Well, I was doubtful that there could be anything worse than Dominoe's for a pizza chain pizza but I was wrong. While still having a favorable memory of the last Round Table pizza that I had eaten decades ago, a decent sausage, mushroom and bell pepper pizza, I was ready to try it again, expecting a B-/C+ result that would be quick, convenient and adequately tasty...Nope...Wrong Door. What my wife brought home from RT was actually the worst pizza that I have ever tried. It consisted of a cluelessly undercooked doughy mess of what was supposed to be a pizza crust, dappled with a tiny bit of flavorless tomato product and some kind of extremely thick wanna-be mozzarella simulated cheese mass that completely matched the non-flavor of the other layers involved. The only bright points in dealing with this crime against food are that we only ordered a small and that the sausage and mushrooms used were not bad and were used in adequate amounts. Needless to say, that after a couple of samples, this food purchase was binned in short order. So basically, no way to treat your body, and if you can still appreciate the taste of food you will be better-off randomly buying almost any frozen pizza that you can find instead of giving RT's a try. read more

Food - I didn't try any pizza from this location, but I had been curious about and I finally tried their Cinnamon Twists. My first reaction opening my box was that the twists were gorgeous. The braiding was beautiful, and the size was perfect. I was expecting the texture to be similar to pretzel, but upon the first bite, I felt like the bread was very similar to their pizza dough (more on the chewier side). I could even taste a little bit of salt in the bread itself, which actually went really well with the cinnamon sugary flavor. In general, the flavor was great. However, I thought that the twists that I got were more on the burnt side, so unfortunately, they were a lot of parts on the twists that were really dry and super tough. The twists came with a caramel sauce. And the sauce was really thick and delicious. It went really well with the twists. Again, the only problem that I got was the twists were a little bit burnt, so certain parts of them were tough and borderline bitter. Service - service was good and fast, and the lady who helped me was friendly. Ambience - the inside was really nice, clean, and super well air-conditioned, perfect for a hot day like today. I have always enjoyed round table's lunch buffets. Not so much today at this location. I asked to have a to go cup for my drink to take with me. A pretty curt employee who identified herself as the manager said no, we don't do that. I've been at this location a number of times and have been waited on by very pleasant people. Her reasons for refusing were lame as could be and she seemed to be on somewhat of a power trip. Not sure I'll be back. read more

The twists were not fully cooked. Had to ask them to make another batch. Also, the staff closed off the largest seating area and began mopping the floor at 6:28 p.m. while I was sitting there eating. I dropped my son off at this location to celebrate a birthday, giving him money to buy food and drinks for his friends. What should have been a fun, safe experience turned into a nightmare. An older kid came in and attacked my son...on camera. I went in and spoke with staff, expecting them to take it seriously. Not only did they fail to follow up or offer any support, but I've since received a video from another child showing staff standing by, doing nothing to stop the attack. It's heartbreaking and infuriating that this is where my son wanted to celebrate, believing it was a safe space. The complete lack of action, accountability, or even basic communication from the staff after such a serious incident is unacceptable. Whether they felt it was out of their hands or not, ignoring a parent's concern and offering no clarity is inexcusable. People should know what really happens here. This is not a family-friendly place, it's a location where kids can walk in to fight and no one steps in to stop it. We won't be back, and I hope other families reconsider before trusting this place with their children. read more

There is no urgency amongst all staff that work here. There is no discrimination to say one gender or race or age is slow. They have a unanimous team slow going on here. We started at the Round Table on Treat- but it was full of kids from the high school. So we drove over to this one. We won't be back. The cashier was really rude. 1 example was when my husband asked about regular iced tea, her response was " I wish" and she walked away. The holiday decor hides the salad bar- very hard to get or even see the options. Chaser says there is always a veggie pizza out- not true, if it has veggie and chicken- that's not vegetarian. No one is here at this one- makes sense, with the bad/inept service. Also- they don't seem to refill the table shakers. The levels on the salt/pepper are amazingly low read more

I really wanted to like this location since it's so close to home. I read the negative reviews but I tried it anyways since there was a coupon. All I wanted was extra light cheese. I don't know if this was just a bad night, or the standard, but if the service was anything to go by, I'd say to stay far away from this one. When we arrived, there seemed to be a lot of confusion about what orders have been served or even cooked. The cashier had difficulty ringing up our order and looked lost. Employees walking out from the kitchen and were going to the tables asking if they'd received and eaten their food yet. There were only three tables with dine in customers, yet one table finally had enough of waiting over an hour for their order and demanded a refund. Usually, Round table is my go-to place for Pizza, it's a little on the more pricey side but it's well worth it. My reasoning for the low score is because of their customer service. I ordered online to have my brother pick it up. I gave him the email receipts and everything for the pickup. Upon arrival, the pizza was never made. Had to double check my bank account to make sure I wasn't charged and sure enough, I got charged. Sent some more information to them to confirm my purchase until they realized that they were having mechanical problems with their ordering machine. My family and I have been coming to this round table for 1 year and let me tell you, it never disappoints. This is always our go to stop for pizza. The pizza always tastes fresh, hot and with plenty of toppings. The staff always seem to be very attentive and friendly. We went in last night (a busy Friday night) the line was almost to the door. I was able to order my food and it was ready in 15 mins. The guy working behind the counter was super friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the sizes, pizza options and side items. There seems to be new ownership. The front counter seems to be now run by families of the business. The service has gotten so much better the past few months. The pizza quality has gotten a lot more consistent as well. The Indian guy was so polite and checked every order before handing it to the guests. We ordered online at 4:30 for a delivery at 5:45. I fully understand that Friday nights are busy. No one wants to cook on a Friday night. But when you order 75 minutes out and then your pizza arrives over an hour after the time you requested it, that is just horrible customer service. When I called the store after it was 20 minutes late, all I got was an 'I'm sorry but we are really busy." After an additional 25 minutes, I called the store again and spoke directly to a manager. It took an additional 15 minutes after that call for my pizza to arrive. When it did arrive it was lukewarm. While they are refunding our money, we won't order from them again. read more
