I love BNEP, and even moreso now that Pieology is gone! BNEP was my go to pizzaria before, when they had a location next to Windward Mall. I now only wish that they would deliver to Kaneohe, or reopen another location here, because Aikahi is the closest to me, which is a bit of a distance to pickup unless I'm in the area and headed home. What I love about BNEP are the fresh ingredients, the size of the slices and the fact that they can split the pizza in half with different toppings. Perfect when you have others with different tastes, but don't need another whole pizza. It is a bit way pricier than Pieology, and less variety or selections, but I'm willing to spend more for a larger pizza that I can eat for a couple of days without it losing its flavor and getting either hard or soggy. Pleeaase come back closer to Kaneohe town! read more

This is the place to get pizza in Kailua. They have other locations on-island that I've been to once and the experience was similar, so they've done a good job establishing the model and standardizing. This review is for the Kailua location. It's tough to say more than this is just really Good Pizza. Standard topping options, crunchy/chewy crust, good flavor on the sauce. It's good Pizza. One-size pies are enormous and can feed a family of 4 easily. If you order a slice, which they keep on the side for quick warming, you actually get two slices. Good value, especially for Oahu. Boston Special is a good "works" style pizza, and even for the carnivores the Spinach/Garlic is fantastic. Decor inside cant be beat. Pictures and banners commemorating the best football team that there ever was, interspersed with photos of other great moments in Boston sports history. read more

Got vegetable pizza; loaded with garlic and very good. Crust could have used a bit more time in the oven though. The guy behind the counter (around 4:30 on 7/9/26) was almost epically unfriendly though! Please train him to be at least courteous and helpful to guests! read more

Great pizza place. Found it by accident. Staff is super friendly, pizzas are huge and one size only, that's their thing. They do sell pizza by slice as well, and beware, a "slice" is a quarter of a pizza lol. We shared one slice (a quarter of the large pizza!) and it was very good. Fresh, delicious, crust that's thin enough but not too thin, and lots of toppings. And it was only $9 which given the size I thought was very reasonable. I'd come back in a heartbeat! read more

These pizzas are always filling and yummy. We like the Hot Jimmy and this time we tried the Carbonara pizza. Both were good. Even if the pizza is cold, it's still good. While it may seem pricey, the pizza is larger than other pizza franchises. So we get two meals from one order! read more

Fast easy and also delicious! Great service and your pizza is ready no time. Located in the Aikahi shopping center. You can run in pick your slice and then heat it up for you and they're oven and then no time flat. You have a delicious lunch or dinner. My favorite pizza there is a big red along with the Carbonero pizza. The pizza are as the name implies true Boston North End pizza, thin crust with crispy edges. My mouth is watering while writing this review. Plenty of parking. If you craving a great pizza and are on the Windward side of the island, this place is definitely worth a try. read more

Staff: fully staffed Interior: plenty of table seating Exterior: next to Tamura's Wait time: 10 mins Parking: lot Overall comments: choose your slices from the display window then they heat it up in the oven. Slice comes out to 2 slices. Carbonara was great tasting. I really liked the marinara sauce on the pepperoni pizza. Huge slices here, I'm not kidding! I couldn't finish two slices myself. Tomatoe pie was pretty decent.

Huge pizzas- fresh & ready to go at the time they said it would be. The staff is always friendly and BUSY! Price matched the quality- but I do wish double pepperoni actually had double the amount! I'd be worried about getting single pepperoni and it only having 10 pieces across the whole pie. read more

