Family night at D&B's! It was amazing! We had dinner before heading to the games and were pleasantly surprised of D&B's food menu. Our waitress, Jacqueline, went over and beyond to ensure our food arrived on time and our drinks were always full... nice! Dinning was enjoyable, D&B had their big screens up, showing all types of sports, and the noise level was spot on as we enjoyed our dinner. Afterwards we headed to the game floor and had a blast! Shoutout to the team at D&B, they know how to play the game right! We look forward to coming back soon. read more

The food is like bar food, but still good burgers fries. The service is friendly fast. The ambience is really cool a ton of games a lot of parking for regular vehicles and handicap. You're right next to Cardinal Stadium and a bunch of other food places within walking distance highly recommend this place perfect for a family get together or birthday parties. read more

Here is the revised version: ​ Revised Review ​This review is for the Dave & Buster's in Westgate. As always, the review is based on three areas: the restaurant's atmosphere, the service, and the food. ​The Restaurant ​Dave & Buster's has a general seating area for dining, but you also have the option of seating in the game area. Our table was well-spaced from the others. It was set up very nicely and was clean. TVs were everywhere--I think every NFL game was on a screen. The dining area was a little noisy, but it is understandable since it's attached to a game room. ​The Service ‍ ​Our waitress was very polite and apologized repeatedly for the wait. We told her it was completely understandable, as we could see the other tables also waiting for attention. She answered some questions about the menu and gave us a few minutes to look it over. When she returned with our drinks, we placed our order. The food took maybe 10 minutes to arrive. ​The Food ​This is where they really earned their poor score. I ordered the Honey BBQ wings. The person with me ordered the kids pepperoni pizza, as they were not that hungry. I had an Arnold Palmer and my guest had a Coke. ​The wings were dry. By this, I mean they were overcooked and had only a light drizzle of sauce. A couple of pieces had no sauce at all. I immediately asked for a side of sauce. The pepperoni pizza was more like a flatbread. We did order a side of fries. ​The fries were about the only thing we ate. The half-bowl size was a disappointment for the price. They were also charred/burnt and not edible. Our waitress returned and reassured me the side of sauce was on its way. After seven minutes, I approached the hostess and asked to speak to the manager. A few minutes later, the manager came to our table and asked if there was a problem. I showed her the wings and the pizza and asked if I could just pay for our drinks and the edible fries. She understood and charged me appropriately. ​Final Thoughts ​When I review food, and I review a lot of restaurants, I generally do not post the results if I had a poor experience. This was my second trip to D&B, and the first visit was also poor. Dave and Busters was a bit of a bust last night. Don't get me wrong the fun they have to offer in a fast paced arcade for the kids is great and our server and the manager were polite and attentive, however I think the kitchen staff let their team and us down last night. We ordered our food and only got the salmon protein bowl brought out while still missing all the rest of the food for our party of 6. The manager and server were nice and tried their best to figure out what happened. Eventually the staff had said they accidentally dropped the tray of food before bringing it out. It took about 30-40 minutes to actually get our food so always really an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food. I did enjoy the buffalo wings we had as appetizers. I also was not very partial to either the guac or the cauliflower elote as the flavors were a bit bland on those appetizers. Once we got our food they had brought out my sons burger with cheese but we ordered no cheese because he doesn't like it and doesn't know what is good in life so yet another wait for him to actually get his food. I did like the spicy hombre cocktail which is made with an aged tequilla. The staff offered us free desserts and a $10 game card to make up for the food wait and errors. We appreciate that. To top it off I was brought the check on their hand held devices and it was not working so had to wait for the server to bring another to check out. We have been to Dave and Busters many times but this visit was not one we would like to remember. Hopefully next time we have a better experience as I figured it was just an off night. read more

