The order came out fast, the food was very tasty. The prices are what one would expect, $15-18 per entree. My issue is that I paid $5 for coleslaw and I received a very little amount in my opinion. I wouldn't do that again if I come back. My other issues are the lack of utensils that we had to request, the amount of sauce (2) and the brisket had a large amount of fat (in my opinion ) was it worth it? The baked bean was decent and was flavorful but the brisket was all broken up and dry. I couldn't pick it up with my fork because it would break into itty bitty pieces. This is disappointing because I had this the last time I was here and they gave me 4 big slices of brisket. I guess they only had the leftover trimmings or cuts left. I absolutely love this place! There food is so high quality. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they use to have the best cheesy corn and I would drive 35 minutes and spend money gambling to go get it and they took it off the menu. I went on New Years Eve evening. You place your order from the table,via cell phone where you scan the bar code and the menu comes up, they then bring your order to the table. Or you can order from a kiosk. They do not take orders at the counter. We sat at a table in front of the jumbo screen TV's near the bar which was nice, watching the games and walking to the bar just a few steps away. Service was fast considering it was NY eves at about 8:45 pm. It took roughly 15 min for our orders to arrive. I ordered the St Louis Rib Plate that comes with your choice of 1 side. It came with 5 meaty bones with just the right amount of fat to meat ratio. It comes with a small condiment size container, about 2 ounces of barbecue sauce. So if you like barbecue sauce,order extra as the ribs come dry. The ribs were very moist and tender, I could taste the smoke flavor coming through . The sauce was above average and very tasty . If you like dry ribs (no sauce) then you will definitely like these. I wanted to try something different for my side so I chose the cheesy corn bake. It was okay. It wasn't tasty and I ate it all. My friend let me taste her macaroni and cheese, she also order an extra side of barbecue beans. The Mac and cheese was flavorful and creamy, wasn't expecting it to be that good. The biggest surprise were the barbecue beans!!!. You can tell they didn't just cut a can of beans and say here you go. I could taste a hint of brown sugar, barbecue sauce and other seasonings. When I go back I'm going to order the macaroni and cheese and pay the extra for the beans. The Texas toast was okay, it was grilled,with butter. Maybe would have taste better with garlic butter? My go to order is the burnt ends plate with a side of their baked beans. The burnt ends have the perfect lean to fat ratio - I wish they served beef ribs on their menu because that would make it for me! Their baked beans are also to die - cooked perfectly, has a nice flavor and kick to it. Service is quick and efficient. I always order via the Yaamava app and it's ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes. My grandma and I shared the beef brisket and pulled pork with corn bread and beans. The beef brisket was great! It was very tender, with little fat. The pulled pork was delicious too, with a great smokey flavor. My favorite part of the meal were the beans. They were sweet and had chunks of beef. Pretty decent BBQ place located in San Manuel Casino on the second floor. It's not really spacious but you can find seating easily. Their JBQ Signature Pulled Pork is $12 and it comes with sliced of buttered bread and a choice of coleslaw,baked beans and Potato salad. The pulled pork is pretty moist and filling. Two stars only because the ribs were good.... This was probably the worst bbq meal that I've ever had. I was so excited to try this place out but then so disappointed afterwards. I get it that things happen from time to time and nothing is perfect but the whole meal except for the ribs was just bad! The ribs were good. The bbq sauce was horrible, watery and lacked flavor. The baked beans had no bbq flavor or sweetness flavor and was overpowering with spice. The side of corn was not edible. The corn bread was so small and the whole bottom was burnt and stuck to the bottom of the paper tray it came in. The pulled pork sandwich was bad and lacked flavor and was served on a very soggy bun. The fries were not my style. The Texas toast on the rib plate was ok but came out not very toasted and it was cold. The biggest issue for me was the bbq sauce. Come on! My wife and I couldn't believe it. No flavor and no texture. Like I said the whole meal was bad for my wife and I. The ribs were the only thing we ate. We actually had to go to the drive through restaurant Baker down the street before getting back on the 210 to go home, because we were still hungry!I'll never try this place again. Would I come back? Another great restaurant in the San Manuel Casino! This place is tasty, but too bad they do not send me comps for the food here. If you have their players card, you can use your points here as currency as well. I came here for Mother's Day with my family and we were able to try most of the meats except for the turkey. We had the beef ribs, signature pulled pork, Kansas City style burnt ends, pork ribs and brisket. All the meats tasted great and the self serve BBQ sauce station was awesome as well. From the 3 sauces, my personal favorite was the spicy BBQ since it had a nice heat to it. My personal favorites were the burnt ends and brisket. They were full of flavor and really tender. But depending on your preference, you can't go wrong with any of the choices since I had the opportunity to try most of them. The sides were not on par with the meats. I would recommend ordering the cheesy corn bake or crispy fried potatoes. You can skip on the other options. