I have to rave about the Round Table because of the fantastic service I always get here. For 3 years now we've come to town for the Woodbridge Cross Country high school meet, and our team throws a party that weekend for the athletes VERY LATE after the meet is over. This place lets us order and pick up our large order of pizza when they should be closed - and they couldn't be nicer about it. Very polite when taking our order; everything's ready as ordered and they're happy to provide us plates, cutlery, extra cheese, etc. And I know they're working extra late just to serve us - usually they go home once I've picked up. My long time friend and I both live closer to the Lake Forest location, but we go up to the Foothill location to meet up for our Birthdays. (The Lake Forest location sucks) Erick is either the owner or the manager of the Foothill location. I'm not sure, but I know that my even wondering about his actual position says it all. He is personable, friendly, helpful, and just really nice. If he isn't the owner, then the actual owner better never let him go. The unit is always clean. Erick, that bathroom lightbulb thing today was weird We go there for the buffet. Neither of us are very particular and we get there super early for lunch, but he has always, ALWAYS acknowledged us and asked us if we would prefer some other toppings on a pizza that he could have prepared for us. We are pretty happy with the basic pepperoni. We start with the salad bar which is always fresh and crisp and today, he didn't have the basic pepperoni pizza out yet (we were early) He came by with the pepperoni pizza when it was ready and served us at the table! Then Terri wanted her desert twists. I asked, and he brought them to our table after he had them made. He's just so friendly and personable. So completely opposite of the Lake Forest location. I could write a novel about the guy who runs the Lake Forest location. He's terrible and rude. Unfortunately, I love their pizza, but because of where I live, I can only get delivery from the location of the rude guy at Lake Forest, so I only get pizza (and a great dining experience) from Erick twice a year when we celebrate our Birthdays at the Foothill location. So I really, really, love the Foothill location ( and Erick)l and I really love Erick's work ethic. We come here often for their lunch buffet. They have a great salad bar. The price is a little on the high side but so is everywhere else. What justifies the increased price is the excellent customer service. When I say excellent I mean EXCELLENT! All of the employees go out of their way to make sure they have the pizzas you want on the buffet. If they don't have what you want they make it immediately.
