We should've checked earlier when it hit about an hour of waiting because it turned out that they never received our order, even though we had the receipt confirmation to show them. My husband was able to get the food we ordered mostly from JBQ, but had to hunt down his cheesecake and our drinks, even though I could've sworn I ordered everything at JBQ except for the cheesecake slice. My husband was a good sport about it while he hunted down the rest of our meal and was bummed we didn't get comped an extra drink or dessert for our trouble. Game 4 NBA playoffs San Antonio blows a 29 pt lead and loses by 1 to the Knicks Went to this facility to experience the viewing attraction of live sporting events and was NOT disappointed in the selection of viewing options on all at the same time! Ordered up some beers and they were very chilled and the $4 can special was great!! The Brisket sandwich was very acceptable with super thick slices and a great rub that made it extra special that night. My wife and I came to the casino to enjoy the world cup Japan game. We got hungry and decided to order food from the qr code on the table. We waited and waited and no one brought our food. After about an hour I decided to go check and it turns out they didnt have our order. They had me go back and forth to each of the 3 individual restaurant just to get my food. No one apologiesed and they seem upset I was asking for the food I had ordered. Unfortunately this why my rating is because not only did I have to pay but also had to be the server for my self impacting and missing almost all 1st half of my Japan game. Caught in the kindness act by employee Shaja 6/11/2024 @1:30 pm I was sitting down facing one of the self ordering kiosk eating my lunch . I saw two senior couples in front of the kiosk trying to place an order . Shortly after the elderly woman gestured for help from Shaja who happened to pass by . I witnessed Shaja walking through the ordering system with the couple and never left their side until their order was completed all done with a beautiful smile . After notifying Shaja I did took notice of the nice gesture she did for the elderly couple. I found out she is new to the company and had recently started working here . The food tasted good. The basic pizza did not taste as if they are going to eat it and does not matter to them and I tasted it. For a personal pizza cost 10.00. The service was good I ordered from the kiosk was made quick. The ambiance was pleasant and inviting. I picked up something to eat from the food court and figured I'd grab a spot at the 909 sports bar to eat, grab a beer, and catch a game on TV before going to my concert. The bar is impressive looking and boasts over 150+ screens to choose from. I pulled up a chair at the bar and within 30 seconds I was greeted and drink order taken. They didn't have Blue Moon or Shock Top but they did have one bottle of Hangar 24 orange wheat beer left which I took and enjoyed. I was a little disappointed with 150+ screens that they did not have one NHL game on anywhere so I ended up watching the end of a tied game on my phone. We paid to reserve a table and got there before a lot of the crowd and were sat at the most inconvenient table right up front. You had to have your head tilted back the entire game to be able to watch if not you would just be looking at the bottom of the wall. We asked if we could switch tables since 95% of the other guests were not there yet and we were told no that they had already decided who was going to sit where. We will never return especially with the host and manager not caring to be accommodating whatsoever. $50 is a waste. read more

Sometimes when you go to the casino it can be overwhelming with certain new technology machines or maybe even the devices aren't acting right or even sometimes it's quite difficult to navigate through the settings. Well myself being tech savvy I still had some issues trying to figure out the menu settings. Thats where I met V, she was sweet kinds and always smiling. Very approachable especially in a large setting like a casino. I was a bit lost navigating trying to figure out how to use my rewards and coupons that I had received.
