Used to very enjoy coming here. Looked at the San Bernardino health department website and they're constantly getting closed down due to pests. The new management doesn't know how to run the business. This place makes me sad it has really gone down hill. Also they don't keep maintenance on the restaurant everything is dirty now and the staff is just rude. read more

Pizza is great But the customer service not too good The girl at the front was in too much of a hurry to help Waited 15 minutes to get a pizza that was sitting on the counter and paid for before somebody helped me. read more

Checked this spot out have been wanting too for awhile now. Did not disappoint. The pizza was delish and the place was nice and clean. Only ding is the hostess area. Not trying to judge but hostess seemed she rather be somewhere else than there didn't really acknowledge us. Then another girl came and took us to our table. After that everyone was super attentive. . Will come back soon. The food was out quickly. You have to try the homemade chips. read more

Round Table Pizza - a pepperoni pizza on a plate - Pizza Near Me - Highland, California

This place is very unprofessional, i usually get food from here all the time and it's usually fresh after the 20 mins. When i ordered recently the manager Gavon told me it was my fault for my food not being fresh that i took too long to get my food after it said it would be done after 20 mins. He told me the wings and onion rings take 5 mins to cook and next time i need to make a not on picking it up sooner so my food is fresh. this place it out of line and nasty they been shut down a few times. DONT GO. The manager blamed me for my food not being up to par. read more

the cesear salad had way to much dressing. I couldn't not finish it. we asked for a x-large king Arthur and they gave us a large. it wasn't even hot. the parmesan wings were burnt. we had to ask for plates and they gave us paper plates and plastic utensils. when did they start that.Did they get new owners. Not a good experience!! read more

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza was great, however it had random toppings just laying around the box. The wings were bad. Dried out, not enough sauce, and they didn't even add the ranch that is included. Poor service as well. read more

I haven't been here in a while and sadly I won't be coming back to this location! I'm almost certain this location is under new management and it's SHITTY! You pay for your pizza and drinks when you walk in then you seat yourself any alcoholic beverages need to be ordered at the bar. Waited about 45 mins to get our food they brought out the pizza with no plates asked for plates took about 15 mins. Asked for cheese and peppers that about 10 more mins. In the meantime while we were waiting we watched a worker spill drinks on the table all over a family we watched 3 workers take about 3-4 pizzas to the wrong tables watched another family ask for a high chair the employee stated "idk if we have any" the man went to go look for himself and found one. While we got our plates and cheese & peppers we started eating took a bite of my pizza and what seems to me was like a big toenail or something came off the pizza onto my plate I was disgusted! Ruined the whole meal for my family! I asked to speak to a manager the "manager named Gio" took about 20 mins just to come to us I showed him what was on my plate he said "I can't make out to even think of what this is but I'll make another order fresh" um no sir thank you please refund me! He didn't he took off two of our beers which were about $25 I settled and walked off in disgust! Mind you a refund was never sent to my bank! Mind you this place isn't cheap either! But I'll take the loss! DO NOT eat here THE SERVICE SUCKS and I made it clear to the manager GIO but he didn't seem to care! read more

I really recommend the food , pizza onion rings & wings fire . Other than that the waitresses/employees are trash they take forever to bring the refills & food acting dumb had to tell them 3 times !!! read more

Food is good, but the wait time is ridiculous. Even on a slow night, it still take them too long to serve our food. As writing this review, I've been waiting for my food for approximately an hour. read more

This is our third time to this establishment in the last two years and each time the prices on the menu are different than what we're charged for on the receipt. For example, I got a party menu. It was something like three pizzas. Couple of sodas for one price I was charged over $30 more and was told sorry that was an old menu Tonight same thing my burger was overcharged three dollars or pizza was overcharged four dollars the prices on their menu don't match the prices they charge you so beware look at your receipt. Our server was very nice. She tried to get a manager to come over after waiting 10 or 15 minutes we decided just to pay the bill and we will never go back manager never came over. I believe her name was Diana I just feel a company should honor the price that's on the menu and not charge something different and it's not the first time, so beware and look at your receipts. read more

They offer lunch specials but don't go there on your lunch because you won't be done in time. We never did receive our food and it took 45 minutes to make a flatbread and it still never came out. Our server disappeared because she was helping in the back but but we had to leave without eating because we were going to be late going back to work. I didn't see a manager and apparently he was the one running the kitchen. I get that Staffing is an issue but if you don't even have a cook or help for around the kitchen you might not want to open the restaurant read more

Great place to go usually. We've been several times. Pizza and food is good. Wait staff is usually friendly. Kids love the game area. Unfortunately sometimes it seems like at least half the games are down, and sometimes you lose a lot of tokens to them getting "eaten" by malfunctioning machines. Usually they will replace the tokens though. We will continue to come. read more

Food was decent nothing special, drinks ok for what they offer. Ambiance is not so crazy and loud but the place is clean and comfortable. Just wished they offered a drink menu considering they have a full bar. 3 star because it's not what I expected to pay. read more

If you want to wait 40 minutes gorgeous a order of fries. Then wait for a robot to deliver them while the waitress talks to the bartender. Then this is the place for you. They don't wait on you. Walk away. Don't bring utensils. I think a frozen pizza from the supermarket will probably be better. read more

Had my birthday there today around 130 can't remember the bar tenders name but wow as the night went on the devil came out not only with us but people at the bar she said I'm the only bar tender as it go busier, she got shorter with everybody and it not all her fault but she's in a business that pays by how good the service is 1 to 10 4.1/5 thank god for family read more

