We have driven past this restaurant soooo many times and we finally had the opportunity to stop on 3/19 and we are soooo glad we did! Upon entry we were told we could wait 15 min for a table or we could wait/eat in the bar. Off to the bar we went! Super friendly bartenders, more tvs than any place ever needs (but we loved it), a yummy garden salad we split (more than enough for 2), and THE BEST PIZZA EVER! We had the King Arthur's Supreme w/Reg crust. OUTSTANDING FLAVOR doesn't cover it! The Linguica is a great addition on the pie. This place is very unprofessional, i usually get food from here all the time and it's usually fresh after the 20 mins. When i ordered recently the manager Gavon told me it was my fault for my food not being fresh that i took too long to get my food after it said it would be done after 20 mins. He told me the wings and onion rings take 5 mins to cook and next time i need to make a not on picking it up sooner so my food is fresh. this place it out of line and nasty they been shut down a few times. You pay for your pizza and drinks when you walk in then you seat yourself any alcoholic beverages need to be ordered at the bar. Waited about 45 mins to get our food they brought out the pizza with no plates asked for plates took about 15 mins. Asked for cheese and peppers that about 10 more mins. In the meantime while we were waiting we watched a worker spill drinks on the table all over a family we watched 3 workers take about 3-4 pizzas to the wrong tables watched another family ask for a high chair the employee stated "idk if we have any" the man went to go look for himself and found one. While we got our plates and cheese & peppers we started eating took a bite of my pizza and what seems to me was like a big toenail or something came off the pizza onto my plate I was disgusted! Ruined the whole meal for my family! Well my family and I come here a lot and it's unfortunate that yesterday Sunday 9/15 was the way it was. It was like round table going crazy!! There were ladies drinking off duty I think but yet helping with situations while intoxicated. Very unprofessional! My main concern was the kids yes children of all ages running through the kitchen in and out i just knew one of your employees were gonna knock one over. Then I seen your manager govin not saying anything!! I took a peak in the kitchen area there was kids from maybe 3 up running through there. Very horrifying I've never seen it this bad and came to realize the kids that were running all over belonged to your intoxicated off duty (kind of) employees ‍!! This was a shit show circus and I was very upset that my food was coming out of the place were kids were running free how do your employees and management allow this at their place of employment or anywhere!!!! they all need to be fired!!! This is our third time to this establishment in the last two years and each time the prices on the menu are different than what we're charged for on the receipt. For example, I got a party menu. It was something like three pizzas. Couple of sodas for one price I was charged over $30 more and was told sorry that was an old menu Tonight same thing my burger was overcharged three dollars or pizza was overcharged four dollars the prices on their menu don't match the prices they charge you so beware look at your receipt. Our server was very nice. She tried to get a manager to come over after waiting 10 or 15 minutes we decided just to pay the bill and we will never go back manager never came over. I believe her name was Diana I just feel a company should honor the price that's on the menu and not charge something different and it's not the first time, so beware and look at your receipts. read more

Great place to go usually. We've been several times. Pizza and food is good. Wait staff is usually friendly. Kids love the game area. Unfortunately sometimes it seems like at least half the games are down, and sometimes you lose a lot of tokens to them getting "eaten" by malfunctioning machines. Usually they will replace the tokens though. We will continue to come. read more

It has a nice bar area with lots of tv's for the sports fanatics, it has a section for parties of all ages, a game room for kids or adults. One manager in particular, Justina, she's inexperienced, rude and could care less about decent customer service. Just left this damn place and I had to leave a review because their customer service or how they train their employees there is just horrible. The worst one I've ever had. We got there around 4pm and it was 4:30 and 3 employees came by and the man said he would come back he never did. Then 2 African American young ladies came, one with long braids and another with short hair and glasses they didn't say anything at all. The man in front had been waiting longer than us the lady before him said 45 is what she had been waiting. Finally one of the ladies asked "what we needed" and we asked for a table she said she would go check and came back and didn't say ANYTHING. We thought she would eventually tell us this whole time she was just fixing bags picking up and fixing other things on the counter there. We asked how long and she said 15 min and that's it we were just standing there waiting for us to tell us if we had to sign in or anything. We asked do we have sign in after like 5 min and she's just there not saying anything at all. So rude because this is her job. Whoever trained her if she even was did a horrible job. This is the third time something like this happens. It's worse every time. This is my first time to this location and when I tell you it is absolutely hands down the best Round Table I have even been to I mean it! This location has a full bar and a video game arcade. My first experience ordering for pickup with this location was horrible. On August 15, 2023 I placed a order through Uber eats at 8:54 pm. I was coming from 7.5 miles away and wanted to be in and out. When I was getting off the exit my order was canceled with no explanation. I was so upset I turned around and left. Today my 5 year old told me she wanted pizza so I this time decided to call my order in this time. I spoke to a woman by the name of JUSTINA who hands down gave me THE BEST customer service I've had in years! I told her about my previous experience and told her this time I called to ensure my order wouldn't be canceled. I feel she listened to understand not to just respond! She told me to come in and my pizza would be on the house. I not once asked for even a discount all I asked was for my order not to be canceled because of the distance. She also told me about the app and it earned me free garlic twists for this visit! She convinced us to dine in and not only the food but the staff is amazing. 10/10! Not to mention I didn't even know Justina is the manager until the woman who seated us told me. She is such a humble soul she never mentioned her title; just solutions instead of excuses. They have a BUFFET. Of pizza. Sure, there are salads and jello and pudding, but they have pizza. All kinds. AYCE. Pizza.... I would have given 4 stars because the options of pizza were limited on the buffet, but then a manager asked what we liked and just like that, pizza arrived to the buffet that was vegetarian/without pig-based toppings. That was top notch service. There's plenty of seating, nice restroom, lots of parking, games, TVs, etc. All the things that are good for a pizza place. Great for groups. Ordered the charred lemon chicken pizza. Great if you want a crust with mostly tomatoes and onions. I love onions but this was overkill. The crust was way underdone. Couple that with 75 lbs of tomatoes and onions. There were chunks of chicken. There were large uncomfortable chunks of very bitter lemon strewn about. Ate about 5 bites...then we tossed it in the trash. Waste of 29.00. Wont be back. read more
