's house in Kahalu'u we found ourselves trying to find a place to eat dinner. Kaneohe has a bunch of great asian food places and a couple of pizza joints too. We wanted to go somewhere that wasn't readily available where we live, out in the wesside. We chose a place that we miss eating at since they closed their Waipahu location.. Roundtable Pizza. We got there a little before 8p and were told we could eat in but.. they close at 9p. Shoots! Can. We ordered a large half King Arthur's Supreme and half Montague's All Meat pizza. Of course you don't come here and not get the garlic twist bread.. that would be sacrilegious! Our food was piping hot when brought to our table. The twists were a little undercooked but still soooo ono! Pizza had ample toppings and the cheese was stretchy and delicious! Yup, we pigged out lol! Our only issue was the large group of people taking up 3/4 of the restaurant and walking between tables while talking story. Yeah, my social distancing meter was freaking out small kine but that's the chance you take when you eat out during covid. Overall it was a great food experience! read more

Been here twice so far since their renovation in mid-2015. Dining room has fixed booth seating along the front windows and then 4-top tables and chairs that can be easily moved to accommodate large families and groups. On both visits, the tables were clear of any dishes from previous patrons and the dining room looked clean overall. You order your pizza at the front and you're given a number to display at the table so the server knows where you're at when they bring it out. Good pizza and service. They also offer a salad bar, but I didn't order it so I can't give a review. A large 1-topping pizza starts around $22, so make sure to check-in on Yelp before you order because they're currently offering a $3 off coupon. read more

**Late Post** .... the Yelp App kept closing on me... Decide to stop in a get some beer, pizza, and wings! Just the food needed on a "I don't feel like cooking" kind of night. They were pretty busy - tables were filled with lots of families which was so nice to see- all generations enjoying some ono food! Ordered simple one topping Italian Sausage Pizza, Traditional Hot Wings, pitcher of beer... not the pizza I wanted but the rest of my peeps just wanted a simple pizza --- so they win! Yes, they do have impersonal size- I was trying to do damage control for late night eats and prevent heartburn kind of decision Pizza was great-- definitely the Fat Cells were Happy!!! The wings well that wasn't so great it lacked flavor and was salty.... Fat Cells disappointed- the pitcher of beer made everything better! The service was great- and because I am writing this view a few days later - I can't recall our waitress name. I know it was a Hawaiian name, and she had a sweet smile with dimples. She was very attentive, made sure we were ok on perfect timing - what does that mean to me - she didn't come while we were busy chewing our food, kept us in the loop or food time, and came to ask if we needed boxes when she saw we slowed down... all that means she was paying attention to our table.... amongst her others! Restaurant was clean, all employees seemed friendly and helpful- even though they were busy, it's a great place for families. Overall- The 4 stars come from the chicken wings were tasteless- everything else was great! - And we had a great time. Enjoyed the food and drinks- Fat Cells definitely left happy and cannot wait to return! Happy Fat Cells Dance! read more

One of my favorite pizza spots. Open everyday. Located in Enchanted Lake shopping center. Parking can get kinda tight and depending on the day, the restaurant gets packed too. Food is delicious, wait time for orders is kinda slow. They have a selection of beers and wines. There's a salad bar. Also a mini arcade area for the keiki. read more

Had lunch today because I had a $5.00 off coupon for a large pizza. Told my husband we normally dont eat a large but he said we can always take the leftovers home for dinner. Well its seems like they were having problems with their internet scanning credit cards for purchases. People were coming in and waiting in line wondering what's happening. Well the guy before me was paying by credit card and the cashier told him not working not working. He reply how can that be when I just purchased with a credit card not to long ago. The cashier told him something must be wrong with the scanner so if he can pay cash well its seems like he really didnt want to but he got no choice I guess. In the mean time the customer who was waiting way before me was agrueing I want to buy a beer I want to buy a beer and nobody was paying attention to her. But for me they took my coupon and I pay cash and ordered the pizza sat down and waited. The people were their paying by credit card was upset because had to pay cash they walk out. They had Hawn telcom internet problems. The manager apologized to the customer about the problem but I guess this round table always having problems with the internet. The pizza is still good no matter what happened today and since I live in kailua now I'll be back read more

My mom let me know that it's #nationalpizzaweek ! So this past Monday, we ordered from one of our favorite pizza joints on the island - @roundtablepizzakailua . Of course we had to go to the OG spot for our family. Round Table pizza is a chain, but the location in Kailua is a break off from it - they're small family owned and locally owned. Knowing that they are #smallbusiness and #localbusiness made ordering #pizza from them even better. Not to mention, even better to support places that have such good memories from when I was little to now - I've had a birthday party here as a kid, did dine and takeout with my grandparents when I was younger, and make the drive just for the taste of nostalgia. * What makes them so special is the quality they put into making their pizzas. They use a firey flame oven that makes the crust a perfect amount of cheesy and crispy. They don't skimp on the toppings and each bite isn't bare. It's also, not every saucy and cheesy. If you like a little salty ness, I'd recommend getting anchovies from them to cut up and add to your slices. * Our normal order is two large pizzas - one King Arthur and one Mushroom Olive. The King Arthur has tomato sauce, cheese , green bell peppers, black olives, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms , and onions . The Mushroom Olive is real simple, but real tasty - pizza sauce, cheese, mushrooms, and black olives. I do like mine a little spicy so I add some chili flakes to it. read more

