AJ was a great helper! He gave me great recommendations for what to get and helped me in the evening yesterday. The store was very busy and had great ambiance. The food was hot and tasted very good. Aj was the manager of the store and was very polite. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends, definitely coming back! read more

I am leaving this review because I just left this round table buying a $14 personal salad for dinner. Now I finished making my salad & asked for containers to place dressing into them. I am not sure if this guy was the manager or what but when I asked for the cups he gives me one premade dressing container, so I politely asked if I can have some more because the salad is too big for just one dressing, he gives me another premade cup. So again I politely asked him just for my own container, he asks me "what do you need it for" and I calmly tell him I would like more dressing and to also put my croutons on the side so they won't be soggy. He hands me one more premade dressing cup and says, "I am only supposed to give you one" and instead of arguing with this man because I felt that he was very rude about the situation I said to him that I still needed a cup for croutons. He went to the back and handed me one thing of prepackaged croutons. So I left. I then continued to come home & had to stop at another round table near my home to get more ranch and croutons, who was way nicer about the situation. The customer service was just very poor and micromanaging as if I was trying to steal or something, his actions made very uncomfortable and upset after a long 10 hour shift. read more

One of the best round tables i've been to, very nice staff and clean interior. They helped me figure out what I wanted to order when i wasn't quite sure and the food came out on time and tasted great! read more

the manager very rude I asked for original crust and double cut , I got thin crust no double cut I called to ask why wasn't the instructions followed I was told you complaining about your pizza not being cut ? you act like you don't have a knife at home her rudeness her attitude so disturbing and the manager overseeing others and talking to a paying customer that way handling food ? what if I didn't have a knife and we didn't want thin crust and I was feeding more then 2/3 ppl and was trying to make sure i could feed maybe one more person ? shame on you for not being what a manager / leader represents as a collective . The manager needs a different field of work as a person she's awful and I think racist read more

Called in an order. Upon arrival I was told order was not in the system. I was very considerate and gave them sometime to try and find it. Was later told they had taken the order, but there was no receipt paper so order was never printed. I gave them a chance to make it right but the only thing they did was just restart the order I am extremely considerate as I've worked in customer service my entire life. But the option by the workers and owner to simply brush the mistake under the table and try to place the blame on me was utterly disrespectful. Will not be ordering from them ever and will place a corporate complaint. When you mess up as a business, you make it right with the customer, plain and simple. read more

We were group of six friends went for pizza night and all of us had an amazing time at this pizza place. The pizza was fantastic - fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The highlight was the incredible service from the manager, AJ who made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our group had everything we needed. The cozy ambiance and delicious food made it a night to remember. We'll definitely be back for more! read more

Sarah B the manager gives the worst customer service I have ever had. We brought in a group of 30 with prior notice, not only did we wait an additional 30 minutes when I pre-ordered pizza but she comes in and accuses our group of taking the wrong pizza that her employees deliver ‍ then she over charged us for a pizza we never got! She should be fired and I will go to pizza pirate from now on no matter what. The worst! And it smells like toilets all through the Resturant read more

Daniel the manager was very accommodating for my party of 12. That was a big deal since it was just before 830pm and much of my part was from out of town. Food was good, staff was great, and the place was clean. I would recommend RT - Benicia for a good food and dream service. read more

I don't leave reviews very often... actually this is only my second one lol We order from this Roundtable once per month. We are ALWAYS taken care of to the fullest by each worker there. They are always very friendly and willing to tell you about the coupons you can use. Today, Daniel (One of the new managers) was the one to help us out with our order. He was very kind and helpful. He was just amazing! Very pleasant to talk to. Chris, was the delivery driver. He was funny, very kind and also amazing!! Keep up the good work Southampton Roundtable!!!! read more

Great service, very courteous manager. Family pizza nights once a week with great fresh pizza!

This place has turned in to a joke. Customer service is crap. They put way less toppings on the pizza and try to tell you that's how it is. I have been a customer for over 10 years. But tonight was the breaking point. read more

AJ the manager is always very accommodating! We go with big groups often times with little wait time.

The experience I had here was great. The store was very clean and food was made to perfection! The team is very friendly..

The website didn't work, wasted 20 minutes trying to order online. I tried to phone in my order & got disconnected. I phoned again, gave up after 5+ minute wait on hold. I phoned Napoli off of Rose Drive, they answered after the first ring. Very tasty. Round table Pizza is usually good. The location on Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento Rocks. This Benicia location is flakey at best. read more

Poor customer service. Failure to complete the order and the manager Janelle was awful. She was rude and unprofessional. She refused to complete the order. 4 pizza's were paid for and only 3 were delivered. We politely explained that we paid for 4 but only received 3 pizzas. Janelle refused to honor our order despite a receipt and proof that we paid for 4. read more

If I could give a negative stat I would! HORRIBLE We placed an order online, because their website said they were open until 10:00. The wait time was 45 mins. Kind of a long time, but we decided we could wait and really wanted take-out..TRYING to support local businesses during the COVID-19 Crisis..well we show up 45 mins later and are told they are closed and cancelled our order..said they called us.. Check the cell phone and they called 25 mins. AFTER we placed the order, after we had left to get the pizza. NEVER again RT of Benicia..good luck getting thru this crisis with that kind of customer service! After getting home to write this review, the website still says they are open.... read more

Late delivery and still waiting... tried calling but no one picks up. So much for that place in the future.

Try to order online. Not working. Called twice. No one answers the phone. Ordered Pizza Pirate and had it to my door in 30 min. Delish!

I recommend this location because of the staff. Aj, I believe to be the manager is a thoughtful person. He was very concerned about an allergy my kids had and did his best to provide good service and recommendations to keep them safe. My children love coming here because they have cool arcade as well that they allow the kids to enjoy for as long as they want. The staff move encountered has been friendly. The restaurant is always clean and rather relaxing to sit inside of as well. The food I've had has been good, consistent, and anything that was a problem they willingly fixed and were accommodating. read more

Went in 2-3 months ago for a small pizza and I asked for double mushrooms and when I got my pizza it was the absolute thinnest pizza I've ever had and there was no crust on the edges at all and around 8 tiny slices of mushrooms....it was not Double mushrooms. The pizza was awful and it used to be so good there with the other people who owned it before. So I decided I will no longer go there for pizzas. Over priced and under delivered. Then about 2 weeks ago I wanted to pick up a small side salad and the lady told me $14 for a small salad lol I said wait it's $14 for a small?? She said yes ,they used to be around $7 so I left went to raleys and bought all the stuff for a salad ...same price but I had salad for a week instead one day . I will Never go back there again. I now go to Napoli pizza a couple minutes away and the pizzas are so delicious there, way better than round table and also not over priced. read more
