I had a good experience at this restaurant. The clubhouse was chic and clean. Big screen TVs at every corner. I had immediate service from my waitress as soon as I sat down. The Strawberry Lemon Drop I ordered was tasty and satisfied my thirst. My wedge salad was crispy, fresh and cool. Great serving for a side salad. Maddie & Zari are the girls who I was helped by, and they both have terrible attitudes, like an IDGAF kinda vibe. Enjoyed dinner here on a Friday evening. It was busy and the team sat us in 10 minutes. We were with our children and appreciated the quick seating. Restaurant, waiting area, table, etc were all clean. Our server was great, she did her best given how many tables she had to take our order. I was half way done with my drink and brought me a fresh beverage, which was nice and overall she was a good server, which we always appreciate. Ordered a large garden salad and the presentation was nice, fresh and tasted great. We liked the ranch dressing a ton. We ordered a medium pizza and it too was good. We order original crust but we received a thin crust. No biggy, we scarfed it and enjoyed it. Our kids played games in the arcade area but 10% of the games were not functional (broken), this area was a bit dirty. This area could use a little cleaning. This WAS our favorite go to place for pizza. However, Let's just say we definitely WONT be coming back. New management needs to focus more on customer service. It's very unwelcoming off the bat, Upon arrival there's no one at the front to seat/greet you therefore you need to go find seating yourself. The draft beer looks and tasted flat so I got a bottle beer instead. I told our waitress to let the manager know about the flat beer which she did. I can see her showing the manager the beer in the bar area. I also mention it to the manager when he was walking by but he didn't seem to care. I took the grandkids out for pizza , Round Table was there choice. I usually like Two Guys for pizza. I ordered the one with veggies and meats and I truly enjoyed it. The crust was thick enough to hold all the toppings and thin enough to be crispy. All ingredients were super fresh. I ordered the wedge salad as well. My first time and it did not disappoint. Kids finished off the pepperoni pizza. The waitress wasn't too sure what was going on. She came by our table once, she had no name badge on. I had asked her a couple questions regarding my bill and she just said " oh did you ask in the front?" Maybe she was new. We have always loved this Round Table Pizza. Even though they are so expensive it was worth it, but this time around. It wasn't that good:( We got 5 pizzas, 2 of the pizzas were on special so they came with a 2 liter and some bread twist. All of the pizzas were really oily and had soggy bottoms :( no one likes a soggy bottom! Especially when you paid $130 for them:( Very disappointed this time around. Not sure if they have new cooks or staff that are not making the pizzas right. Or if this is a regular thing. Nevertheless we won't be returning to find out. read more

I came in around 7 oclock yesterday with my party of 8, The place was pretty slow so got sat immediately and we were helped out by a server named maddie. She was very diligent, friendly, and on top of everything all while handling her other tables, and another big party of people in the back. She had let us know she was doing her very best to make sure everyone gets the service they deserve while coming here and we couldn't agree more! First of all I have to say we are loyal fans to round table. So happy when they opened this location. Went there today and was so sad for this location. Even though only 1/4 of the tables were occupied on a Saturday night service was still slow. Sat at a table that was dirty! Then had to walk to the bar myself to order a drink. Had to ask the staff if I should go and order at the bar again since no one came to check on us. The arcade is a joke. I gave my kids $20 and some machines were not working. It's about $2 a game and you can't get prizes unless you spend an exorbitant amount. Mixed drink tasted watered down and was over ten bucks each for each. Not top shelf either. I would like to say at least the pizza formula is the same but it still seemed like not worth the money with customer service and overpriced drinks and games. read more

This place was falling apart last year. The new owners or managers have really stepped up the quality of the food and have been very good about keeping the good beers on tap and keeping the place clean. Gloria is probably the best bartender this place has ever had. She's always wearing a smile and is on top of her game when it comes to service. This was the most unbelievable experience I've ever had for a pizza place. Everything took over 20 minutes for it to come out. A cheeseburger shouldn't take over 20 minutes. Fries shouldn't take 15 minutes. A small personal pizza with only extra cheese shouldn't take over 20 minutes. This is a joke. Only when I asked for my burger than they chose to give it to me. I cannot believe that an establishment like this has regulars who are ok with food taking too long to be served. They need to shape up. Have come here several times and it seems like the service just keeps to go down. The turn over of staff and management is scary. Walked in and the host handed us menus. I said " we're eating here" he replies yes now you have to order here then take your seat. Mind you after 2 "hosts" said we're getting a seat for you just wait here while the 3rd host said pay and then you can go find a table. Then the host appeared to not know how to work the credit card machine. Asked me 3 times to tap my card each time the machine said system failure with a red x. Only to see all 3 transactions posted as pending to my account. Host says " they're pending " they will fall off please swipe your card again. Monday. 