They have a BUFFET. Of pizza. Sure, there are salads and jello and pudding, but they have pizza. All kinds. AYCE. Pizza.... I would have given 4 stars because the options of pizza were limited on the buffet, but then a manager asked what we liked and just like that, pizza arrived to the buffet that was vegetarian/without pig-based toppings. That was top notch service. There's plenty of seating, nice restroom, lots of parking, games, TVs, etc. All the things that are good for a pizza place. Great for groups. Come and check it out for lunch! read more

If your hungry don't come here. You will be waiting for more than hour for food , go somewhere else but if you can wait for an hour or mor on your food than your fine and bar drinks really suck here too , your best just sticking with beer read more

Love this place. If you choose to dine in, it's a delicious experience being able to eat your pizza fresh out of the oven, plus there are TVs everywhere. We normally order pick up and the pizza and wings are always good. read more

We've been regulars for over five years and lately it has gone from bad to horribly bad. From service to attention To detail to the worst management ever. One manager in particular, Justina, she's inexperienced, rude and could care less about decent customer service. The owners son who said he was a manager was there and he was so confused with what he was even there for, it was a joke. One of our pizzas went back because it came out wrong and when it came out it was wrong again. We ended up paying over $150 for a crappy dinner and left not ever going back. Mountain Mike will get our business from here on out! read more

Too bad no stars aren't an option. Sat there for more than 45 minutes. Four different servers promised to come back and take my order - nothing. When we finally ordered, by the time most of the food arrived the evening was done and we were ready to leave. Don't come here unless you're not thirsty or hungry. read more

Service sucks waited for 1hr and no food no drinks it looks like there under staff will never come again to this place

Ordered the charred lemon chicken pizza. Great if you want a crust with mostly tomatoes and onions. I love onions but this was overkill. The crust was way underdone. Couple that with 75 lbs of tomatoes and onions. There were chunks of chicken. There were large uncomfortable chunks of very bitter lemon strewn about. Ate about 5 bites...then we tossed it in the trash. Waste of 29.00. Wont be back. read more

80 bucks for a xl pizza , 24 wings and 2 sodas Wings were not bad but could be a little more crisp The pizza we asked for was half cheese and half pineapple and jalapeño. They tried to be generous and put extra cheese but needed more cook time and the pineapple was just warm and weird. It's supposed to be a little dried with a darker yellow color. Kids liked it but if it would have been in the oven a few minutes longer, we would've been happier read more

Well my family and I come here a lot and it's unfortunate that yesterday Sunday 9/15 was the way it was. It was like round table going crazy!! There were ladies drinking off duty I think but yet helping with situations while intoxicated. Very unprofessional! My main concern was the kids yes children of all ages running through the kitchen in and out i just knew one of your employees were gonna knock one over. Then I seen your manager govin not saying anything!! I took a peak in the kitchen area there was kids from maybe 3 up running through there. Very horrifying I've never seen it this bad and came to realize the kids that were running all over belonged to your intoxicated off duty (kind of) employees ‍!! This was a shit show circus and I was very upset that my food was coming out of the place were kids were running free how do your employees and management allow this at their place of employment or anywhere!!!! they all need to be fired!!! It was very disturbing!!!! read more

I love Round Table Pizza ,but the hate single people lol. I say that because I called to day to order my usual pizza. I wanted a small, but they only do gluten free in small . So I said ok can I have a personal size pan style . I was told the only do pan style in large . Which is way to much pizza for me . Just kind of odd a place that makes pizza you can't get a pizza . So I said ok and went to Pielogjy read more

This is my first time to this location and when I tell you it is absolutely hands down the best Round Table I have even been to I mean it! This location has a full bar and a video game arcade. My first experience ordering for pickup with this location was horrible. On August 15, 2023 I placed a order through Uber eats at 8:54 pm. I was coming from 7.5 miles away and wanted to be in and out. When I was getting off the exit my order was canceled with no explanation. I was so upset I turned around and left. Today my 5 year old told me she wanted pizza so I this time decided to call my order in this time. I spoke to a woman by the name of JUSTINA who hands down gave me THE BEST customer service I've had in years! I told her about my previous experience and told her this time I called to ensure my order wouldn't be canceled. I feel she listened to understand not to just respond! She told me to come in and my pizza would be on the house. I not once asked for even a discount all I asked was for my order not to be canceled because of the distance. She also told me about the app and it earned me free garlic twists for this visit! She convinced us to dine in and not only the food but the staff is amazing. 10/10! Not to mention I didn't even know Justina is the manager until the woman who seated us told me. She is such a humble soul she never mentioned her title; just solutions instead of excuses. I will DEFINITELY be back to this location in the near future. Again 10/10!! read more

Just left this damn place and I had to leave a review because their customer service or how they train their employees there is just horrible. The worst one I've ever had. We got there around 4pm and it was 4:30 and 3 employees came by and the man said he would come back he never did. Then 2 African American young ladies came, one with long braids and another with short hair and glasses they didn't say anything at all. The man in front had been waiting longer than us the lady before him said 45 is what she had been waiting. Finally one of the ladies asked "what we needed" and we asked for a table she said she would go check and came back and didn't say ANYTHING. We thought she would eventually tell us this whole time she was just fixing bags picking up and fixing other things on the counter there. We asked how long and she said 15 min and that's it we were just standing there waiting for us to tell us if we had to sign in or anything. We asked do we have sign in after like 5 min and she's just there not saying anything at all. So rude because this is her job. Whoever trained her if she even was did a horrible job. This is the third time something like this happens. It's worse every time. Another lady that came in said every single time it's the same with her that they're all the same that it wasn't just that lady. Unless you want to eso a long time not be helped and or be forgotten to take your order then go here. read more