We do continue to frequent Dave and Buster's despite far from marvelous past experiences. One Wednesday night, there was a man present in the arcade wearing a shirt that read "KILL CREW" who had a handgun visible and strapped to his hip. We got the heck out of there SO FAST that night. Super scary ... especially since Dave and Buster's serves alcohol & people frequently indulge too much. Last night. I was eating in a party of 5 with my 2 children among the guests. A drunk lady who was inside an inner tube she had won on the "Human Crane" actually fell into me whilst I was sitting in my booth. This combination of drunken clumsy behavior and firearms in the same environment at the same time is not safe. All of this aside, the reason I am updating my review, primarily, is because of the stellar service provided by our waiter, Braxton, last night. He was genuine and provided excellent service even when presented with the awkwardness of that woman falling on me. We truly appreciated his presentation. He was not at all phony or displaying a superficial personality. We see that all too often from our Dave and Buster's servers so his sincere nature was truly refreshing. When we come back, I hope we have the good fortune of being seated in his section once again. His contributions to our overall experience made the evening so much fun. Thanks Braxton. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. Upon arrival, we walked through both sides of the restaurant and found no staff members in sight. After several minutes, we had to walk behind the front desk toward the bar area, where someone finally acknowledged us and told us to seat ourselves, as there was still no host present. Once seated, we placed an order for the chicken nachos, which arrived with an overwhelming amount of chips and only a minimal drizzle of cheese. The queso was overly salty--so much so that the dish was inedible. The kids' meals were fine, as were the cauliflower elote and the guacamole with chips, both of which were enjoyable. We also ordered the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, which were delicious, but the chicken parmesan pasta was another letdown--extremely salty and inedible. After finishing the meal, we waited over 30 minutes for the check, during which time our server never returned to ask about additional drinks or if we needed anything else. We observed several other guests who also appeared frustrated and voiced similar concerns. When we finally spoke with the manager, he explained that only one server was working the entire restaurant and also responsible for taking orders and cashiering. He acknowledged that they don't staff the front desk on Mondays and Tuesdays, which results in guests seating themselves--something that undoubtedly impacts the guest experience. Although the chicken parmesan was removed from our bill, the overall visit was disappointing due to the lack of service, poorly prepared food, and inadequate staffing, especially given that the restaurant was not at full capacity. Manager came back for three game cards for the kids and just apologized. His name was Alex and said that they don't have anybody. Came here for a birthday party. The food was mediocre at best but we did receive excellent service. The real draw here is the games.

Fun night! I was there for a corporate event and I finally got to see the private event room. Spacious and clean from the first look. Our boss paid for some game cards, so I got to play some games. All of the finger food was good. Loved that the buffet line is two sided so 150 of us didn't have to wait long. Service was good. There is nothing bad to say about the food. It's traditional; nothing has changed. It's bar food. The service was excellent. The TV for different sports was lovely, and the captioning was close. Where Dave and Buster used to be about adults hanging out, having fun, and acting like kids again, it has now become another chain that caters strictly to children. I attended this location because I was invited to a seven-year-old's birthday party, and they wanted to go there because of all the games. Where the ambiance used to be about adults having fun, it has turned into a place where adults watch TV and drink, and the kids run off and play games. I'm not against children in restaurants, but I also think that when you advertise that it is a place for adults to act like kids again, it should be a safe space for adults and also a safe space for any children. This was our favorite place with the best burgers. We came in hungry for some lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were told we could seat ourselves anywhere by a server putting in an order at the server station. The two of us sat at a booth and waited about 8-10 minutes for the same server to greet us. She apologized for the extended wait. It was not a problem. We proceeded and ordered a a bacon cheeseburger and pretzel dog bites, fried pickles and wings. After some time the burger was delivered by a different server and after a few minutes our server came by and said, we're just waiting for the rest of your food". I said no problem. I waited for 20 minutes without my food being delivered. I finally called over a different server and asked for the manager. The manager, Jason Hall came over and I told him what had transpired and I asked " how am I still waiting for the rest of my food going on 30minutes now." He was immediately defensive. His response to me was to say, " Because people are human." He proceeded to double down and offered to bring me the food that has been dying in window under the heat lamp for the last 30minutes, saying, " other than bring you the food in the window what else do you want me to do?" I said," I'm not eating food that's been dying in the window for the past 30 minutes." He walked away to take the burger off the check that did make it to the table. When Jason returned he came back a different person.His attitude had changed. He was no longer on the defense. He apologized for coming off the way he did and offered everything he could to make the situation right. Another manager, Dabnee-an apologized to us after as well. While I appreciate and accepted their efforts and apologies I don't believe I would come back nor recommend Dave and Busters. The service and atmosphere is disappointingly subpar. read more

