Fast forward to recently, and that tiny crack had grown to about the size of a quarter. I scheduled an appointment for a mobile repair, but literally overnight, that quarter-sized crack expanded even more. When I called Safelite, they were able to move my appointment up, but at that point, a full windshield replacement was necessary. That turned out to be the right call, because the crack quickly spread from one end of the windshield to the other. Sigh! I arrived about 30 minutes early, and my technician was able to take my car right away. He let me know the process would take around three hours, and he was spot on. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, with a TV and a coffee/water station, which made the time pass easily. Once everything was completed and recalibrated, I was invited to inspect the work. They did an excellent job on my windshield, and I really appreciated the extra attention to detail. He was even able to transfer my car's insignia from the old windshield to the new one. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Safelite.

I made an appointment almost a week ago, so they wasted my time, impaired my ability to be mobile, and because I paid in advance, they wasted my money!! My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.