6:00 pm. The restaurant is maybe at 10% of capacity. Seat yourself. Wait well over 5 minutes, maybe closer to 10 minutes, to get acknowledged by staff. Two of three orders come out, with the waitress saying the other order is 2 minutes out. Is 7 minutes the new 2 minutes? Ever hear of "under promise and over deliver" (e.g., tell the customer 5 minutes more, then deliver in 2 minutes)? Meanwhile, the first two dishes cool and get luke warm as it is rude to eat in front of others. A sloooooooow night, for both the restaurant and customers. Not a good look. This is a management, supervision, and training issue. There was a shining star, and that was the pizza once it finally hit the table as the third order. The pepperoni was crispy and delicious, the cheese too. The Smokehouse Burger was a let down. If this burger was fortified with pepperoni and bacon as described, I could neither see it or taste it, not even a hint. The bun was somewhat hard on top, not because it had been toasted, rather, it seemed to be old. The house chips were nice actually good, but did not make up for the lackluster burger. Another wait took place for closing out the tab, mabe a 10-15 minute wait. So overall, a very sloooooow night to get served marginal burgers and a decent pizza. And no regular ice tea, just the raspberry fountson stuff which I declined. It gets hot in Highland, real ice tea is essential and it is so easy to make even one glass at a time if needed. And refills on water must require special requests at this restaurant as none were offered....if only someone checked back so I could request the obvious. I struggled with 3 Vs 2 Stars....after all, should one expect a decent burger at a pizza place? Well Yes, they should since Roundtable put the burger on the menu. So this is a rare 2 star review for me. I hope management takes note and makes some improvements soon. read more

This used to be my go-to place when I wanted a good pizza. I typically order online and then pick up. The last time I ordered was 12/29/23. I ordered my pizza about two hours before the pick up time. Because I've had issues with my food not being ready on time before, I arrived 10 minutes late. My pizza wasn't ready, so the girl up front went to the back to check its progress. In the meantime, another employee came up and asked if he could help me. I told him I was being taken care of, thank you. He disappeared. 20 minutes later, and she never reappeared! I finally just walked out and was thankful that I hadn't paid for my pizza through the app. I'm hesitant to even attempt ordering again. Second terrible experience here. Clearly I did not learn my lesson the first time. First time here we had the worst service ever. It took over an hour to get out pizza, no one ever refilled our drinks. The manager that day though tried to make it right by giving us a special coupon that let us get any pizza on the menu for free at our next visit. When we redeemed that coupon, we got it to go and the pizza wa good so we mistakenly have it another chance. Today was another bad experience. We ordered two pizzas. One was cold and the other was completely wrong. This was only noticed when I got home and I started driving back immediately. It's a 20 minute strip and I was less than happy. My husband called as I hear over there. They have no idea what they are doing there. The first girl was apologetic and offered free ranch for our replacement pizza but someone took her place later so we never got yeh ranch I was promised. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my pizza. I had also been promised a coupon to make up for the inconvenience and unlike the first coupon from the previous manager, the one they tried to give me was only a standard coupon for a discounted pizza. Like why would I ever want to give you more of my hard earned money after 2 bad experiences at the same place. When I said that I wanted a managers number, he instead offered a coupon for a free medium pepperoni pizza. That pizza is valued at less than my round trip gas to go to this place twice not to mention that this whole ordeal with those two trips ended up being an hour and a half. Went in last night to have a drink or two and then wanted to sit at a table to have dinner. It was a disappointing experience right off the start! Bar was pretty empty and dirty. The bartender Susan glared at us twice, very unwelcoming like how dare we need a drink. Susan continued to talk to this couple instead of helping us and we overheard her talking about her co-workers and laughing at them when they tried