it's so disappointing that this is the only round table location in my area because the service we got here was awful. the place just didn't seem that clean and the staff here just gives off mean girl energy. i understand people have bad days but an attitude for no reason is too much. i'd rather drive the half hour to the fontana location than come back here. read more

i see my review is gone , management is great but the way these servers act doesn't go unnoticed and the way they try to threaten is disgusting and them threatening on a yelp review is crazy but couldnt apologize to my face do better as a staff . read more

Horrible service .. came in to pick up a to go order .. there was only one girl working . They weren't super busy as they had just opened, maybe a handful of customers.. From the time time I walked in til the time I left with my food .the girl was talking on her phone.. . All while helping customers .. very rude ... I'm giving a 1 star rating and that's being generous.. I too work customer service and that type of behavior would not be acceptable read more

Extremely disappointing experience. I didn't catch their names (bartender & pregnant server), but from the moment I interacted with these two girls, they were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic respect. Without any provocation, they displayed an awful attitude, used foul language, and treated me with blatant disrespect. Their behavior was entirely unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against dealing with them. Customer service (or basic human decency) clearly isn't a priority for them. I also would like to mention that I had seen them acting this way not only to me but to other guests as well. A girl came in asking to speak to a manager and was simply just ignored. When she continued to ask to speak to the manager the bartender and server proceeded to escalate the situation, almost even provoking a fight. Overall, the environment is just very hostile and I definitely will not be coming back. read more

I arrive to round table in Highland and within 20 someone took our order. Waited an additional one hour and our order never arrived. I asked 3 employees and they weren't able to give me an answer on the status of my order. I instead ended up walking out. Not worth coming here anymore. The service has downgraded big time. read more

Save your money and go anywhere else around here, Applebees, the Mexican place next door. Slow service, employees that don't care, mediocre food. I guess it might be ok for folks that have kids and all day to wait around for mediocre food. read more

They emailed me asking for address for the location in question to which I replied on May 3rd. Nothing. They appear to try and care but in reality, they don't as lack of follow up truly shows their intention. Their follow up on Yelp is as bad if not worse than at the restaurant itself. What a joke! read more

Watched server Edwin run by himself on a simi busy night!! Way to go... came in with a party of 8.. and everything was spot on! Great service great food... and a really neat Trolly to bring food out to tables! Thanks again Edwin and team read more

I should not have to email some other entity. Do your own quality checks. Again, terrible.

Can't recommend this place anymore. The food and service has gone down hill faster than a snowball to hell. Food cold that should be hot. If it ever gets there. Service has slid way far down too. read more

Good pizza , 20 plus taps with good prices, great service Restaurant is always clean except the men's bathroom is always Dirty otherwise I would have given them 5stars. Staff is awesome. read more

SO PISSED OFF!!!! The waitress looked right at my wife and she ordered the veggie mini pizza and she said "ok" Twenty minutes later when the food did not come out the waitress stated " it's not on here" BULLSHIT!!! My wife sat there while my son and I ate What a joke. Never coming back!!!! Second day here in a row and they are out of Onion rings House chips Can't get pepper jack cheese Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to notice us because she was chatting with someone about nothing Not sure who is in charge of ordering or inventory but I am available with 5 years experience without running out of items and looking ahead and making sure we have stock so that my customers are happy. read more

Came in a very busy time that servers are missing in action. Seated us in a dark place jn thw corner and servers passed by without asking if we ordered. The guests in front of us arrived 15 minutes after us and they were served and catered first :(. Food was ok read more

This particular Round Table is ridiculous. I had stopped going there and going, instead, to the one on Summit in Fontana. Today I was closer to Highland. So I called to order the lunch - personal pizza, side salad, and drink. It was always $11.99 ($9.99 if you had a coupon). I was told it was now $16.99 plus tax! WTF!? Absolutely unacceptable. I'll never go to this place again. (Incidentally, NO OTHER Round Table charges this for the lunch special.) read more

