I'm updating my review only because Eric the store manager called and apologized pretty sincerely. He did offer to refund my money and give me a store credit and I told him that the phone call was more important and very appreciative of that. Safe to say I'm still probably not gonna order round table again and it doesn't change what happened however taking the extra steps to make contact with the customer and to apologize and to make every attempt to make things right is pretty huge so I think that deserves three stars for sure. I ordered my pizza at 7:10 PM last night and it arrived close to 9 PM. I ordered a salad and a medium pizza. My Rount Table pizza arrived cold and the salad arrived warm. It was pretty disgusting, I waited way too long for delivery and I ended up getting diarrhea all night last night into this morning so safe to say it was the pizza because the only other thing that I ate was salad. Round table pizza just isn't what it used to be and I thought I would give them another chance but they failed pretty miserably. No more round table for me! read more

We ordered pizza tonight with the coupons we received yesterday in the mail and to request the family special to find out that they will no longer honor any coupons or discounts effective immediately today. I came in for the lunch buffet that usually runs from 11:30a-2:00p. I arrived around 1:15p so it was near the end of buffet service. Erick welcomed me into the restaurant and got me situated. I went straight for the pizza and found a decent selection considering how close it was to ending. Erick had asked if I wanted them to make anything in particular, I told him I was fine with the current selection and to not worry about it. When I went for seconds there wasn't any new pizzas out, but what was there was still good. Erick again asked if I wanted anything in particular. I took him up on his offer this time around and asked for a meat lover's to be baked. He told me it would be right out just for me. While finishing my second helping he came to my table with a personal sized pizza just for me. How excellent. Food was great. Store was clean. Service was exceptional. Our first time at this location. Very clean with contemporary interior. Salad bar had nice variety and lettuce was fresh and crisp. Pizza selection was very limited but we were told they'd make anything variety we'd like--and they did. With a large lunch crowd you still wait for more pizza to be put out. We thought the pizza was excellent, had both Hawaiian and Veggie. They also offer a variety of lunch specials at very reasonable prices. read more

Came here early for lunch buffet today, at 11am when it opened, and was a little thrown off by the the $14 price tag but was hungry for pizza and decided to pay up. Initially the pizza started coming out slow, one at a time. Since I was on a lunch break I asked the manager if more pizza varieties would be out soon. He said yes but offered to make any style that I wanted stating it's easier that way due to the smaller crowd during the week and didn't want to over make too many pizza, wasting food. I appreciated it and enjoyed the fresh Maui Zowie with zesty red sauce. Also really like the garlic Parmesan twists! Round table usually has great pizza, better than dominos and pizza hut but many locations are just not well run. This particular location is just solid. This review is for their lunch buffet. It's well priced for an all-you-can-eat experience and includes a salad bar, pizzas, jojos and sweet-pastry-sorta-things. They seemed short staffed; the woman at the register was also bussing tables but the steady flow of customers kept her from the cleaning. Once we ordered we realized half the tables were occupied and the other half were covered with plates and food crumbs. Once the customer flow had a break she finally got out from behind the register and cleared a table so we could sit. I felt sorry for her - she was really hustling but couldn't keep up. The salad bar was great. Lots of choices and everything was fresh. The jojo potatoes were done well; seems the only place I see them anymore are at pizza lunch buffets. They also had these pieces of cooked dough with sweet icing on them; not that great but it served as something sweet in contrast to everything else. The pizzas were brought out regularly. There always seemed to be about six to choose from. I had to laugh because it seemed most always had some ingredient I didn't like which is the risk you take at a pizza buffet. I'm sure they would have made something to my request but I always found at least one I liked. I find Round Table pizza to be okay. Everyone has personal preferences for pizza and theirs is somewhere in the middle for me. I'm just not that crazy for their crust but their toppings are good. I've always liked a pizza buffet as a lunch option and am glad Round Table is here to provide it. read more

I went today round table pizza for dinner. The customer service is so good . Especially Erick, he is amazing.

When we were young, we'd eat a Maui Zaui every so often. It's the most amazing pizza. The problem is it's so expensive (about $25 for a large), so we haven't had Round Table for many, many years. We finally bit the bullet and came out to Foothill Ranch, and we were so very glad we did. Erick is an amazingly considerate manager, and Danielle is super friendly behind the cash register. Their brilliant attitudes significantly added to the value of our meal. The restaurant is spacious while also very clean and comfortable. The Maui Zaui was exactly as we remembered it, just phenomenal. Our kids are quite picky about what pizza they'll eat, and fortunately they loved the cheese pizza (as did we). Overall an incredible experience and we're eager to come back asap. read more

Love our local FHR Round Table Pizza! We don't visit frequently, but our visits are always very pleasant. The restaurant is kept tidy even during their Lunch Buffet rush. Great customer service. they are very helpful, and it is a pleasure to call for questions and more so to visit. Eric has made sure we feel very welcome and even when we've shows up at the very end of the lunch buffet; we are never rushed, and he checks in to see if we need anything. Happy to make request pizzas for the buffet. The quality of the pizzas is good, and they have quite a selection for the buffet, plus a well-stocked/kept salad bar. I've always enjoyed Round Table, it was a treat as a child when my parents could afford it. We probably ate more Little Caesars and Dominoes back then which was still tasty to me. I really appreciate the level of customer service at this particular location! They have exhibited several times that they are interested in repeat customers, not just one and done. They consistently make the effort that says "we value your business." When something isn't quite right, they are proactive in making sure you leave happy and want to come back. I'm generally one for the cheap $10 Costco pizza or Domino's 2 for $5.99 each dealio, but recently, my visiting mom ordered a chicken and garlic pizza from Round Table and my world turned upside down. I LOVE that gourmet pizza concoction - so flavorful, and they do not skimp on toppings. It's pricier at $25 for a large but it is worth it.
