This place is an absolute gem…read more I contacted this place via Yelp after a rock cracked my glass, and I was super happy with the service I received. The store is extremely responsive (even at night!), and the prices were way lower than their competitors. Even better, the service I received once I showed up was fast and excellent - they did a great job replacing my windshield, and did so in less than an hour. Needless to say, I strongly recommend this place - it's totally worth the drive.

This Safelite Auto Glass location is absolutely trash. The customer service is terrible, the…read morecommunication is unacceptable, and professionalism is clearly not a priority. I was quoted one price, and then, conveniently, the price increased afterward. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. His handling of the situation was beyond disappointing. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with professionalism and respect. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
