You can tell by the 5 stars, this is in no way a complaint. My wife's company has been ordering from Rossini's for several yrs. She always tells me how good the pizza is, but we live about 30 minutes away, longer at dinner time, so never ordered from there until about 3 months ago. That when I decided, I couldn't get a good pizza around me. We have ordered three times now and never have been disappointed. Last night we ordered two large pizzas, a cheese and a pepper and onion. When we arrived the pepper and onion pizza was only half pepper and onion half cheese. I was willing to take as is, but the owner insisted on making us a pepper and onion, which was free, then give us the wrong pizza, as well as dessert. I kept saying he didn't need to do that but he insisted. We got to our destination and didn't eat for another half hour. The pizza was about an hour out of the oven at this point and still amazing. We have been ordering from Rossini's nearly every week for a few years. I used love their pizza and pasta. Recently, it seems like they've hired a new chef who does things slightly differently (not in a good way). We seem to get the good chef every other time we order. The other chef seems to be more generous with the portions, but the pasta isn't nearly as good. Another thing that bothers me lately is one of their delivery drivers. He always places the food on my planter...my dirty, plant-filled, bug-infested planter. Come on man, just wait 10 seconds for me to sign the slip and then place the food in my clean hands. read more

My coworker loves spicy food, as do I, and on Friday we get takeout for lunch. We tried the local pizza place, but the toppings were your standard ones and not the spicy goodness she was looking for. I noticed Rossini's and on a wonderful trip to UPS I stopped in for a menu. First thing I notice is that it's pricey. Not within the usual price range for lunch, but could be worth it. Then while perusing the menu I saw it. The answer to our dreams puttanesca pizza. Pizza with spicy red sauce, capers, olives, pepperoncini, and onions. It was like the answer to our dreams. That Friday came and we ordered it. A small pizza will put you back about $11, but for us it was the perfect size to split. With smiles on our faces we ate one piece after another. The spice level was perfect, enough to keep you eating it to kill the burn without having it overpower your entire mouth. So we have parted ways with the pizza from the local shop (although we do still get subs from there) and we have moved on to Rossini's to fill our spicy lunch time cravings. read more

We thought we'd try their Eggplant Parmesan. The first time ordering, we had a pizza, which we really loved. The eggplant was rubbery, the breading didn't stick and it was just not good. We'll order again, but only the pizza. read more

This restaurant is a great place that is very family and kid friendly, they have very delicious food for a decent price. The cheese is imported from Italy, which makes a great mixture when thrown on top of the pastas which are very delicious , if I had to pick a favorite it would have to be the steak gorgonzola Alfredo. When I ate there I was very well attended, and the food was prepared very quickly. The people were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend it. read more

Love Rossini's. Great food at great prices. Lots to choose from on the menu. Huge salads. Love adding grilled chicken to mine. Steak tip salad is also another favorite. They always cook my pizza well done just as I've asked. I'm usually too full to get dessert but they look so tempting. Not a beer or wine drinker but nice that they serve them. This review is for pizza delivered, relative to other pizza establishments in the area. Metrowest is NOT a pizza haven. Plus it's expensive for what you get, usually tasteless cracker with little sauce and bland cheese. Add floating oil as a garnish. But I was pleasantly surprised by the three pizzas our team ordered for the parking lot. The pizzas had lots of zesty sauce and tasted great, included the floppier thinner crust that was delightfully chewy. It was a little expensive clocking at more than $20 a pie for two specialty pizzas and a pepperoni and cheese. And delivery was average, we would have preferred a quicker service. But overall, this was the best pizza delivered I've had here in quite some time. Also better than two other stores I've picked up from in the last few months. read more

I have been to Rossini's several time since moving to town. The food is pretty good except when you order grilled chicken to go with a salad. The chicken is very fatty and has an odd taste. The last few times I ordered a salad with chicken I was hoping that it was a fluke but, it now seems fairly consistent that the chicken is not good quality. For almost $16 for a salad with grilled chicken I would expect better quality. As a result I will not be back to Rossini's. read more

I had placed an order online around 10am for a 12pm delivery.. you know expecting my almost $16 order to be delivered on time, especially where it was being delivered to is literally walking distance down the road. A little time goes by.. I let it slide, once it hit the hour mark I called and asked where my food was and I was told they were having issues with the online ordering. Yet when I told them what I had ordered they knew the order and had the address... the woman that I spoke to told me that they would send it but I needed to show my receipt to the delivery driver.... I am writing this as I am waiting for my food still.. we're now pushing an hour and a HALF. how rude to ask for me to show proof.. you processed my payment... you should know I paid. needless to say, If there were issues with the ordering system then the restaurant should be calling and letting their customers know. What a nightmare of an experience. Very unfriendly manager. They included a high gratuity themselves in the bill and refused to replace the entree that we ordered by default and wasn't even touched, without charging for the new entree. Food was ok. But the customer service was awful. read more

