Great service and pizza was great... store is very well maintained and has a great atmosphere inside. I recommend this location for a quick pick up and go pizza place that won't break your budget. read more

After ordering over $60 bucks worth of pizza. My order was made incorrectly. They asked if I could come back and have the pizza made correctly, which I could not and said the manager would follow up with me. I did not receive a call back at all. Very disappointed with the customer service here and looking at the previous reviews it's no surprise they seem to have issues in that area. With that said, I'll be sure to not support this location and let others know as well. There's a better one in Pinole if you're in the area. read more

Good food, but it is not clear enough on the site that it is take and bake. I was expecting a pizza that was ready and wouldn't take an extra 45 minutes to get home, preheat the oven, and bake it. read more

Rude just rude I placed an order and it could not be found. The manger came from the back seeming to be bothered by the whole situation altogether never acknowledge me the he proceeded to ask me if I was sure I called the right place. Which I had already explained this has happened at this location before instead of offering just to make me a pizza and if I would wait he proceeded to interrogate me about the fact that I did the wrong thing. A easy mistake they could've been avoided by just offering to make a pizza and having me wait. He was hostile as I left and would not stop yelling at me as I walked out and I said thank you. It sad his reaction customers always remember how you make them feel. read more

As a Type2 diabetic it is a challenge to order from a restaurant through delivery services because you never know what's in the food or what it is cooked with/in. I am really pleased with the crustless pizza I ordered...it was a good portion, as was the chicken caesar salad, enough for 3 servings. It tasted terrific and best of all DID NOT spike my glucose. Also the nutrition was listed for the ingredients. I will be ordering more from this restaurant. Thank you Papa Murphy's for increasing my menu and delivery choices. read more

Worst pizza ever . Make your own rather than waste your money . I spent 40.00 total garbage . Never will go back ever .

I'm finally accepting the whole take n' bake pizza concept. I was a little sketch about going to the Vallejo location after reading their reviews, so settled on this relatively new Benicia store. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Bacon thin crust, and it was heavenly. Folks working there--especially the bearded manager guy--are really cool. Call ahead for pickup. Even better when you have a coupon. Even without a coupon, it's still a great deal when you compare it to Round Table prices. This pizza also tastes miles better than Costco or Little Cesar's by comparison. Can't wait to go back, but tryin' to keep the carbs in check too! read more

Bought a chicken bacon artichoke pizza there last night and it made me terribly sick! Waste of money and being sick while 32w pregnant is the pits. read more

I will give Big papa, I mean papa murphy's 4 stars! Haha! I gave them 4 stars for a really good customer service. Pizza, hmmm 3 1/2 stars. It's a take and bake pizza! For someone like me, I like my food "hot and fresh" this is definitely a great idea! Right when I walked in, in spite of how busy the workers are, they welcomed me and looked me in the eye and smiled. The place was very clean. I hope it's not because they are new. I really hope it stays this way... Cleanliness is a BIG PLUS for a lot of customers. The ingredients are very fresh, from the dough, meats and veggies! Our favorite is the Chicken Garlic- creamy garlic sauce, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, herbs and cheese. We also like the Papas All meat- basically all meat! Haha. Oh this one is based on red sauce, chicken garlic is white. For dessert: s'mores pizza and cinnamon wheel. Oh and don't forget to bring your coupons, they give out a coupon from Val pak. Thanks for opening up a location in Benicia. read more

Ordered their stuffed all meat pizza and it was horrible. The pizza was so dry, hardly any sauce. The crust tasted like cardboard. So disappointed. read more

Aww, they discontinued the $5 special( either plain pepperoni or sausage) that was the kids favorite. Well I guess it's back to Napoli's. If I am going to spend the extra money might as well get a better pizza. Thanks Papa Murphy's for that special. But you get the five stars still for hiring Patrick and Cameron. Great employees. read more

Benicia, CA, Papa Murphy's I walk in Papa Murphy's 11/17 looking to grab a salad there is one salad which is a Garden Salad, which is not the salad I am not looking to purchase. I approach the counter 5 feet away looking at the menu. Nothing interest me, I start walking out the store. The cashier wearing a red shirt says "Thanks have a nice day" as I am already outside the store. I walk back inside the store and tell the cashier "I didn't purchase anything so be quiet". He said "Okay". Right after, I am walking out the store another employee named Hunter says "Thanks have a good day". Now its evident to me there not striving on customer service. Now I am upset, walk back inside tell them to "Shut up, your acting like a bunch of kids." Papa Murphy's has great quality ingredients, with reasonable price. A possible 4-5 star review turned into a 2 stars review based upon there customer service. read more