My husband and I wanted to try round table because we haven't had it for quite awhile. We walk in at 7:00 pm and wait to get seated but the girl in the tells us we close at 7:00 pm what? The website says closed at 9:30pm and sat -sun is later I'm super disappointed at round table! They just lost a couple more customers. We ending up going next door to eat and gave them our business oh well I wouldn't doubt it if round table shuts down they need to change if they want business read more

Food is great. It's the service that sucks. Always a note stating long waits due to short staff but never see the supervisors or MANAGER or OWNER working. Just shut it down cause obviously YOU don't wanna work it! If you can't afford to pay decent wages at least work too! So many people are disgusted with their management! It doesn't feel welcoming anymore. read more

Never had a good experience. 2 deliveries with expensive underwhelming pizza. Most current attempt to dine in.. arrived to dine in at 7:20 (mostly empty restaurant) couple in front of us was seated. Almost 2 hour delivery!!! R u kidding me?! Very upset Ridiculous that the first thing they say on phone is "Aloha ... We are proud to offer delivery." They took 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS!!!! I had to cook for kids and then when I ask for manager they LIE and said that I updated my order w a salad ... uh... no... it was on original order!!!! So then I asked for free or 50% off, manager says NO... only 15%! So I open pizza and notice that I ordered 2x red sauce (which they charged me for) and there was NO sauce on it! So I tell them and manager says "well we can pick it up for a full refund!" Really??? WOW!! Oh and when I said we might go out to eat now so the driver needs to hurry... they said maybe you can drop it off!!!! Really??? I would've just picked it up myself in the first place. It took the driver an HOUR later to pick it back up. The ONLY GOOD thing was that driver gave back tip but my husband didn't want that & he didn't know what he was giving back to him. Then he thought it was the $42 refund. Yeah... pizza and smallest salad cost $42.20! 1 large pizza and small salad. And then they have a nerve to not have the decency to make up for their errors!!!! Ugh!!!!!! I hope more people blast Round Table... I can't be the only one this is happening too. This is WRONG!!! SOOOO WRONG!!!! read more

Always great fresh ingredients to there awesome pizza. Looking forward to the next visit.

They tell you to use their app beluga and then when you order they tack on a service fee and a tip. So instead of getting a $10 discount for using the app we only save $3.00 So deceiving and unethical. Not eating here again when it has deceptive practices. $5 tip for dropping off a pizza and drink . Ps Pizza was ok. read more

My favorite pizza joint! We come here whenever we have work in the area. If you know what you want, be sure to call in your order if you have the chance. Pizzas are made to order and can take a little time especially if they're busy. Love the King Arthur's with the original crust! It's their version of a supreme and is loaded with fresh and flavorful toppings (see menu photos)! Crisp crust, oozing cheese, different sausages, peppers, and more make this a treat for the most picky palette! Gotta eat now!!! read more

Very slow and RUDE service. I wish I could take back the tip that was automatically added to my bill through the app. Why are you automatically adding a tip in? Waiting for over 45 minutes for our order. When we ordered there were only 3 other tables. Finally get our order and it's wrong. They said they would remake it. We waited and waited-they didn't remake it. If I didn't go up to the counter to ask, we would've waited for god knows how long - because they don't check on their tables. Yeah they gave me a refund but my son couldn't eat what he ordered. Can I get a refund on the $12 tip? They don't come around to ask if we need anything. Don't offer refills either. Having to chase them down to get things doesn't constitute a tip! So disappointed with this since we spent almost $100 for non service. read more

We often drive from Mililani to kailua just to get the pizza here. We stopped going for awhile because of the poor customer service we received last year, but we decided we would try again. Some guy in the restaurant is cleaning comes to the door and just says sorry we are closed, add insult to injury I was charged for the online purchase. Thanks roundtable read more

Round table is the best pizza hand down Too bad the locations are so far away How's about a town locale ?

I like the pizza at Round Table Pizza, so this review has nothing to do with their food. Instead, it has everything to do about their service. This is the second time that our takeout order was messed up and this will be the last time we're coming to Round Table Pizza in Enchanted Lake. Granted, Friday night is a traditional pizza night for families so all pizza joints are bound to be packed. However, it took 15 minutes to get through to them on the phone and then another 15 minutes of listening to their recording to wait on the line. When someone finally answered, the guy was so overwhelmed with orders that I needed to repeat my order several times. The wait for pizza was one hour. When we got there, they asked for payment and said our order be right up. We waited, but then found out that our order was given to another customer. We asked for a refund, but was given a receipt as a refund. We paid cash! Finally we got our cash back, but not after turning down the manager's offer that our order would be on him if we waited another 40 minutes. Uh, no thank you. This was the second time this happened to us. The first time, we were short changed one pizza and when they discovered their error, they admitted that they gave our pizza to another customer by mistake. So, just some advice, check your order to make sure that it actually is your order otherwise you may be eating an anchovy pineapple pizza for dinner. Shame on you Round Table Pizza! read more

