We went the other night to a fundraiser that they were having called, "Food for Thought". It was amazing to learn about this organization and how many schools that they are helping now to be able to feed children, they are up to 40. This Is a amazing show room. We can't wait to buy some new appliances for our new house. They offer classes there on how to use the WOLF convection steam oven's as well as other appliances. It was a great night to experience chefs Ben's amazing talent and the pairings of vine. Shout out goes to Chef Ben, Brenda, Nico, Becky, Sergio, Paxton, Lynne. Thank you Gabby from Gabby Gourmet. One day, should I win the lottery, or perhaps a distant relative leaves me a largish and unexpected inheritance, I will likely find myself shopping at Roth Distributing Company. After all, since I can only assume I will need to furnish both my fabulous estate and convenient high-rise condo in downtown, where better to shop. The appliances here are the kitchen equivalent of Ferraris, only I am willing to bet they are much more reliable. They are sleek, sexy, and shiny, and spendy. The model kitchens in which they are displayed are quite beautiful. There is even a surprisingly large Culinary Center in the back that is a cooking and education workshop featuring Wolf brand appliances. They do food and wine experiences here where guest chefs educate and entertain, while putting thoughts in your head of what you too could do, if you only had a state of the art kitchen. read more

We recently attended the Ownership Event and the Convection Steam Oven Event at Roth. Both events were outstanding. Executive Chef Ben Davis spent hours on each occasion demonstrating how to prepare numerous delicious dishes (all of which we got to eat) and answering questions. Ben walked us through the operation and cleaning of all of our new appliances in a very clear, step-by-step manner. He was patient with beginner questions while also providing clear answers to more advanced questions. He has a direct, no-BS style that shows he uses this equipment every day and knows it inside and out, both the good and the (occasional) less good. We left both events feeling very full, both of excellent food and of great new insights and understandings of how to use our appliances. Ben mentioned that he ran a cooking school for 8 years, and that shows in his superb instruction. Anyone that has purchased SubZero or Wolf appliances and that has not attended one of Ben's events is missing out. We were told the Chef's Table events are for prospective buyers - if we were still in the buying stage we would definitely attend one of those. I'd like to see Roth offer an advanced class, particularly for the Convection Steam Oven. We're not at that point yet (we just had our appliances installed a month ago) but I can imagine that in six months or a year we will be ready to dig into the details at a deeper level. read more

If I only had a million dollars... Dream kitchen galore and there were Wolf and SubZero equipment at every turn. I felt sort of like a kid in a candy store. Well ok, I was here for the Denver Five Willy Wonka Themed Dinner and there actually being candy everywhere the setting did not disappoint. They have a very nice showroom and display all of the latest and greatest in kitchen appliances. I started drooling before I even walked in the door. It was the land of enchantment and wonder. We went to Roth Distributing because they have the best selection of Sub-Zero/Wolf products on display and we wanted specifically to look at Sub-Zero refrigerators. The show room is well laid out and complete with all things Sub-Zero and Wolf. Darlene, the Showroom Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of time and answered all of our questions. Great experience. read more