SOLID This is a small neighborhood joint which I love coming to. And it never disappoints! One "slice", literally a quarter of a huge pie, is bigger than any slice I've ever seen to this day. I love that they retoast your thin crust pizza if you choose a premade on in the glass case and cut it into smaller slices for you without asking. Every type I've tried has hit the spot but the garlic and spinach is my unexpected favorite. I shamefully even tried to recreate this order at one of those chain pizza places and it was not even close to how tasty Bostons Pizza was. I will be a continued loyal customer. This pizza restaurant is located in a small strip mall. There is lots of free parking right outside. Different kinds of pizza are displayed in a clear case with labels so you know what they are. Orders can be placed by the slice, which they well re toast for you, or whole. There is an option to add a pulled pork topping for an additional fee. The slices are huge, a quarter of a pizza. They will cut it in half for you. I got the meat lovers and my husband got the rambo with the pulled pork topping. There are a handful of tables along side the wall. Each table has a set of napkins and condiments like crushed red pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, etc. Pizza was delicious and the crust was crispy. The kitchen is an open area in the middle of the shop. It's cool to watch them knead the dough, add the toppings, and slide it in the oven. Staff is friendly. The gal at the counter asked me what my current favorite song was then played it over the sound system. The bathroom requires a code that the staff will give you if you just ask. Bonus - it's BYOB! read more

Boston Pizza is nostalgic from my childhood. I still remember the original location across the street from the old Blockbuster. Came here on Saturday around 1130AM and got the classic spinach/ garlic and the rambo. Under $15 for two huge slices of pizza which was 3 meals for me? Great price, quick service.. I feel like the pizza still hits the spot for me. read more

Been going here for several years but it seems things have recently changed? Perhaps a new operator? We usually get slices, which are about 1/ 4 of a large pie. Seems it's much more bready with thicker more risen crust. We have also noted that some items like the Hot Jimmy have different toppings and portions now? Still a great choice but seems slightly changed. Note seems cleaner, which is a plus. read more

The guys working there are friendly and the service is great! The pizzas were perfect! Our fav is the spinach, garlic, mushroom. The place is clean and well maintained. I didn't get the name of the person who helped us but he was super nice. read more

We love Boston Pizza, this is our first time at this location. This location has seating inside and outside. And they have more options other than Pizza like Stromboli and calzone. We were greeted right when we walked in. I ended up getting a slice and my husband got a Stromboli. We picked drinks from the fridge. And had a nice lunch sitting outside in in front of the restaurant. read more

What a un-Aloha experience today! Not only was I rushed because I couldn't order my two $70 pizzas fast enough...by the manager...but couldn't get cheese or peppers to go...got a weird look ...pay more money for plates and use the big sprinklers...even though I tipped you and you continued to be rude because this location is blessed to hand the military and Arizona visitors...BUT DONT EXPECT ALOHA HERE!!!! We called to order a pizza on a Friday night at 7:34 PM, only to be told they stop taking orders at 7:30--even though they don't close until 8:00 PM. We live just five minutes away and were surprised they wouldn't make an exception, especially for a simple order placed just a few minutes past their cutoff. It's disappointing, especially on a Friday night when you'd expect a pizza place to be more accommodating. The rigid policy and lack of flexibility felt like poor customer service. A little understanding goes a long way. read more

Food was not good I ordered a Boston special I order extra cheese to be put on after pizza cooked but the cooked cheese regular and the pizza was junk it had too much cheese cooked with pizza it looked like the pizza had only cheese then to top it off they gave me a container with cheese to put on but pizza was terrible I had a bad experience at this Boston in Kailua . read more

Love Bostons Pizza, always available for an order even if they are slammed. Our go to is the Hot Jimmy!

This popular pizza pavilion serves up delicious massive slices (1/4 of a pie = to 2 regular slices) to walk in customers. I walked in around dinner time and selected the all meat slice add mushrooms & EXTRA CHEESE PLEASE! After a quick warm up in the oven, my slice was served up with a friendly shout out! You can tell the crew here knows how work in unison as the flo of call in orders to go kept pace with the many walk ins at the beginning of the 5 pm dinner time rush. The interior has a that east coast decor with a heavy influence of Patriots memorabilia all over the walls. Sports is the theme on the small flat screen tv's and there are several small tables for those customers dining in. Great slice of pie with that hand tossed regular crust that has the right crusty bottom with a slight soft chew. Bonus! As "Patriots" they offer a Military discount with ID. I think I will build my own whole pie next visit. read more

