Note: Review is three stars due to the Tableside Delivery service was a bust since we waited for an hour to find out when we checked that they never got our order and my husband had to play guess the location to get our drink orders completed. Date: June 20, 2026 Purchases: Burnt Ends Plate with Baked Beans Cornbread Banana Caramel Cheesecake Vanilla Milkshake Dirty Lychee Delight Bottle of Diet Pepsi and Starry Experience: My husband and I decided to grab a table to watch the 9pm game of the World Cup on a Sunday evening after playing some slots in the casino. We were excited to see they had a Tableside Delivery option by scanning the QR code on the table. We placed our order and waited for our order to come. We should've checked earlier when it hit about an hour of waiting because it turned out that they never received our order, even though we had the receipt confirmation to show them. My husband was able to get the food we ordered mostly from JBQ, but had to hunt down his cheesecake and our drinks, even though I could've sworn I ordered everything at JBQ except for the cheesecake slice. My husband was a good sport about it while he hunted down the rest of our meal and was bummed we didn't get comped an extra drink or dessert for our trouble. Food was good though, just should've ordered from the kiosk instead. read more

Game 4 NBA playoffs San Antonio blows a 29 pt lead and loses by 1 to the Knicks Went to this facility to experience the viewing attraction of live sporting events and was NOT disappointed in the selection of viewing options on all at the same time! Ordered up some beers and they were very chilled and the $4 can special was great!! The Brisket sandwich was very acceptable with super thick slices and a great rub that made it extra special that night. I would go back, but will need to make sure there is extra sauce ordered. read more

This is a GREAT place to take a break from playing the usual casino games, watch sports, and relax, which is exactly what I am doing right now. I am watching an NFL playoff game on one TV, a UFC fight on another, and college basketball, NFL highlights, and baseball highlights. The sound here is amazing. There are so many TVs throughout the huge bar area, allowing you to watch sports 360 degrees basically. The employees are all very friendly and engaging with ball customers The energy level is very high and fun There are also numerous people eating meals all Around which smells and looks delicious. read more

Yacinda was so great! Great service and the drinks were delicious. Very personable and friendly.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have to after the experience we had at Yaamava. It was super busy, but the service we received was outstanding. Ernie our bartender was exceptional. He made our night with excellent service and went above and beyond to make us feel special. I had to ask for his manager, just to let him know how good he treated us. He made our night. Thank you Ernie!!! read more

Wow a team member by the name of Douce help us order from 3 different places through the kiosk. I was unaware that was possible. To make things a little more difficult but she made it easy and you can use multiple cards. She is a TECH Wiz on the Kiosk. Good job Dulce. I also let her immediate supervisor know she's an asset to their team in my eyes ! read more

An awesome hang out spot for a quick bite. Pizza, salads, Thai, burgers and desserts. Flat screens throughout the whole area so you won't miss a game. Order on the kiosks located though out the eating areas. You can use your yaamava card for those food purchases. Low top tables or bar seating. From the parking structure head to the casino floor and keep left. It'll be in the left hand side just past the escalators. read more

Alyssa is amazing and very professional. She gave excellent recommendations, and made me feel welcome. She remembers me, and makes me feel like family. This is important at venues. I frequent the 909 bar often due to the fact that it is a really good atmosphere with a great bar staff. If you want to watch a game, gamble, eat or drink from there wide selection of adult beverages it's the place to be. One of the best parts of my time there is a bartender named Yacinda (Yaci) she is so funny, sweet and a hard worker. Even when she is slammed with orders she always makes sure I'm taken care of, now that not just a bartender that's a person that cares. Thank you Yaci for always acknowledging me and making me feel comfortable while I'm there read more

Caught in the kindness act by employee Shaja 6/11/2024 @1:30 pm I was sitting down facing one of the self ordering kiosk eating my lunch . I saw two senior couples in front of the kiosk trying to place an order . Shortly after the elderly woman gestured for help from Shaja who happened to pass by . I witnessed Shaja walking through the ordering system with the couple and never left their side until their order was completed all done with a beautiful smile . After notifying Shaja I did took notice of the nice gesture she did for the elderly couple. I found out she is new to the company and had recently started working here . Yaamava needed more people like Shaja who has the ability and kind heart assisting even though she herself was not too familiar with the ordering system herself . read more

The food tasted good. The basic pizza did not taste as if they are going to eat it and does not matter to them and I tasted it. For a personal pizza cost 10.00. The service was good I ordered from the kiosk was made quick. The ambiance was pleasant and inviting. I would recommend it if you carve and hungry but do not expect it to taste really good needs improvement in who make it. Kindness forward one person at a time. read more

I picked up something to eat from the food court and figured I'd grab a spot at the 909 sports bar to eat, grab a beer, and catch a game on TV before going to my concert. The bar is impressive looking and boasts over 150+ screens to choose from. I pulled up a chair at the bar and within 30 seconds I was greeted and drink order taken. They didn't have Blue Moon or Shock Top but they did have one bottle of Hangar 24 orange wheat beer left which I took and enjoyed. I was a little disappointed with 150+ screens that they did not have one NHL game on anywhere so I ended up watching the end of a tied game on my phone. I would come here again to grab a drink. read more

Back again. Today I had Thai Chi and was welcomed by the lovely Brea on register. She was friendly and patient with me ordering. I settled on the one meat plate and by the time I finish paying Daisy had the plate done, and Johanna handed it off to me with an amazing farewell with that big smile! Those three work great together. Happy customer, happy playing, will be coming back to see these girls more. Thank you ladies! read more

We paid to reserve a table and got there before a lot of the crowd and were sat at the most inconvenient table right up front. You had to have your head tilted back the entire game to be able to watch if not you would just be looking at the bottom of the wall. We asked if we could switch tables since 95% of the other guests were not there yet and we were told no that they had already decided who was going to sit where. We will never return especially with the host and manager not caring to be accommodating whatsoever. $50 is a waste. read more

Sometimes when you go to the casino it can be overwhelming with certain new technology machines or maybe even the devices aren't acting right or even sometimes it's quite difficult to navigate through the settings. Well myself being tech savvy I still had some issues trying to figure out the menu settings. Thats where I met V, she was sweet kinds and always smiling. Very approachable especially in a large setting like a casino. I was a bit lost navigating trying to figure out how to use my rewards and coupons that I had received. It's people like V that take their own time (I know that she's just doing their job) But still made it more comfortable for me learning and coming back! Thanks V you are a blessing! I hope yaamavva promotes you because you need to be noticed. A simple gesture goes along way. That will keep me coming back for sure! read more

I'm leaving this review for Luna at the thai place in the food court. She was very curtious and offered me the best customer service I was impressed. what I thought I ordered I apparently didn't order correctly . Luna took her time and was very nice in showing me and explaining the error, and then she helped me get the right meal. The fact u took ur time to help in a way that was ready to step up and solve the problem was exemplary.