Ordered delivery last night from the ever-trusty (and delicious) Round Table. This isn't my usual RT restaurant but it was the closest to my friend's house. Delivery was FAST, reasonably priced and the driver left our food at the door as requested since we were in the back yard. Can't go wrong with a good pepperoni pizza and garlic parmesan twists. Love the pepperoni they use, LOTS of flavor. The only thing I was mildly disappointed in was the crust. It wasn't a crust I wanted to eat...lots of crusts leftover on plates at the end of our meal. Other than that, I would totally order again and recommend to a friend. read more

This is for the take-out experience. FIRST, we did a YELP CHECK-IN, got a nice TREAT. We walked in and was welcomed immediately. Went to the counter and ordered our large pizza. They told us it would take 30 minutes. We were planning to call in and order ahead, but at the time, still didn't know for sure if we were going to go there. Came back later and they requested the receipt due to the order number, so don't throw out your receipt. Parm cheese and chili pepper packets up for grabs by cash register. Our zesty chix and spinach pizza was still hot 20 minutes after we got home. It also included cheese. It tasted very strong on the garlic side. Not a problem for me, but could be a problem for someone else. The restaurant was filled to the left with families and to the right with couples. Everyone seemed happy. Lots of beer & wine on tap. ( No drunk cackling or out of control people). Arcade games and a salad bar in the back. When I'm back, I'd like to dine in and be like those happy patrons. read more

This is the most unbelievable pizza in Hawaii. People think I am crazy, but I prefer this to New York Pizza in NY and Deep Dish in Chicago. We always get the King Arthur's Supreme and we add anchovies to it. We also ask the kitchen to keep the pie in the oven 5 minutes longer to make the crust more flaky and crisp. I think the flavor is extraordinary. Unlike the Waikiki locations, the Kailua location uses a Brick Oven. You can taste the smokiness in the crust and throughout the toppings. We also enjoy pouring ranch dressing all over the slices of pizza. The toppings taste fresh and the saltiness of the anchovies really contrast the variety of flavors this pizza offers. If you want to get risky, you can even get half the pie with red sauce and the other half with the white sauce. Either way works well. If you want a great pizza, I would suggest driving out to Kailua soon. read more

Still my go-to pizza place. They are consistently good. They have more items than what is on the online menu: http://roundtablepizzakailua.com/menu.aspx#LunchCombos Not listed online: Smokehouse Pizza (pepperoni or chicken, Portugues/Italian sausage, tomatoes, red and green onions, bbq sauce, red sauce) and Kalua Pig Supreme Pizza (Kalua pig, red onions, tomatoes, green onions, and bbq sauce, garlic sauce) They also don't list their Pizzatatoes, which is a halved potato, topped w/cheese and 1 topping of your choice which is baked. It's a great side dish. They sell it 4 pieces for $6.25 or 8 pieces are $11.99. They also have BBQ Pizzatatoes which are slightly higher priced...haven't tried those yet. Our family usually rotates between the other pizzas, or do a half and half pizza. Last night we got half Maui Zaui and half Wombo Combo. The Maui Zaui is on the sweeter side w/red chili sauce, ham, pineapple and bacon which balances nicely with the saltier Wombo Combo which has pepperoni, Portuguese sausage, Italian sausage, bacon and artichokes. Can't go wrong with bacon! http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/Lobx3jNZU4WKrv92I-14RA?select=BZh8AQ65ciJCTNLI5Qf5kA They also have a side room where they usually seat people, but will reserve for parties. I swear I forget how much I love this place until I bite into the pizza! My newest love here is the Parmesan bread sticks with ranch dipping sauce and before we got there all I was looking forward to was the bread.... So I ate my bread stick first and just finished stating how I could just eat breadsticks and no pizza... When I took a bite into my slice of pizza and was reminded just how delicious and amazing the pizza from here was!! Just the right amount of crust... Not too thin but not too bready (is that a word?) .... With just the right amount of pizza sauce... And this is the best part... The perfect temperature so as soon as it hits your table it's edible and doesn't burn your mouth!!! I have gone here so many times and have yet to figure out how they manage to do that every time! There are just so many things to love about here! The old school pizza parlor feel with the cleanliness of a new place, the old school video games, jukebox and they even sell liquor! Although I have to admit we are always so full after eating here we have never had room to drink a beer-but at least we have the option if we ever want :) Now this is one of the things people don't know about round table. You can pre order your "dine in" meal!!!! All you have to do is call in your order and tell them what you want to eat and when you get there it's READY for you to sit down and EAT! genius! Just remember the pizza takes about 20-30 minutes depending how busy they are! Not to mention they recently started a new policy for weekends when they are busy.... You cannot save a booth until after u already ordered and paid! Knowing this we pre ordered before we left Kaneohe and by the time we got to Kailua we paid and waited only 5 minutes for our pizza and table!!! Hands down best pizza place on island :) a must go! In fact I just ate here tonight and am wishing I had some leftovers right now!! read more