I have written many reviews about this place going back to 2010 ,most were not good because the service was not good ,in fact it was excrutiatingly slow.Today finally I have to say things seem to have changed .The food was always good and reasonably priced ,but the service ,oh the service .We just sat down and the waitress came right up.We ordered and in 15 minutes we had our meal .I wont go into the dishes because I have not had a disappointing dish yet ,all are good .I have seen pizzas coming out that I wished I had ordered .Their salads are huge ,and people coming in make a banquet out of it .The owner is from Brazil ,so are some of the waiters and today the customers that came in spoke a foreign language .I have to say this place was my secret place where we could go out on a Sun and enjoy .I hope Rossini keeps up the good service ,because the food is so good . read more

Someone else already mentioned this but it's worth mentioning again. They automatically include 18% gratuity, but do not make that clear. Automatically including a gratuity for a family of four is not standard practice. I usually tip 20% or more so they actually lost on this deal. Also what am I supposed to do if I get bad service there is no way to reduce the tip. This just hits me as a little shady. read more

If you must eat here, avoid the manager at all costs! We went to Rossini's this evening for a large order of takeout. On the way out, my boys asked if they could eat at the restaurant. So, we asked a very nice young waitress and she went to get us some water. While she was gone, an older woman who I presume to be the manager/owner came over and kicked us out. "This is a dine-in restaurant. Your taking a table away from other customers.". You would have thought we brought our own food, rather than have just paid them! BTW - All of the tables were empty except for one. So much for affecting their profitability... Don't reward people who treat their customers this way. read more

I ordered a Greek salad with grilled shrimp. It came with green peppers, cucumbers, black olives and feta. Poured some Greek dressing on it and it was yummy! Good portion, just wish there was more shrimp on it!! read more

very rude staff and wont take accountability for their mistakes. got a ceaser salad, said it on the receipt but instead i got a greek salad went back to return it and get the correct salad but instead they gave me a refund and me to leave the place. Pizza is fine. Sorrento's in Concord is better. The Service is terrible, particularly the one in Sudbury. The people are SO unfriendly and don't appreciate your business at all. I've had two friends walk out because the staff was so nasty about them using a coupon. Sudbury Pizza is right next door to Rossini's. Go there. read more

It was nice finding out that they're open for breakfast, which was OK if nothing special. Be warned, however, that they automatically add in an 18% tip for everything - even a family of two adults and two children having breakfast. This is unusual enough at a suburban pizza restaurant that it should be noted a lot more prominently than it (supposedly) is, especially since they then solicit yet another tip with the credit card receipt. When we questioned it the manager rather arrogantly pointed out that it was printed in the menu, although four people on three visits never noticed it, and added a 20% tip on top of the 18% tip each time. Wow!!!! We were directed to Rossini's by a waiter at the lebanese restaurant across the street after learning the lebanese restaurants kitchen was not working!! I thought Rossini's was your typical pizza place...not so!! Wonderful atmosphere! Great food!! I had the Chicken with a Lemon Caper Sauce and my husband's dish was equally as good!! We go occasionally to Rossini's in Sudbury. They have a better interior than the Concord location even if it's smallish inside. The wait staff has always been very friendly and attentive, food has always been good and sometimes better than good. The prices are decent and they have great pizza (although I like the artichoke dish most). read more

My wife and I have been ordering delivery pizza from Rossini's since we moved to Sudbury from Somerville over a decade ago. Tonite (9/11/2015) I ordered our favorite pie, which we have paid $20.23 for over the past 4 years. We always tip the delivery driver 20%. Tonite this same pie cost us over $28! This 39% increase in price is unacceptable. There is no way Rossini's can justify this increase, whether based on increased costs for overhead, ingredients or payroll. This is a bald greedy grab for profit, and we refuse to do any more business with Rossini's unless/until they rescind this price hike. I would encourage others to do the same. Has your paycheck been increased by 39% any time recently? I didn't think so. read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY!!! This establishment adds on an 18% tip for parties of FOUR or more!! And while the itemized receipt does list it as a line item, there are no warnings or notices on the signature sheet of the receipt. We inadvertently gave our waitress a 50% tip because of this!! Do not expect them to have the integrity to bring it to your attention - they will let you do this and probably laugh as you leave the restaurant. And calling them afterwards gets you nowhere! Lack of integrity in this instance makes me wonder what else they are doing that they keep hidden! read more

Nice spot for a quick and informal meal. Most dishes come with generous portions. Service is friendly and attentive. Food is a step above other places its size, which is small and not conducive to hanging around. A good mid-priced option for good, if not spectacular, Italian-style food. read more