We came on a holiday weekend and passed by on an off chance that they would be open. They weren't. So we came back the next day thinking there was a play area for the kids. It's more like arcade games. The prizes are expensive. I'm glad we were able to get a few small toys for the price of the games. As for the food it was delicious. I would however recommend having the servers explain some of the specials on your menu. We had told our server it was our first time here and he just walked away to give us more time. We ordered a pizza special with pizza, and a salad. I definitely enjoyed our pizza. I highly recommend the Wombo Combo. It pretty much has everything you want on a pizza. read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Highland, California

bartender was horrible, very slow waited for several minutes for her to take order and she kept walking by as if she couldn't see us and then she felt as if she was doing me a favor when she finally acknowledged us.... ordered a second beer and she grabbed my old glass and was starting to re-fill it, I said I would like a new glass and she acted like I was putting her out. Saw 3 customers walk out as they waited at least 10 minutes for her to acknowledge and she never did, and they were at the bar. having servers like this will definitely make me never coming back here again and I been a somewhat local since opening.... you guys need to get some new owners or better managers. read more

Spacious pizza joint with a large bar area as well. There are plenty of games for the kids and a full bar and TVs with sports for adults. The outside seating area is really nice for nighttime. read more

My mom called ahead of time to reserve a larger table for my sisters birthday...They tried to tell her that it would be $25 to reserve a table for about 12 people.....where else charges for a table at a pizza place. I told my mom that we will just show up because this place is NEVER too busy to get a table and that they were just trying to get more money out of her. It was not busy at all, but to these completely inexperienced servers/bartender to them it was. We ordered a few draft beers...Took 45 minutes to get it, even after asking several times...we ordered off off the party menu which included 3 large salads....we had no forks and it took the girl 15 minutes to get them....There was another girl that came in now and then to try and help her co-worker, she wasn't much help. Servers need to know that when they walk from the dining room to kitchen, they should always be carrying something with them, like dishes from any table that are sitting there and vice versa. I had asked the girl to get the cake I had brought and after 15-20 minutes she brought it with no spatula or forks. I USED A PLASTIC KNIFE TO SERVE A 2 LAYER CAKE! I asked our server who the manager was ( i wanted to see if it was this woman who was manager a year ago) I was surprised when she said that she was the manager....She couldn't serve let alone serve and manage at the same time. The owners have NO concern about customer service. The place is a write off or a front of somekind. They have NO idea that this place could be awesome if they cared. EVERYTHING TOOK 3 X LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. WE HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING! read more

Every time I order from here they fuck up the order. Something missing or completely wrong order. New ownership doesn't seem to make a difference. Good luck with this location. Zero stars for these idiots read more

Roundtable Pizza in highland use to have great quality pizza until someone else bought the franchise. For the price I use to get a better flavor pizza with allot of toppings. We just had our King Arthur pizza and lemon pepper wings delivered, after a two hour wait! It's was terrible. The food was ALL cold and the pizza did not even look like a King Arthur pizza. Husband and I have been here on Friday late afternoons. We have stopped by with elementary aged kids and the kid arcade area can get expensive. I'd rather have them take tablets and that's not what I want but the entertainment for kids is limited. Pizza and wings are good. Have had take out and it was not as good as when you dine in. I'll still give it more tries. It's a really nice place more for adults than kids my opinion. read more

HORRIBLE AND SUPER SLOW!! My family and I, four of us total, came in on a Friday night for dinner. The place was not too busy so we figured everything would come out at a decent time. We ordered a pizza, cheese bread and wings. It took over an hour for us to get our complete food order. And nothing came out together. First was the cheese bread. 20 min later we got the pizza and about 40 minutes later we got the wings. The only reason why they brought our wings was due to the fact that we had to ask for them. The excuse was that the ticket got "lost". After this visit my husband stated that this location is on our s*#t list. There was no excuse for the food to come out so late, there were hardly any customer there. Don't waste your time, unless you literally have time to waste. read more

When Round Table is good, it is some of my favorite pizza. Tonight, it was perfectly cooked (sometimes it overcooked- even slightly burnt). And, our garlic Parmesan twists were also fantastic - again perfectly cooked, perfectly chewy and absolutely delicious. Great job tonight!! read more

