The only issue I have with the stores in general is the very small aisle room which leaves customers trying to shimmy around each other or dodging each other while also trying not to bump into anything fragile in the process. I was and am generally always happy with the prices as well, they're reasonable and much less than other stores. My Halloween hunt continues and this time of year always brings me joy and excitement.

Furniture, decor, art, accessories, kitchen gadgets and linens are all beautifully curated. November and December are my favorite months to shop here when this store is decked out with fully decorated holiday trees, seasonal decor items and gift suggestions. The jewelry and crafts from local artists are terrific to browse through too. Unique soaps, candles and delicate string lights grab my attention and my wallet! On Nov 6th, they had their annual holiday night out. The first 100 guests were treated to a free ice cream topped churro and dirty sodas from food trucks outside the back of the store. Advertising, raffles and food samples must have worked due to how many more people I saw this year! I purchased forever candles, glittery winter evergreens and a few other goodies. It was such a fun night to eat and shop with friends on a cozy fall evening!

I came alone so maybe the impression was that I was just walking through. The lack of acknowledgment throughout the store was surprising. I came in intending to shop for a new sofa, coffee table, and entryway table, which could have resulted in a significant purchase. Despite spending time in the store, no one approached me to offer assistance. I eventually selected a decorative item and had to seek out an employee just to check out. When I asked for help, I was told that someone else would come assist me. I explained that no one had helped me since I arrived, and the employee simply stared at me without offering any further assistance. Eventually, another associate came over and helped me complete my purchase, but the overall experience left a poor impression. Purchasing something should not be this difficult. Unfortunately, Living Spaces lost out on what could have been a much larger sale because of the lack of customer service and engagement from the staff.
