After ordering over $60 bucks worth of pizza. My order was made incorrectly. They asked if I could come back and have the pizza made correctly, which I could not and said the manager would follow up with me. I did not receive a call back at all. Very disappointed with the customer service here and looking at the previous reviews it's no surprise they seem to have issues in that area. With that said, I'll be sure to not support this location and let others know as well. There's a better one in Pinole if you're in the area. read more

Rude just rude I placed an order and it could not be found. The manger came from the back seeming to be bothered by the whole situation altogether never acknowledge me the he proceeded to ask me if I was sure I called the right place. Which I had already explained this has happened at this location before instead of offering just to make me a pizza and if I would wait he proceeded to interrogate me about the fact that I did the wrong thing. A easy mistake they could've been avoided by just offering to make a pizza and having me wait. He was hostile as I left and would not stop yelling at me as I walked out and I said thank you. As a Type2 diabetic it is a challenge to order from a restaurant through delivery services because you never know what's in the food or what it is cooked with/in. I am really pleased with the crustless pizza I ordered...it was a good portion, as was the chicken caesar salad, enough for 3 servings. It tasted terrific and best of all DID NOT spike my glucose. For someone like me, I like my food "hot and fresh" this is definitely a great idea! Right when I walked in, in spite of how busy the workers are, they welcomed me and looked me in the eye and smiled. The place was very clean. I hope it's not because they are new. I really hope it stays this way... Cleanliness is a BIG PLUS for a lot of customers. The ingredients are very fresh, from the dough, meats and veggies! Our favorite is the Chicken Garlic- creamy garlic sauce, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, herbs and cheese. We also like the Papas All meat- basically all meat! Haha. Oh this one is based on red sauce, chicken garlic is white. For dessert: s'mores pizza and cinnamon wheel. Oh and don't forget to bring your coupons, they give out a coupon from Val pak. Benicia, CA, Papa Murphy's I walk in Papa Murphy's 11/17 looking to grab a salad there is one salad which is a Garden Salad, which is not the salad I am not looking to purchase. I approach the counter 5 feet away looking at the menu. Nothing interest me, I start walking out the store. The cashier wearing a red shirt says "Thanks have a nice day" as I am already outside the store. I walk back inside the store and tell the cashier "I didn't purchase anything so be quiet". He said "Okay". Right after, I am walking out the store another employee named Hunter says "Thanks have a good day". Now its evident to me there not striving on customer service. Now I am upset, walk back inside tell them to "Shut up, your acting like a bunch of kids." Papa Murphy's has great quality ingredients, with reasonable price. Can't beat the price. But when you make a mistake in making the wrong order, fix it please. Don't kick it back to grub hub and waste an hour of your customers time. I just want the correct order and I will pay for it. I should not have to pay for wrong order. It was eventually fixed. I'm finally accepting the whole take n' bake pizza concept. I was a little sketch about going to the Vallejo location after reading their reviews, so settled on this relatively new Benicia store. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Bacon thin crust, and it was heavenly. Folks working there--especially the bearded manager guy--are really cool. Call ahead for pickup. Even better when you have a coupon. Even without a coupon, it's still a great deal when you compare it to Round Table prices. This was my first experience with the newly opened Papa Murphy's, it's been ages and another location since I been to this chain. First off, they were busy, but they never rushed us thru service. An elderly man who was handicapped was ahead of me in line. The gal, I think her name was Sierra was so helpful with him. I couldn't make up my mind and went with a suggestion from the man to order Chicken, bacon and artichoke. When our pizza were done at the same time she brought them to us where we were waiting, she carried the man pizza to his car, even tho he said he could manage. Her compassion was so genuine. I've been to this location a few times and prior to my latest experience they have been fine. But I'm sorry to say that during my trip in today the cashier who rang me up was wearing gloves. The same gloves she used to prepare the pizzas with. When I got my card back it was covered with grease. After ringing my order and several others she went back to making pizzas with the same gloves she had on while working the register. Disgusting! I will not be back. read more

Amazing customer service. We ordered a pizza tonight on August 6th at 8:40 pm and we didn't realize they closed at nine and our pizza was delayed til the next day. Pizza is good but twice now the service has not been good. First time, cashier was texting on phone before she acknowledged or help me. Manager called me after I requested it on telephone survey. I explained what happened. Didn't seem to care. No offer of a free pizza or discount on my next visit. Second time, there was a line of 4 people. I had called in my order. A customer came in and started talking to Patrick who was making pizzas. Next thing you know, Patrick rings him up on the other register and he's out the door. I love the fresh pizzas from Papa Murphy's. But I do not like the service from Cameron at this location. She didn't put cooking instructions or the regular coupons on my pizza. I asked for the coupon and she insisted they didn't have any coupons. I had to ask repeatedly for the regular coupons and cooking instructions. Cameron said she only had coupons for the $8 dollar pumpkin pizza. I actually had to insist on how to cook the pizza and I had to write down the instructions. I saw the regular coupons in a stack and wondered why she insisted they didn't have any. I hope her manager teaches her about business ethics and the thing called "good will". read more