Short and sweet. You can't beat the prices, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the "restaurant". If you haven't tried it yet, do it! Just make sure you sign up for their deals so you know you are getting the best price! :) read more

Worst Papa Murphy's & Worst Pizza I have ever had! Gave another chance after previous bad experience. They really cheat you on toppings. I love how the manager plays dumb on specials and tries to overcharge you also.No good Papa Murphy's in vallejo/AC/Benicia area same chintzy owner. read more

Can't beat the price. But when you make a mistake in making the wrong order, fix it please. Don't kick it back to grub hub and waste an hour of your customers time. I just want the correct order and I will pay for it. I should not have to pay for wrong order. It was eventually fixed. Not by papa Murphy's manager who said he was gonna call me back. 3 phone calls and no return call. Grub hub fixed it. Their customer service is amazing. The pizza joint was soo bad in its customer service. But because they are cheap and have a decent product, people will still go. I won't read more

This was my first experience with the newly opened Papa Murphy's, it's been ages and another location since I been to this chain. First off, they were busy, but they never rushed us thru service. An elderly man who was handicapped was ahead of me in line. The gal, I think her name was Sierra was so helpful with him. I couldn't make up my mind and went with a suggestion from the man to order Chicken, bacon and artichoke. When our pizza were done at the same time she brought them to us where we were waiting, she carried the man pizza to his car, even tho he said he could manage. Her compassion was so genuine. I hope is location does well. read more

I've been to this location a few times and prior to my latest experience they have been fine. But I'm sorry to say that during my trip in today the cashier who rang me up was wearing gloves. The same gloves she used to prepare the pizzas with. When I got my card back it was covered with grease. After ringing my order and several others she went back to making pizzas with the same gloves she had on while working the register. Disgusting! I will not be back. read more

Horrible customer service signs are not placed properly when you walk in they don't tell you win the weight and what to do I just let you stand around and let people come in behind you and pick up their food before you even though you've been waiting in line terrible start to a new business read more

Really like these guys. So accommodating. I take my own pizzastone and have them build my pizza right on it. Comes out awesome. ALSO the s'mores pizza is out of this world read more

New franchises seem to have issues for a while. I hope these guys get better since it is nice having a good take n bake pizza once in a while. My family got ill (not serious, just "stomach flu" after eating Papa Murphy's thin crust, family size, pepperoni and mushroom--twice in a row over July and August. Other pizzas from there were good, but that combination was "off". read more

They still need to work out the kinks. I ordered 1/2 meat, 1/2 veggie and person taking order didn't know how to enter into computer. Person talking to him in the background wasn't gelling much. Repeated myself 4 times, and, yes, they screwed up the order. No manager when I called at 5 p.m. Nothing more than an apology from the kid who screwed up. I'll go in next time to ensure correctness. read more

Amazing customer service. We ordered a pizza tonight on August 6th at 8:40 pm and we didn't realize they closed at nine and our pizza was delayed til the next day. I called in and they said they'll make it and I can come pick it up. They were quick, SO nice, and so upbeat. One was named Lupe and unfortunately I forgot the other woman's name making the pizza, but they need a raise!! Thank you ladies for a great experience and quality service and for having the patience to make my pizza so close to closing time! Absolutely wonderful ladies! read more

Great service. I ordered online and my food was ready when I got there. I got pizza, salad and cookies. All were fresh and delicious

Pizza is good but twice now the service has not been good. First time, cashier was texting on phone before she acknowledged or help me. Manager called me after I requested it on telephone survey. I explained what happened. Didn't seem to care. No offer of a free pizza or discount on my next visit. Second time, there was a line of 4 people. I had called in my order. A customer came in and started talking to Patrick who was making pizzas. Next thing you know, Patrick rings him up on the other register and he's out the door. Patrick didn't bother to ask if anyone else had called their order in. And went back to making pizzas. Common Sense Customer Service Skills are lacking. read more

I love the fresh pizzas from Papa Murphy's. But I do not like the service from Cameron at this location. She didn't put cooking instructions or the regular coupons on my pizza. I asked for the coupon and she insisted they didn't have any coupons. I had to ask repeatedly for the regular coupons and cooking instructions. Cameron said she only had coupons for the $8 dollar pumpkin pizza. I actually had to insist on how to cook the pizza and I had to write down the instructions. I saw the regular coupons in a stack and wondered why she insisted they didn't have any. I hope her manager teaches her about business ethics and the thing called "good will". read more