If you can find some of there deals when you buy food and get game credits it's usually a good deal and they do have some really good food. Another note is Wednesday is there 50% off on games so you really get a better value on games and they do have some amazing games at all there locations which is cool , I will have to say there prize selection and amount they charge for some prizes is not good they used to have so much good stuff and now it just all seems to be cheaper stuff but it is always a fun place to come read more

Came in Sunday Night to watch the football game (Go Seattle!) and even though it was busy, the food was hot and delicious and our server Harmony was on top of everything throughout the night, making sure we had a good experience. She even went out of her way to make sure my wife's food was gluten free. We definitely will be back and hopefully we can have Harmony be our server next time too! read more

Again it is impossible to get a food server to take my order. I sat 15 minutes and after two larger parties came , they got a server and when I asked about my server I was shown a map of tables and that my server will be with me shortly and was told to give the server a second. Five minutes later I moved to a different section, after ten minutes the bartender said this seat has no server and there is only one on duty at the other side of the bar. We left without ordering. I did report to lady at the front counter. I also wanted to sign up with Breakfast with Santa but in checking out there is a service fee to offset the costs. What??? If it costs more then charge more without additional fees. We will not be attending this because of the additional service fees. read more

the experience that my family and i had at this d&b location was significantly better than last time's, which is a plus. it took us a couple of minutes for a host to seat us, but thankfully we were seated quickly to mitigate that brief problem. given that it was a late saturday afternoon, it was pretty crowded with plenty of families and pregame friend groups alike. the arcade was also on and poppin', and it can be a bit overstimulating at times but that's the fun of the ambiance. for appetizers we settled on the kickin' chicken potstickers. at first we didn't have any utensils to eat them with, but we flagged down a server who swiftly solved the issue. in my opinion these definitely felt like a more jazzed up version of potstickers that you'd get from the frozen aisle at a grocery store (i mean this in a positive way). i like that they had the chili sauce drizzled on them, it was a pretty nice touch! the cilantro also added a nice flavor and a neat garnish. we all polished those off since they were pretty good. our entrees came pretty quickly! for the entree i got myself a spicy smash burger as it was a new menu item and i have an achilles heel when it comes to anything spicy. compared to most chain restaurants, this was one of the rare instances where a dish that was advertised as spicy actually fit the bill; no red 40 dye here! my meal reminded me of burger-fied nachos; from the spicy cheese sauce, the pickled jalapenos, and the patty that had an abundance of taco seasoning. not that i'm complaining; the usage of the taco seasoning definitely hits a nostalgic spot in my heart. while the burger itself was pretty damn tasty (this was one of the rare occurrences in which i didn't have to take home leftovers since i ate my whole meal), it was definitely heavy and it would probably taste like gold while you're completely wasted. then again, d&b is essentially the grown-up equivalent of a chuck e' cheese. overall, the service was stellar and the food exceeded my expectations. The Flappy Bird game has a sticky control so the button barely functions. The Gamebar is atrocious. I was sitting here for 11 minutes and the female there knew I was there but didn't once come over to me to help. Fun day outing with the kids today . While looking to beat the heat and boredom. When we opened the doors it was a bit overwhelming and with only one cashier at the counter the line was pretty slow. We'd never been before so we were a little confused how the process went. There is a sign explaining how many points/coins whatever you can purchase. Prices are pretty crazy to me especially if you have a larger family. For two kids we spent $60 for 300. They were done after a little more than an hour. So keep that to mind. We found some seats near the bar and enjoyed the nachos appetizer and drinks while they played. The nachos were some of the best I've ever had. They were plated well and tasted phenomenal. Service was good and pricing refilled multiple times. Great place for some fun and food, but again a bit pricey. read more

Stopped in with my niece so she could use her gift card she got for her birthday. Very big and open space. Everything looked clean. The young lady in the bar was our server and she was okay. She seemed a bit annoyed when my sis-in-law was asking questions about certain menu items and asking for certain things on the side. She isn't able to eat certain things so she orders certain things on the side for herself so her husband and children can eat as well. Food was good, drinks were alright. It wasn't busy at all when we stopped in. It was a weekday and we were there before 3pm. There were only 2 other tables at the bar. Hopefully the service is a bit better next time. read more

