Took my wife here during the daytime to spend some quality family time on her birthday. While the prices may seem reasonable at first, do note that shoe rentals adds up, and while you are there, you eat and play arcade, so overall expenses comes high. We took the VIP lane that comes with some $7 extra without knowing it all, and once we completed our hour, we realized that VR was never ON for the game. We checked with guest services, and they mentioned that some games only offer that feature, and we selected the wrong game from the console. Well, I wish someone had mentioned that when we initially bought the package. They did not offer any credit or refunds to us. We got multiple foods from there. While the pizza was good but the chicken burger had a bad taste in it and we did not even finish the food. I wouldn't recommend it when Arrowhead Mall has multiple options in the food court.

I came here last September and I had a good experience there. My friends and I went to celebrate a birthday and all we did was karaoke. We were singing for four hours. We had an amazing time and the staff were friendly. The service of the staff was a bit slow and I had to wait a bit longer. My friends and I went on a Tuesday night, which the place was not packed but we still had okay service. Overall, I will come back here but the prices are a bit expensive. I highly recommend coming with a group of friends to prepare to have loads of fun!

What an amazing day! We got there right when it opened at 10:00am. Signed our waivers and paid for the full day pass. The pass allowed us to play all day and leave and return. It also included socks. The whole second floor is included. There was a bull ride, batting cages, trampolines (which were closed) game spaces (soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton and a freebie space! A roller rink with go carts, a VR room, a jungle gym and the arcade. All included. We had 4 kids (5,7, &8) and the played for 4 hours we grabbed lunch and came back for another 1.5 hours. I was shocked that we were not upsold anything, we brought in snacks. Everyone was so kind and it was almost empty so we didn't have to wait for anything! I would come back here anytime!

Family fun for everyone! So many games to play and activities to do there is something for everyone. Come and bowl, sing, game and win prizes while making core memories.

This place is unique! For an arcade I want to say this is a much more unique experience than most arcades I've visited in the valley. For starters there's two levels! I and my party did not go to the top level so I will rate that separate but we did stay in the bottom level. The claw machines were Japanese style games! It was very cool and fun to play some of these machines after watching them be played from overseas. Although they were very hard to get the hang of. Definitely some felt a little too difficult for what you're paying. As for the smaller ones they were quite easy and fun The prizes themselves are all in great condition and there's a vast variety of what you can try to get!! The arcade games themselves were awesome too! Loved the imported Japanese games!! Super addictive and loved how they came with tutorials, worth the chip price and would want to come back for those games. So so fun. Our party tried the bowling alley which in my opinion was not the most affordable lane to go to. But we had a lot of fun regardless and were able to fit 2 games in for 1 hour! The place itself was clean and pretty. The lights sounds and atmosphere all was a very fun vibe. Definitely a more costly trip to play games and win prizes but very successful regardless. I would come back

We were at the mall and decided to stop in and were all super impressed! There are kiosks where you buy a card for $2 which is reloadable and the prices are super reasonable. The spot feels like a casino lol lights, games, sounds. It was not super packed on the weekend and really liked there was plenty of machines so you really didn't have to wait if you wanted to play something specific. They had standard games, VR, claw machines, bowling, batting cages and MORE! This will definitely be a spot the family and I will be going to often during the hot summer!

What a fun stop. We were at the mall picking up some different items and decided to stop and check it out. We loved the VR games. It felt so real. There is definitely something for everyone. They offer birthday parties, food, bowling and more. Prices are steep on some , but all in all you can get quite a lot for around $25-50 with a reloadable card. We had a great time.

If you have sensitivities to light, noise, or crowds, this place will wear you out. If you like riding bulls, playing basketball, pool, air hockey, badminton, or hitting baseballs, this place will wear you out. If you like jumping on trampolines, roller skating, or have small children that like indoor playgrounds, this place will wear everyone out! If you like dropping $100 easily, you will have no problem doing that here. The second floor has all the play options, but to even enter you must pay. Even if you are the parent watching your children, pay up. They give you gripy socks with your entrance fee, but you have to take your shoes off and then put them back on for every activity. Not a huge deal, unless you have a small child unable to tie shoes. The kids will have a blast as long as they follow the rules - they are very strict about their safety rules! No one is going to get hurt if they have anything to do with it. For instance, on the trampolines, you cannot jump backwards, one person per trampoline square, no flips - basically, jumping. This would make for a perfect day out for the kids...get a babysitter to take them to play indoors all day on the top floor. They also have 2 karaoke rooms. You pay extra (on top of the entrance fee) to reserve the room for 40 mins. There are chairs and tables and tvs. There are complimentary massage chairs on the top floor by the play area. They were surprisingly good and high quality! There is also an arcade area included in the entrance fee, but most games have instructions in Japanese, so some weren't intuitive to play. The 90 mins I was upstairs, the employees were friendly, humorous, courteous, and cleaning! They were wiping down chairs, walls, equipment. I loved seeing them work hard and clean!!! Downstairs is like Vegas for kids and kids-at-heart. It is an arcade dream!! And completely overwhelming to the senses: lights and sounds! You do not pay an entrance fee for the downstairs, but to do anything you'll buy a card with credits ($2 initiation fee). Games range from 14 credits down to 6 approximately. They have an enormous selection of claw machines!! If you love the thrill of claw machines, you will be in Heaven! Row after row after row! Between our 2 families, we spent $85 in the credits and left with 4 stuffed animals. Each kid won and all were so happy! I couldn't afford to be a regular here, but it was a fun way to go out as a family and meet up with friends. We didn't eat or drink there - had to find somewhere quiet and wanted to hear each other talk. Upstairs was not loud, just brightly lit. Downstairs was all the noise. Splurge, have fun. There is a lot to do and win!