Was craving pizza and decided to try out Boston's. My first impression was that it was pretty pricy. I had to look up at the board for prices as it was not labeled on the display case. I ordered thinking the pizza was only one slice, but it comes with two slices. After ordering, you pay and then they re-heat it and then put it it in a bag between two paper plates for you. The calzone had bacon and cheese and pesto inside. I was excited to try it, but it was just okay to me. I didn't see much pesto inside and the bacon had a lot of chunks of just fat that couldn't be chewed and I wasn't able to eat. Not much bacon, pesto, and cheese inside either - mostly bread. For $8 I was expecting more inside. 3/5. The pizza was good! I forget which one I got specifically, but for ~$8 for the two slices, it's a pretty good deal. I'll definitely order pizza instead of the calzone the next time. This pizza was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the crust. This crust didn't rise very much (other pizzas I saw on display had crust that rose a lot on the edges, so I probably just got one side that didn't rise much). Overall, not bad and I will stop by again to try other types of pizzas if i'm in the area. Parking: Lots of parking in the shipping center lot. read more

One of the few places that my kids tastebuds and mine are both pleased, they have big basic slices like cheese and pepperoni, as well as some more diverse topping combinations; went in during a pretty busy time and there were a lot of empty pizza choices but I got the hot Jimmy and it was good; service was great; the boys weee all busting Their butts to get through the rush; my kids enjoyed the live sports playing on the TV and the Parmesan cheese shaker read more

Food was amazing. Have been here a lot. always get my pizza well done(crispy on the bottom). They do an amazing job. No guessing in what size of pizza to get, because they only do 1 size(large) Cheaper than all the chain places here too. Employees were amazing as well. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Have an idea you want made, they can do it if they have the ingredients your wanting. 10/10 my pizza joint. Will not go anywhere else for pizza. read more

I am from the East coast between Boston and NYC, I am use to their pizza. First of all the pizza was quite large and tasted pretty good. I am use to a darker crust, but their crust was good . The topping were not as full as I am use to, but what was there was good. Plenty of off street parking and the staff was friendly. I did not take any pictures of the pies, because there were a lot posted already. I did use coupon out of the paper and saved $10. I gave it 4 stars , only because it was in Hawaii, if it was where I live, it would not gotten more than 3 stars. read more

Everyone knows Boston's pizza is the best pizza chain on the island. You can call in to order a pizza and it takes like 15 minutes to make. There are also plenty of slices to choose from from the case. They make the dough fresh and the ingredients are good quality. This north end location is located in the aikahi shopping center. While they do get busy around lunch, the line moves quickly. On my most recent visit to this Boston's I was picking up lunch for me and my coworkers. I called in my order and drove over to pick up. It was easy and convenient and the pizza was delicious. I like that the crust is a little crispy. I like the big red which is spinach, garlic and tomato. They use the white sauce instead of the red. Along with the Big Red, there are also some other specialty combinations. A whole pizza will run you about $30. The slices are so big though! I can usually only eat one. You can also ask them to cut the pizza into smaller pieces. This Boston's has a few tables inside where you can sit and eat. I think there also may be tables outside. It's a little hot inside, but they're literally making the pizzas right there. The service is fast and friendly. There are plenty of parking spots. I definitely recommend this north end Boston's if you're in the area and in need of pizza. :) read more

Been eating here since 2012. The pizza is just ok in my opinion. The reason? Sauce. Their sauce philosophy is "more is more". I know that I may very will be in the minority here- I know plenty of folks that really like saucy pies. This would not be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that their sauce borders on tomato paste level richness. I prefer a lighter sauce that is simple. Think crushed San Marzano with only salt. Anyway. If you like a a very sauce forward pie then this might be your jam. My go to pie is Bob's Pizzeria in Kailua. I would eat there more. It's just a bit of a drive. Cheers. read more
