Garlic Alfredo sauce, chicken, pineapple, & red onion! Thank me later.

I've been coming to this pizza spot for the past 4 years and it's the only pizza I'll eat honestly. Others just don't compare! I ll everything is amazing but I specifically order the garlic alfredo sauce with chicken pineapple and red onion... even people who don't believe pineapple belong on pizza eats it lol. Service is always good & quick!

I got a Frankenstein hacked delivered pizza through delivery. I think they took slices from a different pizza to add to mine ? There's a slice of pizza (in the photo) that has no cheese or toppings on it at all just sauce (barley) , I'm not sure how that happens. Taste wasn't bad but after seeing other reviews on yelp, not a fan.

    Funky chunky chicken pizza

After being out with friends we ordered two pizzas and oh my goodness! The funky chunky chicken pizza! Chef kiss! I definitely enjoyed that one! It was delicious! We also ordered the deluxe , which is like a typical combination pizza. We ate the pizza right outside the pizzeria on the couple of picnic tables they had. It was a great setting being outside on a warm night with string lights hanging from the trees. I would definitely be back, especially for that chicken pizza

As far as restaurants go, there are few in Benicia that grab your attention. I have my usual suspects when I visit the quiet town but have always been intrigued by Pacifica Pizza. From the outside, the bright blue paint and the giant letters catch you. You quickly notice the outdoor patio located outside and extended seating around. Walk in and you are greeted by the employees, but it gives off more of a high school vibe. The pizzas are fresh and I was happy to know that they can split pizzas (one flavor on one, another on another half). But what I was surprised by was that they do not offer pizza by the slice. I think this would be an amazing addition, but again, I am not sure what impact this would have on the operation cost-wise. Nonetheless, I still think it is something to consider. I did not even realize that this has a sister pizzeria in Vallejo (or did, until it burned down earlier in the year). Rumors have it that the Vallejo location was better than this, but I cannot say anything until that location opens back up. Shared a pizza with my sister and I wish it was cooked a little bit more, but that is my preference. We finished it on the outdoor patio (order took about 30 minutes), on a Sunday afternoon.

Is this a pizza with extra sauce and cheese ????

Heart attack pizza is no longer a heart attack pizza !! Pizza had changed and man oh man . Case in point picture comparison would be a good point . Okay, you have to increase the prices , I know inflation and such , I don't mind paying more but keep the quality the same. Such a shame , I really loved the Pacifica pizza Benicia branch among all the Vallejo and Benicia cities. What the heck happened ?? Why mess up with a great Pizza and recipe, new owner or owner more considered with profits ! As a Business major , to create a cult status among pizza lovers , taste, ingredients and customer must remain consistent . Sorry to see such a great place go downhill.

I don't care for pizza too much but I will eat Pacifica . My family loves it and they go above and beyond for customers. Once I went to pick up a pizza order with my 3 toddlers and 2/3 were asleep in the car so I called and asked if I someone could bring it to my car because I didn't want to wake they two sleeping babies and they didn't hesitate. Most recently I threw my daughter a pizza party and we had a couple of vegan & lactose intolerant guests. The said we could bring ingredients for a specialty pizza that could accommodate those guests and they'd make it. They made it and I was happy to see everyone enjoying a slice of pizza. They also delivered right on time !

Funky Chunky Pizza 12" with mushrooms

So glad I didn't settle for Costco. Although it would've been (much) cheaper, the quality of these toppings knocked it out of the park for me. When I rolled up, they didn't look open, but then I saw the pizza maker. I decided to give it a go after looking at pictures on Google. The lady was on the phone, but the pizza maker came right over to help me. I told him it was my first time there and wanted something with chicken and mushroom. He recommended the Funky Chunk and added mushrooms. I had been craving pizza since Christmas and this truly satisfied that craving. I ended up throwing back three slices (and washing it down with sparking apple cider). There was a creamy garlic sauce and white cheese that made this taste like cheesy garlic bread and all the bacon bits you could get on your shirt. I couldn't have thought of a better way to start the new year. Thank you Pizza Maker!