We always have such a blast playing games, the colorful lights get me everytime!! We decided to eat. We started with a barbacoa quesadilla, this was good but everything could have been layered better. I got mouthful of meat and cheese one bite and the next was just cheese, onions, and cilantro. Next we had hot wings with a side of french fries which were delicious. The wings were a little crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, I personally enjoyed them. Our service was good, though we asked for a new bottle of ketchup as the one on the table had what looked like dried guacamole as was very unappealing.. Our waitress grabs a new one behind the counter, struggles with her fingers to try and get the plastic seal off... raises the bottle to her face as she turns her back and takes the seal off probably with her teeth... we were all a bit flabbergasted.. but unfortunately didn't say anything in the moment. We decided to just stop by here after seeing that the new golf place next door was packed. We walked on in and we were immediately greeted by the hostess. The hostess was super friendly which I found rare because typically employees at Dave and Busters aren't friendly. She then proceeded to load our game cards and even made some small talk. We then went over to the bar for some drinks and the bartender came over to us right away. I had a watermelon margarita and then we all had a shot of Patron. Service was quick. We then went to the game area which was packed with people, almost every single game was occupied. We had lots of fun though. We also noticed that there is a VR game available and there is a cool Hungry Hippos game that we had a little too much fun on... We scored some tickets and then headed to the "prize area." The prizes were sad and the selection was not good, even the candy selection was horrible. Ended up getting my dog a squeaky chicken for 300 tickets and a candy rope for like 200. Overall we had a lot of fun. The employee we interacted with when we arrived and the bartender were both amazing, they have great customer service. read more

This was hard to give starts to, because some sections are awesome and some sections don't give a car. We walked to planning on playing some pool, games, dinner, and some drinks. The greeting section in the front sucked! Did not explain anything to us at all. We played games first, it was fun and of course I love winning! We got hungry and when to the greeting section and they told us we need to get to the bar to get a table. Walk to the bar and walked for someone to notice us. They told us just grab a table. The server was super awesome, he saw us. Brought us menu got our drink order. Came back with drinks and took our food order. We got pretzel (huge), pizza (flatbread style), and chicken strips. Everything was very good surprising. The drinks were on point too! The server checked on us many times and made sure we are good. We ventured out for more games and had to figure out how to play pool. Our server was awesome and told us that we do at the bar. They will start the time and they charge you per hour. Easy enough. We went to the bar to grab more drinks and waited over 15mins and people are trying to just cut in line because they don't want to wait. Horrible experience. A reservation for a work team outing event was made, and pre purchase of their EDP deal was pre purchased as well. When we arrived our reservation had been given away to a different party, we were told they had closed down one side of the dinning area. They expected us to leave but we were in a group, so we asked if they can please seat us. They sat us at part of somebodies else's reservation. Our group was split up as well. Even then we took the tables and were ready to order our pre purchased meals. They then proceeded to not honor them, because they said they had a specific menu that day for game day. We asked to speak to a manager , we waited 30 minutes for him to get to our table. When Jacob, the manager arrived . We explained our situation, he was very non carrying and unprofessional. He did absolutely nothing to accommodate or give us options for a solution to the problem. He said that was the menu they had. I understood maybe he couldn't do anything about the menu, so I asked if we could then get a refund for what we pre purchased, or get credit so then we could order of the "game day menu" . He said no, and to get a refund from customer service. At this point we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. At no point did the manager apologize for not having our reservation, or the any of the other issues. The following day, we tried to reach out to customer service, but they seem to be non existent. And have yet to get a hold of them to get a refund for the combos we did not get to use. We were a group of managers, so we understood there's only so much he was able to do, but he was rude and all he kept doing was nodding his head and not once did he apologize for the inconvenience. read more

Unfortunately experienced low blood sugars. Went to the bar, BG: 52 with a down arrow. Ask for an OJ w/ no ice. He reacted somewhat quickly, the OJ was great, tall, no ice and in a plastic cup. Not knowing how low one is. Good idea to use plastic. Avoid breaking glass. Drank half of the juice, set timer to 15min. Chilled for a bit. BG started to go up. I drank the rest to make sure I don't drop again while being out. Now in the past, Bartender's, restaurants or most food establishments don't charge. Upon picking up my things. He continued to charge $5 dollars. Yes understand it's a business but most bartenders have a heart, they don't bother you to pay. BG: 62 when I paid the bill. I was okay and thankful he gave me what I asked for. Next time I'll ask for a juice no ice and a side of courtesy and compassion. read more