to get her attention for drinks for the other customers! We ended up getting a table after being ignored for 10 minutes. The most unprofessional, unwelcoming experience! We live in highland and I have seen some great people in this place but this woman will cost you your business. We are a tight community and word does get around. We did end up sitting at a table and having great service from a Maddy and another server I believe Carina. Maddy worked so hard for us and smiled and apologized over and over as we still couldn't get a drink after we ordered it for another 45 minutes! Maddy was trying hard to get her attention too! The bartender not only ignores customers, she ignores the servers! I cannot believe any business would tolerate such a toxic employee, especially one who can bring in a lot of revenue with alcohol! Too bad, such a great location but we will not be back. I feel sorry for anyone who works or comes into contact with that woman. It's called customer service and she should be fired. The lady on the phone who took the order isn't the person in the restaurant- if it was I would have been happier! She was hard to understand and wasn't clear. But ... when you come here you see a pretty young lady with energy and great service! Very communicative and hospitable. I ordered the special to-go and I was greeted and she offered for me to pay in advance which is cool. She kept going back and forth and helping people to their tables and welcoming people in and wishing the best as they exited. Great representation of this place hope the food lives up to the hype drove all the way from San Diego to try this pizza. The ambiance is busy and people keep coming in and out probably some difficult customers for sure but this girl keeps a smile on her face. It's very cold up front they should have some sort of heater when the doors open it's freezing for the customers waiting and the employees. I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was severely lacking. I arrived with two young kids, eagerly waiting for our food, but after over an hour, we still hadn't received anything. To make matters worse, customers who came in 15 minutes after us were served first. All I ordered was a medium pizza and wings. Throughout the wait, our server completely ignored our table. Not once did they check in on us or offer any updates on our order. We were left with empty water glasses, and it felt like we were invisible. When I finally decided to cancel our order, the server had the audacity to be rude about it. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such inconsiderate service, especially when you have kids waiting. I won't be returning to this place, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money! To add more to this there were only 10 - 15 people total in a restaurant that can house over 100 people. We went there for dinner. Short version--- This was the slowest I've ever been served in at least 10 years including lots of business trips. Arrived around 7:15 pm on a Tuesday. Only two other tables had people sitting at them. We ordered a pizza, a burger and a flat bread. Drinks were water and two ice teas. By 8 pm with no food or communication, one of us went up to the bar and asked what was taking so long. Our order took an hour to come to the table! For a burger, pizza and a flatbread! The server apologized. Then we asked for more ice tea. Twenty minutes later, still no tea. When asked about it, she said she had asked her co-worker to get them. Then said she'd get it. There was ZERO responsibility or ownership over the fact that we were her customers. Meanwhile we could see her and her co-worker standing and chatting with each other at the bar. To even request the tea we had to wave repeatedly then just gave up. Never did see any more ice tea. There was no gesture to make up for the horrible service. Not even comp'ing the two ice teas we did get when we sat down. Comp'ing 2 glasses of ice tea would have at least been a gesture. SHEESH! As a business owner myself, this was so far below the minimal service level, I almost left zero tip. The only reason the server got a tip was basic manners. I didn't catch their names (bartender & pregnant server), but from the moment I interacted with these two girls, they were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic respect. Without any provocation, they displayed an awful attitude, used foul language, and treated me with blatant disrespect. Their behavior was entirely unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against dealing with them. Customer service (or basic human decency) clearly isn't a priority for them. This place is great! I don't live in the area but while visiting my brother in law this past weekend we were looking for somewhere to watch football that shows ALL of the games. He suggested Round Table so we came here right at opening at 10am on Sunday. Everyone was able to watch the games they wanted which was great. I absolutely adored our bartender and server Gaea, she is just the best! My only recommendation would be for this place to offer drink specials during football- my brother in law comes here pretty much every Sunday and said that's the one thing missing, and I agree.