This place has a lot to offer all under one roof. When I was a child, this place would have been my ultimate dream destination! Literally near every outing I would have desired (roller rink, bowling, mechanical bull, sport courts, trampoline park, karaoke, indoor playgrounds/ball pit & slides) ... IT IS ALL HERE - IN ONE PLACE. It seems almost too good to be true. Incredible, really. Most all activities mentioned above (except the bowling) are available on the upper level for one admission price. The price does vary (I believe depending on the day of the week and the length of your stay). We did the 90 minutes on a weekday, and that was perfect. I can't remember exactly how much we paid, but I think it was somewhere in the $20-$25 range, and it was a few dollars less for the children. Unlike Slick City where they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, this place is great in that the grip socks are included! You don't need to pay more/extra for that. Additionally, the sneakers for use on the basketball, baseball, badminton, and soccer areas are also available for free to all paying guests. I was so pleasantly surprised. Another cool thing is that whilst the kids were playing on the large indoor play structure, the massage chairs for parents watching are free! I have had to pay with a credit card to use chairs like that at competitor's facilities (e.g. uptown jungle) so this was a welcome change. Upstairs, upstairs, we encountered employees Edgar, Kyle, and Polite who were all wonderful. They were kind, patient, and walked us through everything. The only disadvantages to Round 1 are: 1) Spectators need to pay the admission price to access the upstairs activities. 2) Bowling downstairs was crazy expensive. I think it was around $70 for the 4 of us to do the VIP bowling for an hour (after shoe rental and fees). 3) The downstairs arcade is super expensive. Expect your money to go quickly. If your kids are like mine, $100 can be gone w/in about 45 minutes. 4) The employees were neither helpful or friendly downstairs at all. Over all, we had a positive experience, and we will most definitely be back to enjoy the activities on the top floor again soon. **Editing to add that the security at Round 1 is on point. With their own security guards, mall security guards, physical barriers, etc. we felt very safe. This top notch security is in complete contrast to places like Slick City where there is literally no security whatsoever. I don't know why Tricia (Yelper) is complaining about too much security (saying they have everything but TSA agents there). There have been plenty of times my kids have had problems with older kids being too rough in places like this, kids bullying, kids throwing objects at one another, children pushing, or otherwise not following rules/procedures making the experience uncomfortable, not fun, & even dangerous, at times. Also, my best friend was murdered at a young age so I am always very cautious with where I allow my kids to play. I follow true crime, and I shall never forget, for example, what happened to John Walsh's unsuspecting son, Adam, at a Sears department store. If you do not appreciate Round 1's excellent level of security within this busy shopping mall location, then you are, at best, ignorant and do not follow true crime &/or, at worst, (in my opinion), an irresponsible parent for not believing security of this level is warranted. These folks at Round 1 are doing it right.**

Another fun time at Round1 with the family... Place is super clean and the service team is pretty attentive.

Another fun time with the family! Super clean and attentive staff ;D Always makes us feel happier

I am so glad to have a lively place like this as an anchor in Arrowhead Towne Center mall. It has plenty of signage to help explain rates and there seemed to be adequate staffing with security guard, staffed counters and at the bar. I did not order food but was very intrigued by the variety of Japanese items, so it made me want to give it a try next time. Everyone looked like they were having a lot of fun and just looking at the plush critters in the claw machines was fun. If I decide to play, I will need to bring noise canceling earphones though, since although I expect lively sounds in an arcade this was just too much for me and I can't help but wonder if the decibel level needs to be checked so people don't permanently damage their hearing.

The amusement manager, Nick, is incredibly rude. He would not allow my group to get one hour of karaoke.

I think it was a bit excessive, why would they charge you almost $5 per shoe and then $5 a pizza slice or $30 for pizza.