We have been coming to this place for awhile but the last 2 times have been terrible. We come here after to work to unwind,. Both times we were ignored waited at the bar for anyone to acknowledge then when we did get to order the food took so long we were about to get up and leave when it finally out. Today the same thing happened again but the wings looked like little baby wings..I don't know if it's new staff or new management but people around us were complaining about the service too.. We are finding a new place for our Friday dates. We don't want to wait for a hr for wings anymore.. one drink and wings. Got there at 5:30 and left at 7pm because service was that slow. read more

My parents and I stayed at the Bear Springs Hotel and this Round Table is located in the same area. We decided to have just a small gourmet veggie pizza with chicken for lunch since we were doing the all you can eat lobster buffet at San Manuel Casino. The pizza was just the perfect size with 6 slices and we had 1 slice left over. The pizza had the white garlic sauce that's incredible delicious with lots of veggies which we ordered with chicken that made it very filling. They also have offer a lunch buffet here, too, with a variety of pizzas and salad. Great pizza & awesome customer service. read more

It was 5 star under old ownership. First order under new ownership and the pizzas are thin crust with no sauce despite ordering original crust. My VEGGIE PIZZA has sausage on it!! Twists are all burnt. They are now charging for ranch and it is watered down. Will not return. read more

Great time here thanks to Susan our server. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and made sure we got everything we needed. Need more servers like her! read more

Tried it again because it is under new ownership. I have no idea where management was, but the experience was absolutely horrible. We started off with my friend going to the restroom, no toilet paper in any stalls she let the waitress know that there's no toilet paper. Then we order our food only the bacon cheese fries, extra chives, the food comes out horrible no chives at all, we let the waitress know and asked her for a side of ranch she offered to bring us a new order but we waited so long for this order there was no possible way we could wait for a new order. Never got the side of chives. never got a side of ranch. I myself went to the restroom. I had another customer there say hey there's no toilet paper, so take paper towels, mind you we already told them there was no toilet paper. There's a bartender and a waitress and also a boyfriend, who sits at the bar, giving us the side eye because he hears us complaining. I would love to know where the heck management was because it seemed like nobody was in the building no hostess, no food runners nothing. We really wanted a good spot to go to since football is starting up I would highly recommend staying away..they can't handle a Monday evening. I would hate to see what a Thursday, Sunday or Monday when footballs back on would look like.. read more

One word "Downhill". It's so sad to see a Highland staple go down the way it has. When Rudy first opened Round Table, it was ran so well. The food was always on point and the service was awesome. We would frequent at least twice a week. We noticed it was going downhill. It got better... then kyle left. It got better when Michline came in. Bar staff was nice and seemed on point. Food was on point. Everything was perfect. We came in and now shes gone. We asked for Jared, no he's gone. We go in and ordered wings. They changed the ranch. When we ordered pizza that came out undwrcooked and messed up our drinks. We asked where the regular bartender, Bri, was from lastweek was and they replied she's not here anymore. Well now neither are we. Final straw. Bri was the only reason we kept going back after all the continuous bad experiences. Her service and smile kept us there. Sadly, there's nothing left for us there.... also The Health Department is public information. Anyone who's curious, can look up why Round Table closed for a little while.... yikes! read more

This store has an amazing staff, courteous, attentive, the new GM Michline has really made a difference and it shows in her employees, Kaitlyn and Brianna in the bar to be specific. The food quality matches the level of service and that's hard to do in these days. Gained regulars for sure. Very impressed. Keep it up. read more

We have driven past this restaurant soooo many times and we finally had the opportunity to stop on 3/19 and we are soooo glad we did! Upon entry we were told we could wait 15 min for a table or we could wait/eat in the bar. Off to the bar we went! Super friendly bartenders, more tvs than any place ever needs (but we loved it), a yummy garden salad we split (more than enough for 2), and THE BEST PIZZA EVER! We had the King Arthur's Supreme w/Reg crust. OUTSTANDING FLAVOR doesn't cover it! The Linguica is a great addition on the pie. We had a great dinner with wonderful food & drinks while watching hockey & NCAA basketball. We will be returning! read more