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. The service is quick and the manager was really accommodating with our party of 6. Most of the tables were single so he helped us move them next to each other. The worst service ever. Kiosks did not print out receipt. Waited over an hour to find out my order wasn't pull up to be made 30 mins into waiting. I kept having to pester the works to see if my order was being worked on since I had no way of tracking my order without a receipt. Only to be told they are working on it. I understand it's busy but I would have appreciated them actually taking the time to know what order I ordered. After 40 mins of waiting one of the workers was nice enough to take down my order to confirm it was "being worked on" the worst customer service ever. I can be patient and wait if only I had confirmation that my order was successful placed since the kiosk wasn't properly printing receipts. Only to get brushed off and seem like I was the issue. We got a hankering for BBQ Sat. night, so having remembered this place inside the San Manuel Casino, we headed over, as there's not many choices as far as BBQ goes in the mountains (tried the Stockyard in Crestline, which was bloody awful - let's just say Swansons frozen TV dinner rib option may be better - and cheaper). We ordered the beef rib plate, with burnt ends and the brisket as add-ons. We chose the fried potatoes as the side dish, which was delicious (as well as it should be, seeing as it'd be a baaaaad sign if a restaurant screws up fried potatoes). These were little discs of perfectly seasoned potatoes, which ended up getting a bit soggy but no fault of the restaurant, as we got our order to-go. Now, on to the meat... the beef ribs were overcooked. The 3 ribs that the plate came with had less meat than a baby back rib. I knew they weren't going to be as good as the version at Rollin' Smoke in Vegas (we use theirs as the gold standard for beef ribs), but these were pretty awful. We had to pick off the charred pieces of meat - couldn't take a bite from the bone. The brisket was d-r-y. Like Kalahari-Gobi dry. I think they must have sliced them in advance. The flavor was there, and each slice had a nice smoke ring, but man oh man, they were tough to chew. The burnt ends were the star - and hence the 3-star review. My husband had a bad experience with burnt ends so he suggested we not get it, but I vetoed him and got it, which turned out to be the savior of our meal. These were cooked perfectly, with a nice char and very tender. A little fattier than we'd like, but still very good. Husband got the peach cobbler for dessert, which he said was "fine." It was okay and now it's bleh. After visiting a few times over the last 3 months, I've come to some conclusions... First of all, service has always been wonderfully pleasant even during their busy times. Staff is always friendly and very proactive in cleaning up the bbq sauce station and wiping down their dinky tables. Don't forget to tip them, they appreciate it! Second of all, portions are SMALL, just like their tables. Yes, at first glance their beef ribs look Bedrock-worthy-yabba-dabba-doing, especially at $9.50, but then you realize oh, it's just bone. It's true that dine-ins get the better of the rack, more meat, bigger bones versus take out, less meat, end of the rack because the takeout boxes are too small! Then, their beef brisket, oh my gawd was it a fail...4 super thin slices of dry meat for $14?! Their pulled pork was ok, a better option for your money, sometimes you'll get a more generous employee and they'll give you an extra strand of pulled pork. You'll need to use their BBQ sauce though, it kind of tasted like kalua pork, but without the cabbage and extra smoke. I wanted to try their smoked turkey a few times, but they always run out. Then their pork ribs, absolute WORST value ever created. 4 itty bitty dinky bones with barely anything on it for $14?!?! The absolute best value is their "burnt ends." It really isn't that burnt burnt, just a teeny bit charred on some edges. It's really their brisket cut into cubes, which in hindsight a much better deal. Thirdly, they used to offer extra corn muffins (now cornbread) or extra Texas toast at no additional charge, but that's all changed now. It's roughly $3 for extra bread which isn't even good bread. The corn muffins were usually stale and had a fake taste, and Texas toast was dry too. Additionally, their sides aren't the greatest. At first glance their cheesy corn bake sounds absolutely fatty-tastic and yummy in my fat belly, but it wasn't. It's not that cheesy, but clumpy and gritty, oily, and salty. Their smoked ham/bacon in the corn bake was good, but it definitely didn't do anything in this weird corn muck. It's like a reheated corn chowder that's been battling the microwave, just an odd texture and taste. (Also, you can view all my pictures...) Their baked beans are good, tastes like my elementary school lunch beans! I really did like the tangy, super sweet beans, as gross as that sounds. Their cole slaw is okay too, but not a fan of vinaigrette tossed slaw, I do prefer the creamy ones like KFC. Mac n' Cheese was terrible, it was dry, pale, and just not good. The buffet has better Mac and way cheesier! I don't know why they try to make things all fancy-schmancy when they can't even get the basics right... So for a casino, the food here is subpar and the value stinks, after the slots take all your moolah, how you gonna afford this and be full???
