The worker was very kind. I went to the salad area and put together my salad. Everything looked really fresh fresh tasty! My wife and I LOVE RT, but the service at this location is the worst in Fresno. 1. The man who picked up the phone when I placed my order was short and rude; my wife heard me make the call on speaker phone and she was the one who pointed out how rude he sounded towards me. 2. I was told the order would take 20 minutes, and when I arrived 20 minutes later our food still wasn't completed, I didn't receive an apology for the delay and I was told it would be another "10 minutes." 3. The kid who gave us our food was super cool - refreshing customer service, BUT he had long hair sticking out of his cap, didn't have his hair in a hairnet and we found hair in our "meal deal" twists! We won't be back to this location and that sadly means we'll have to drive across town to the next RT and we're willing to do so in order to avoid this sort of situation again. read more

The worst service ever. Tried placing an order online didn't work. Called in and after spending 15 minutes online trying to order. They told me wait times were 1.5 hours for delivery. Tried to order the next day so we called at 10:50am to place delivery order for lunch. They said system was down. They would call us back. They did not of course. We called back 2x more 11:10 and 11:20. System still down but they told us our pizza was in the oven. Asked how long for delivery the guy said 45 minutes to an hour more. This is absurd. We told them to cancel our order. The worst service ever. They have good pizza but it is overpriced and obviously you can't even get it in a decent amount of time. Sticking to our Me-N-Ed's. I'm done with this location as the pizza was stale and tasted off. Actually it was really gross. The female manger spent more time on her phone(earbuds firmly in place) couldn't tell if she was talking to customer or herself. Pizza was great but employees not so much. I didn't go there to hear how much they drank night before or how high they got. Yes I know their off time is just that THEIR OFF TIME but there is a time and place to talk and listen to such music and work place isn't one of them. This particular Round Table is far superior than all the others round tables in Fresno. They have better Pizza, better dough, they're just better, like they actually follow a recipe and the other Round Tables just wing it. We live next to one that's on the other side of town and we purposely drive 30minutes to this particular Round Table on Tulare and 1st because they are far superior. The manager is awesome he's always very nice, they have a couple girls managers they're extremely nice they go out of their way to try to help you with coupons if they can.
