Forgot to get a photo of the pizza but did take out and it was so yummy! I love their parmesan twist + their ranch & I appreciate that their pizza isn't super oily. Their food is a little more on the pricey size for pizza in my opinion but worth it. read more

We've only sat to dine once and that was years ago. Online ordering has issues so call or text your order. They are responsive to either. Pizza just like their mainland locations! King Arthurs Supreme is our go-to. I think their secret to tasty is the cornmeal on the crust. It's pricier than other pizza but it's better! read more

My friend wanted to stop here after the pumpkin patch. The food is great. First you order your food at the counter and after you order you can find a table. We got the supreme pizza. It was delicious. I like the crust and the bottom of the pizza. I wondering how they make it crispy. They also have a small arcade and their own restrooms. There's also lots of parking. They share the parking lot with grocery store and other restaurants located at Keolu. Yes. I would go back and try other pizza. If you're at the windward side go check them out. read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Kailua, Hawaii

Love that we have a Roundtable in Kailua. It is a nice, casual spot for pizza, bear, and some bar food. Service is friendly and quick. I appreciate that the TVs in the bar area are muted, so you can actually have a conversation. We always get the King Arthur pizza and we have never been disappointed which really speaks to their consistency. Toppings abound and the bottom is nice and crispy - a perfect pie all around. The wings are some of the best I've had on the island: meaty and great Buffalo flavor. My partner loves the Garlic Parmesan Twists. Every time, I try to talk him out of getting them but they are just too good to skip over. The only criticism I have is that they no longer give discounts for veterans, only for active duty. It would be really a strong sign from this all-American chain if they didn't exclude our veteran community from military discount which has never happened in all those years we have frequented Round Table. This was very disappointing. read more

You're hungry for pizza in this great beach community and you revert to mainland branding from Round Table pizza. The link here in Yelp takes you to online menu via DoorDash which has increased delivery rates even for takeout utilizing their system. The "website" link takes you to online menu via Roundtablepizza.com which reflects normal pricing offered at counter. Using the link you'll be directed to call the restaurant directly to order, which apparently, is a call center. After ordering the pizza for pickup, I advised I had a 15% off Birthday Coupon I received in my email. They said to please notify the employee at the register upon arrival and they would take care of it. Wow! What a way to start my birthday! Wrong! I was advised I could not receive a discount since they don't participate in the app. I asked the cashier if I could speak to a manager at which point the bartender stepped in to say, we don't use the app. Well, I suggest you disconnect from the call center, the national franchise and the links on the internet so folks don't misunderstand your shady business practices. May I suggest to our many visitors, Bobs Pizza! Bobs also has a great Rewards program... And No Points earned were earned for a $50 pizza and wings. Shaka, NOT. read more

Excellent. Counter staff courteous, helpful with menu selections. Food items fabulous flavors.

We have been going to RTP for years but recently the management has been going downhill. I can understand raising prices but they even started to limit the senior discounts to weekdays. They didn't even want to honor the old senior coupons that have no expiration date. Second, their parmesan garlic bread sticks have gotten so small, even as they raised prices. So sad to see that this place which had been a favorite for so many years go downhill. read more

The new out of country ordering system sucks. Makes it very difficult to order. You would think that for a forty plus dollar pizza you could speak with someone locally. read more

I used to love Round Table Pizza so much as we've eaten at this location for years, but the quality of service and cleanliness of the restaurant has gone way down. It's too bad because the pizza is really good usually, despite the change in crust being thinner nowadays. For the price, I expect the workers to at least smile, seat us and take our order rather than just making us order at the front. We went in last during a time it was so slow, between lunch and dinner, with 4 workers and never got checked on once. No refill offers. The booths were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. Walls dingy. I said thank you and smiled on the way out and the old male Japanese owner didn't even try to smile or reply. read more

The pizzas that we purchased...King Arthur's Supreme and Chicken & Garlic Gourmet were delicious! The portion size was huge and the price wasn't too expensive either. We got the medium size pies and they were still yet big portions. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The ambiance was a medieval based theme with a '80's type of time period. The restaurant was clean as well. read more

Good pizza lots of yummy toppings! Nice servers, and the pizza reminds me of the old Shakeys Pizza, lol!

