Confession here: I'm embarrassed to admit that I love a large chain restaurant as much as I like Luna Grill. I've primarily tried this one and the Chino Hills location. Both locations offer fantastic customer service and great food. As for kebabs, I've tried some of the higher rated independent Middle Eastern/Mediterranean places in Lake Forest, and honestly they don't stack up as well as Luna Grill. I usually order the beef koobideh plate with the Mediterranean salad, which is an amazing couscous salad. Very very tasty and healthy. I usually go with the side of hummus and pita. Not bad, but not as great as the couscous salad. The beef koobideh is great too with plenty of flavor. And for those of you who want more protein (such as me), you can order an extra skewer of the beef for a reasonable price. The customer service here is always stellar. Very friendly people, who are eager to please you. Oh yeah, make sure you download their app. You can get better deals that way. read more

I had a really positive experience at Luna Grill in Lake Forest 8. I want to give a special shoutout to a staff member whose card said Yuli (although my receipt said Claudia N.). She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating with me and my two kids. As a solo mom, eating out with little ones can sometimes feel stressful, but she truly made it easier. She proactively brought us utensils, napkins, and everything we needed without me having to ask multiple times. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and I really appreciated how understanding she was. The food was fresh and yummy, and the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. My only issue with this location is the beverage machine, it had a moldy smell and seemed like it may need a deep cleaning. That said, the staff and cooks here are wonderful, and the service we received really stood out. Thank you for making our visit a good one! read more

I cannot believe I did not take photos, how horrible. I will next time. We love Luna Grill but service at one closer to where we live hasn't been great so we haven't been in a while. Saw this one on way back from an appointment and Boy-oh-Boy- these girls are freaking awesome. Thank you soooo much Gloria, Yule, and Karen for such an absolutely pleasant ordering and food experience from your Luna Grill location a week ago. Everything was cooked to perfection, amazingly tender and juicy chicken Santorini bowl, chicken and gyro plate, loaded fries. (Oh my god so delicious) and some rugaleh for my sweet tooth! But these girls, best I've ever seen. We will definitely be back to this location in a heartbeat! When the food is as good as it is, but the employees go above and beyond, I'm very grateful. We ordered our regular items kid's pita melt with salad, Mediterranean salad with chicken and peach and burrata salad with chicken.The food was great as always. The service was excellent as well. First time here and wow that was amazing. There are plenty of menu options that might appear daunting but that's only because there are really so many options. Yuli and Jared were both really great. We were on a road trip down the coast and we were hungry and wanted something Mediterranean and we found this place... and it was amazing. The salmon was tender juicy. I reached out to them and they let me know that they deliver right after they cook the food so it shouldn't be cold. Give them a try if you are looking for a meal prep service. You can do weekly plans which brings the price down a bit but you also can just order when you need or want it, no contract. Their pricing is also really good compared to other places I have tried.

Last time I had Luna Grill I called in an order with Bekka and my wife and I were so pleased we decided to go in last night to eat. Bekka was there again and took our order she asked how I liked the beef and flat cut chicken kabobs. I was so shocked she remembered me and MY order. My wife wanted to try something else so Bekka suggested a greek salad with flat cut chicken on top. So of course my wife got it and I got the beef plate. OF COURSE WE LOVED IT. She noticed me eyeing the beer and asked if she could ring in a beer for me and it was great not having to leave my seat and get a beer. Our food was delicious and cooked perfectly. This is a MUST try. To end the night we were greeted out by saying "Thank you for coming in again we'll see you soon John and to stay warm during the cold nights!" It's a nice gesture after getting off work and being told we'll see you soon and to stay bundled up. We love this place. read more

Hey "Soul Daddy" you failed in the fast casual world and Luna Grill didn't!!!!! Finally my dream has been granted. The moment first time I laid my eyes on Luna Grill it was in SD and I totally fell in love with this place.From that day on I kept saying to myself and to my friend "I wish there was a Luna Grill in OC" and a few years later here it is. Food here is awesome, you can really taste the freshness in the food. On tonight's visit I went for my usual Hummus with pita bread starter and the Beef Wrap with basmati rice. Everything was so yummy. Hummus was fresh, rich, and creamy. The pita bread was warm and soft. Very comforting. The beef cubes in the wrap was grilled to a perfect med-rare. Excellent experience at Luna Grill. It was my first time eating here so I didn't have much expectations but now I'm truly impressed! It's located in a fairly quiet plaza, but this place was busy busy busy. My first impression was that the decor was very neat, and hip. I ordered a chicken chipotle wrap, DELICIOUS! The cashiers were very bubbly and helpful with suggesting what to order and explaining the menu to me. Although it was busy my wrap was brought to me fairly quickly and when I was finished they cleared the table for me. Overall rating is an A + in my book. I will definitely be visiting the other locations soon. PS: ANYONE who thinks that Daphnies is better is insane in the membrane. read more

After a long busy day at work on Friday my husband and I came into Luna Grill. The service was great! Bekka was our cashier and she was very polite and made sure everything we ordered was correct. She was so sweet and got into a conversation with us and asked how our day went...usually people don't do that so it was nice. When we got to our seats we waited for about 12/13 minutes to get our food. Our food was delicious and the flat cut chicken was so moist! As we were eating Jade asked how our food was and asked if we needed anything else, she got us a refill on our drinks! ONE of the BEST costumer service places!!! I come to this Luna Grill all the time, and it's hands-down one of my favorite spots, thanks to Ross, the General Manager. Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the service Ross provides takes it to another level. He always greets us with a big smile and even remembers our usual orders! Food was good. Staff were super friendly. The reason for my review is that they don't accept cash. This has been outlawed in LA because they consider it discrimination against low income individuals. On bills it says "This note is legal tender for ALL debts, public and private". But yet not good enough for Luna Grill. I understand it's easier for some corporation to not accept cash, but business have been doing it for centuries. I will not be back. Convenient location on corner. Clean looking plates but very small portions. Only 3 tiny tiny triangles of pita bread. If you order the veg platter you can't add on a chicken kabob on the side. It costs 8 bucks. Not right. Food is just ok. I love this place! Keep up the good quality food. I don't mind the wait because it's made to order. Chicken Kabob plate is bomb and much healthier than the alternatives in the area.