The food is amazing and the young lady that took my order the second time I called was informative and fantastic without attitude. However, the first time I called to order a manager special pizza I wanted extra cheese on the pizza and the guy I spoke to was not only rude, but he was a little bit demeaning in his tone. I did not appreciate that one bit he could have informed me in a polite way such as the young lady did when I asked for only chicken on half of pizza and she politely told me that's not how the manager worked. The guy that I spoke to, and when I went to pay for my pizza, I'm pretty sure it is the long haired guy that took my payment. Had such an attitude on the phone and made me feel like such an idiot. He has the worst customer service and worst attitude, he needs more training so don't be surprised if you call into this restaurant and you're made to feel like an idiot if you're speaking to the long haired guy that works at this restaurant. My phone call went so much better when I actually ordered my pizza with the young lady but when I had questions with the guy I spoke to I felt like I was an idiot. The young lady that works at Pacific Pizza is amazing. She informed me of everything that I needed to know without being degrading whereas the guy I spoke to was just plain rude.. management should really really retrain him on how to deal with customers and how to perform proper customer service. I will always recommend this restaurant food quality. But beware if you call in and aren't extremely knowledgeable about their pizzas or their protocols if the long haired guy answers, he's gonna make you feel like an idiot and he's gonna give you attitude. I would never come back to this restaurant he was the owner. the young lady is what is who made me feel comfortable, You can't just judge a book by an asshole.. especially when the pizza is so good as my husband says. This all happened on 09/26/2024 at around 7:15-730. The young girl that works in that restaurant deserves a raise. She was phenomenal..

    Family special three toppings

First time ordering. Got the family special which the flyer said it was a three topping pizza but when you're ordering online it only allowed you to pick two toppings. So I paid an extra two dollars to add a third topping which was not on the pizza at all. Tons of olives and mushrooms but not the pepperoni that I ordered as the third topping. Also paid a dollar for Ranch and did not receive it.

    Raw pizza

Drove to Benicia to get pizza at Pacifica as the one in Vallejo is still closed. First it was $35 for a medium pizza. What kind of price buster is that? Then $1.49 service fee? Really? But the worst part was the pizza dough was raw! Inedible raw! I had to call and complain, because we just couldn't eat it, the "Manager" Mike was completely Rude! Condescending and his tone with me as a customer was insulting. If he really is the manager, his dad must be the owner! Why would you put someone in charge of customer service and quality control who is completely disrespectful to paying customers? Makes you wonder how he speaks to the crew. Pizza pirate or Napoli is far superior in both. I will never be back to this location or recommend them. If you want raw dough and a horrible customer service go there.

Here is the last one ordered. Pepperoni and sausage

Loved the reusable straw, and was such a great sipping experience. The focaccia was yummy too, although I wish it was hot out the oven (I know, I know, but I'm Italian). It came topped with cherry tomatoes, cojita cheese, tajin, lime slices, and everything seasoning ($14). Would love to come back to try their pizza or have a glass of wine outdoors on the patio with this beautiful weather. From the looks of it, there are many locals who show love to this place because everyone seemed to know everyone which was a nice thing to know. Our waiter was very nice, I forget her name but she was such a nice lady. The food was amazing. You start off with a sliced bread thats warm straight from the oven and is presented to you with a secret homemade sauce that was super delicious. If you love garlic like myself, you will be scraping that sauce till its gone. We got the calamari to start with and share and I think that was the best calamafi I've ever consumed. I usually dont like the firm texture and fishy flavor of some calamari but this was super tender and super flavorful without the fishiness. A really great starter to share. We each got out own dishes and I got the Frutti di Mare. This dish was super flavorful and exactly what I wanted from a seafood pasta. Their mussels were HUGE though so I got kinda turned off from that (just a personal thing). Everything else was amazing and you also get a choice of soup or salad before your main entree which is a great format for eating. My girlfriend got the Pasta Gabriella and it was a VERY large portion. She said it was good but we both agreed there was a very strong bell pepper flavor. If you love bell peppers definitely get this pasta. Overall we had a great experience here and would love to come again!!