I am giving back a star from my previous review. The small King Arthur Special came out as ordered. It took only twenty minutes for us to get the pizza. That's fast. The crust was crisp and tender. Toppings excellent. Service was good, but it was more robotic.. Enjoy. read more

I was in Kailua talking with my friends. Told them that NY pizza was the best I ever had and no where on this island comes close. Perfect timing for dinner and got suckered into this place. I was a little upset at first. The Waikīkī one was a royal disappointment. We ordered 2 one pepperoni and one deluxe. To my amazement it was comparable to NY. If I am ever in Kailua. This is where I am going for food. If you like NY style pizza you got to go read more

The pizza's good. Really good. We watched them making dough. Pass after pass through the machine then cutting and shaping with that crunchy cornmeal bottom. The mozzarella is mild and bouncy. The tomato sauce bright and fresh, and the vegetables still had their crunch. You want to eat there so you can tuck in while the pizza is piping hot. That first bite is the best! And, since the pizzas are made to order, if you want to minimize the wait, try going for lunch. It's worth the trip to Kailua for a slice. read more

1. They won't take a pre-order on weekends 2. When you call to place a take-out order, they say order will be ready in 25 minutes 3. When you show up 30 minutes later to pick up your pizza, they say (rudely!) your pizza will be ready in 30 minutes. 4. When you inquire why they said pizza would be ready in 25 minutes, they say we're backed up- cancel your order if you dont want to wait. 5. Sitting here waiting, watching them rudely tell dine in customers that there will be over an hour wait if they sit down. They're turning customers away 6. Watching 7 other customers ahead of me in the exact same position. 7. Guess they're not interested in remaining in business withe the rude way they handle their self-induced stress. 8. The good, bad, and the ugly The good - 1. Very friendly cashier, and she was the one who cleaned the tables and checked on us twice. 2. Delicious pizza at a reasonable price 3. Clean location with the exception of the "party room" as it was partially used for storage. The bad - 1. Incorrect order, but that was corrected by the cashier immediately 2. Partially burnt one of three pizzas. By this time, I was actually over it and just didn't say anything. The Ugly- 1. Being forced to leave a 20% tip on a larger party. Tips are earned and not just given. 2. Getting charged the tip, not on the subtotal but after tax. Yep, only some change, but it's the principal of the matter. 3. Sat in the "party room," which I now call the "Oh someone there room?" 4. Don't feel like the $34 mandatory tip was earned. 5. Spoke to the MOD, aka Manager, on duty today, but when the call was over, it left me thinking if he actually heard what I said. Will we go back? Yeah. Will we dine in HECK NO. Will I have any events there? Nope. read more

Round Table Pizza - Ya burnt my King Arthur pizza dude - Pizza Near Me - Kailua, Hawaii

Pizza was great. The service was awkward. Appears no one knows how to customer service people anymore.

Every time we order there is some kind of problem. One time their computers were down and instead of just taking cash and ringing up later they refused to serve anyone. It used to be a great spot where locals would meet up. They used to have a great salad bar and small arcade. We don't even order takeout because there is always something. It's sad because their dough is the BEST pizza dough around. read more

Round table first timers!!! Always wanted to have a nice, fun dinner with family here at Round Table Kailua, in Enchanted Lake center. Plenty of parking, no reservations. Walked in for our party of 7, and the first thing the guy said was, for parties of 7 or more we automatically add 20% gratuity. I'm like "okay that's fine" doesn't bother me, that's our normal tipping percentage and could've been more if you let me tip on my own without telling me, but that's fine. That's part of the reason why missing a star. Another reason why is cuz gotta walk to the counter to order. Lol normally when you dine in, they come to you take your order. I mean, yes, there was a clear sign on the wall that said, "please order at counter"... oh yah, and we got seated in the extended party room, which was cool because plenty space, but it smelled mildewy and moldy in there, and looked like storage small kine, but thankful and grateful. Was asking my family if they wanted to move inside to a booth, but they said nah. They also have a cool small arcade, fun for everyone, plus a bar!!! But the game area only take cash. I only had card so, so sad, we never get to play games. Nonetheless, family had a great time, fun conversations, fun food. There's 4 different size of the pizzas, personal (4 pizza), small (6), medium (8), and large (12). Can also split your pizzas, so we ordered 2 mediums, 1 with 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni, the other with 1/2 King Arthur, 1/2 Italian garlic pizza. We also ordered the garlic Parmesan twists, wings.. omg their boneless plain chicken is literally like nuggets, but our non pizza family liked it. We ordered a bunch of other little stuff. Tried there pizzatatoe spinach mushroom, ahh was mehhh to me, but the wife liked it. Sodas was free refill. We ordered cinnamon twists, but for some reason, they never have the white glaze for cinnamon twists. I never ask why, but that is also part of the reason why missing another star. My favorite pizza was the Italian garlic supreme. There was more than 1 stall in the bathroom, clean bathrooms so that's good. All in all, was good. Would we come back? Yes. Go check 'em out y'all. Crappy customer service, expensive undercooked pizza. Years and years ago this used to be the best place for pizza in all of Kailua, but not anymore. Recently ate here and no basic hellos or thank-you's from the two young workers behind the register. The cooks didn't seem to care either as the veggies on our pizza were undercooked. We had it sent back to be cooked another 5 minutes. This isn't the first time we've gotten poor service and pizza from Round Tables and we won't be going back. read more

I miss when there used to be a bunch of young people in the kitchen laughing and talking and pumping out GOOD pizza. There's no consistency with the quality of pizza. Some times it's good sometimes it sucks. This was the first time we tried the boneless Parmesan chicken. Ok, frozen, premade Costco chicken bites literally with just Parmesan on it it was terrible and I wouldn't recommend. This place just doesn't have the same vibe it used to. read more

The food was just awesome!! One of my absolute favorite pizzas!! Easy takeout. The pizza is simply to die for.

There website says open till 8pm. Just walked in there at 7:40 and they refused to take our order. Great business practice.

Usually our to go place for the best pizza on the island, but not today. Pizza came out undercooked, the mushrooms were cut a little thick and weren't even cooked. No crisp to the crust also. Had to take most of it home to reheat it. Also the two younger workers in the front need training on customer service, I felt like he didn't even care to be there, spoke so soft was hard to hear and he needs to learn the basics, like even saying "hi." Also the pizza is not cheap here, a thank you would be nice when taking payment. We say thank you when paying but he did not say a word back. Probably won't be back for awhile... read more

So irritating! We were just in here to eat as we always do. The register system was upgraded a while ago. Like a long time ago! We know this because we are regulars. Our order is stored in the system, but because the owner does not speak English, she wouldn't even check. The worker that normally takes our order was there and she knows they can check. The owner (old lady). Just wanted to be rude and make us give her our order that would have taken 10 minutes because she is always lost in translation and our order typically made wrong. When we asked the other worker girl to help find our order or if we could order with her, the owner mouthed "no" said cannot!!' So screw this place! The worker girl apologized because she knew the owner could have found our order! Plenty other pizza places to eat in Kailua anyway. BEWARE: Pizza made here is often burnt! That happened the last two times we came in. We keep coming back because of the mini game room for the kids and a little burnt to us isn't all that bad! We like crispy pizza (not burnt though). We Will not be back any time soon. The foreigners come in and buy local businesses, and end up ripping the local people off by skimming off ingredients or putting for less than the original way the brand makes it. Roundtable is the same way! Just like the majority of the subways!!! So irrahz and so nailz! I hope they work on the customer service too! Owner or not, the lady shouldn't be taking orders! read more

Hard to believe, but this was the first time I've ever been to a Round Table Pizza. Located in a small shopping center where there's ample parking. I was able to find a stall right in front. It gets a little busy. Went with a bunch of people and ordered Caesar salad, chicken wings, and several different pizzas. My favorite was the King Arthur Supreme. It has classic red sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, Portuguese sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, yellow onions and black olives. The crust is tasty and all those toppings compliment each other. I will definitely go back again. read more

Pizza from Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii... The drive between Kailua and Manoa was never this much torture. Besides the annoying "going home traffic", the delicious fragrance of freshly baked pizza was torturing me in my car! I was delivering a Large pizza to my niece and her family for her birthday. The birthday girl requested Cheese Pizza, so we ordered half cheese and half King Arthur's Supreme... Yum yum! I chose Round Table Pizza for this assignment because I saw my friend, Craig Y. from Torrance, California, check in at Round Table. He said that his pizza was good - especially the crust, so, I had that thought lingering in my brain. I had been to this Enchanted Lakes location in Kailua a long time ago. I can't remember why we were in Kailua, but it sure beats Waikiki where there are two Round Table restaurants and challenging parking. Here at Enchanted Lakes Shopping Center, parking is free and shared with businesses such as McDonald's, Safeway, and Ben Franklin Crafts. Service is ok... Nothing outstanding. It's just business... Lol... Efficient and no frills. I had ordered on the phone and they did give me my total including the $3 discount for a Large pizza with check in on the Yelp app... Yay!!! By the time I got to Manoa, the pizza was - of course - room temperature and the crust wasn't crisp any more. Shucks! I wish that we dined in and ate thin crust right away! Oh, well, maybe next time, I can dine in with some foodie friends! read more

Super disappointed that my call in order was not addressed because they were out of gluten-free crust! Instead of calling me back to explain the situation, they waited until I arrived. Had they not had my number, I could pass on giving such a poor review. It's been a while since we have been here. My wife has such fond memories of RTP as a kid so we tried again. The crust was very poor. Like it didn't rise and was just tough and chewy, like cardboard. The toppings were very good but the crust was awful. We decided to scrape the toppings off and put on sandwich bread. For a restaurant that specializes in pizza, you'd think they would have quality control protocols to ensure a great crust. The fast food pizza delivery places at least have edible crust.
